I started coming here back when I got my 2019 Chevy Equinox. The employees here are always nice, professional, detailed, and they don't try to swindle you. Yesterday, Saturday March 2nd, they were busy, I had to get an oil change, because I have a long road trip coming up, and I was exactly on the milage to get a new change. I was the third vehicle in line, and one of the employees came out to let me know it was going to be a while, but was very professional. They were quick, and did my oil change professionally. James (I think that was his name) apologized about the wait, which was unnecessary, because it's Saturday, you're going to be busy. I really appreciate how they communicate with their customers, and how they offer coupons. I will continue to come here. Thank you all for being professional, and taking care of my Elenore (the Equinox).

Great greeting, showed that I needed certain other services and provided proof. Jacob in Sparta location was great handling the work I needed done. Will definitely be a return customer.

Went out of their way to get everything done properly on my 48 Plymouth. Took care of the extra issues dealing with an older car to make sure everything was in good order

Nice people but they could not get the oil filter off of my car. So I had to pay for oil and then take it to another place to pay them to change the filter and top off the oil. So a pretty big waste of time and money

Great service. They also have a military discount, which made things much affordable. The discount was also available to firefighters and police officers.

Been getting my oil changed here for some time never had a problem until Thursday. I did come in 20 minutes before closing and I didn t know that or I wouldn t of got it done but they rushed the service, didn t check any other fluids, or tire pressure, I had to ask for my tire to be aired up. (Tire light was on) The oil change was super fast less then 10 minutes so I was done before they actually were to close. Just made me question if the job was done correctly or if my oil was actually changed. Also noted when I pulled in the guy was holding a baby in the garage area with I m assuming his wife or girlfriend and no one was doing anything the other two workers were working on a car outside of the shop in the parking lot. They guy was definitely bothered I was there. The service rubbed me the wrong way. Used to get great service from where when RJ worked there prolly won t be back

They inform me of a problem that was under my vehicle something that needed seriously fixed I appreciate it had to take it to a mechanic and get it fixed but really thankful for the information. Great crew.

Went in yesterday for oil change,which they did; however they did not see oil leak by radiator.Lost half of oil they put in.Thanks to Sparta Napa for catching it.Will not use Fast Lube again!!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

All of these people leaving 1 and 2 star reviews need to learn what the word scam means. This is a great place with awesome staff. Been coming here a long time and wont take my vehicles anywhere else. They always ask exactly what you want and if they offer you something you dont want, just say no. They are very nice about it. I have confidence in Charlie's and its employees.

Passing threw on my way up north had a strange pull to my right so I pull in worried to death! The crew got me in and had my vehicle on a lift in no time they seen my control arm was about to fall off...crazy they dont even do that kind of work. Heck these guys was so nice I decided to have my hole truck serviced before I even called the tow truck...thanks guys I will be back again and again!!!

I'm not one for extra services offered, but in this case I was. My serpentine belt was in really bad shape and if they hadn't checked it I may have been stranded on the side of the road.

If you are looking for a quick lube that will top off you blinker fluid replace a muffler bearing then this is the place for you. They might even do an Engine flush for you if your lucky. Wouldn't take my lawn mower in there.
