Everyone does so amazing in this store. Very friendly and amazing atmosphere except when the kitchen person is there with the skinny tall guy with glasses i believe his name is Steve. I ve seen him multiple times scream or even kick the trash in the back when he gets an order makes me feel like not making a order because I don t know if something foul was done to my pizza

This store has gotten so much better over the last few months. The pizza is always delicious and everyone is friendly. Everytime I've been in there the selection of hot food is great to the new staff at this location.

I have been to Alot of Casey s locations over the years, this store has the best pizza out of All of them. Outstanding, don t ever change a thing.

Walking in there were 5 employees standing in the kitchen area by the soda fountain talking and being very loud, I got a soda and was waiting for my husband to get a sub sandwich. While we were waiting for 5 mins while they all stood and continued to talk and called someone else over. While he was walking over his nose was running and decided to rub it on his sleeve and we let it slide because we were hungry but after he told us that the bread was moldy that they could only use wraps he continued to touch his nose and his face. He did this three more times while standing there. He put on gloves to get the wraps out and DIDNT wash his hands we decided to not get any because that's disgusting!!! After walking away and waiting to pay for my soda the employees continue to laugh and comments about us while we're still standing in line. I told the cashier who was very nice that she needed to tell someone to let him know he needs to wash his hands. After the employees heard what I said to the cashier they laughed obnoxiously loud. I just thought it was RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! The red haired lady was very rude and we will be sure to let everyone know

Worst service everyday two cashiers working neither k ows their job. A line halfway thru the store and other employees up front visiting need new management. These employees are the reason for self checkouts

The Casey s in South Roxanna Illinois has me feeling like a Karen today because I had to call corporate on them. I ordered a large breakfast pizza this morning and upon arriving for the pizza every employee working today was rude to me. It was like they were upset I ordered a pizza and came to pick it up. IT IS ABSURD HOW MEAN THEY WERE TO ME, especially with it being the Holidays. BEWARE THE EMPLOYEES THAT WORK THERE ARE VERY MEAN AND THEY OBVIOUSLY HATE WORKING THERE If you are having a bad day already please don t step foot in that particular Casey s..

While some of the other reviews mention the cleanliness of the store and of the outside, I personally have to disagree because I have seen worse. The only complaint that I have is that the soda that comes from the fountain either is all carbonation or is flat and nothing but syrup.

Great employees, home town experience, every body is happy, so are the other customers. Service is great. Pizza is amazing! And the Casey's brand sodas are delicious.

Got gas, card readers were malfunctioning for both my and the customers pumps around me. If you want a customer to pay first, at least make sure the pumps work if you want business.

Has to be the worst caseys around. Never has any pizza or stuff in stock for lunch. Long slow moving check out lines.

I only go here because it's convenient. Pizza is wrong a LOT. And they open at 5 am not 4am like Google says.

One employee today and had her wild kid running around the store with a line all the way to the restrooms,and another caseys employee trying to buy "scratchaz" while on the clock.. what a joke. 2 stars is being generous.

This is the worst Casey's ive ever been to there are literally cases of monsters stacked at the door and they never stock them i go in there every day and for weeks they dont stock the monster's among other items they are rude and slow and i will not return

Went for my lottery.and the gal behind the counter was so nice and calm with me.as I had many lottery tickets to be printed..all while waiting on other customers.which were non stop for the 10 minutes I was there...Great job girl...which is more than I can say about a certain male that works there..always has an attitude about something.he makes me feel like in a hassle to him....

Go there for lunch at the same time 4 days a week, and they never have any hot food ready. There are a bunch of us that go.

Stop hiring people with no customer service skills. Rude employees. Just rude. They stand around talking and Lord forbid you ask them about anything.

Please is a dump, workers are filthy, card reader machines never work, 16 people standing around talking in the back while 1 lady works both registers.

Use to stop here all the time, lines get pretty long, but move fast, bathrooms are clean, food is usually fresh enough. Plenty of beer.

This place is horrible I ordered a large pepperoni pizza it was only half cooked and it gave me food poisoning the cook was coughing he did not wear masks and when I called to complain about the pizza I was told I would be called back in 30 minutes that was a week ago I have of yet to get a phone call back about the pizza that gave me food poisoning from this place I wouldn't feed my dog out of this building

The store manger at Casey's in Roxana is rude and dirty had cloths that looked like they having been washed in days and refused to sell me cigarettes because my bf didn't have id and said we couldn't come back wow they hire anyone there

Wasn't to happy with the service I called Casey store and they put me on hold all I ask to order was a bacon cheddar potato wedge and they left me on hold for 10 mins and I hang up and call back and the phone was disconnected it just kept beeping
