Joe has the greatest personality in someone that you just meet. He makes you feel like an old friend. The technician who worked on my vehicle was super professional and very technical with the repair. I would highly recommend Stanfa for your car needs.I would like to edit my review. I had to return to the shop for follow up service and WOW, these guys are the GREATEST! Joe is the GREATEST! He is truly a genuine person. He definitely takes care of you and is very knowledgeable. They have made a new friend/customer in me. THANKS JOE!!!!

Stanfa has been a great auto shop. From the small to big repairs, I know I m getting knowledgeable service, guaranteed work & handy recommendations or reminders. I ve been using Stanfa for over 15 years (for multiple vehicles) & it s my first choice thanks to the friendly staff.

Great place to go for your auto needs. Scheduled an oil change and was treated well. Joe is a fountain of knowledge and explained everything i needed to know about my service requirements. Very busy at the moment schedule ahead but highly recommended.

Incredible experience. Customer Service was above reproach. Came in with a screw in rear passenger tire. It had to be replaced. Job completed in an hour. Price was very affordable as well. If I ever need anything tire related. I know where to go. Thank you

Have been going to Stanfa tire for upwards of 20 years. Over all that time, my family and I have had constistant satisfaction with everything performed on all of our family vehicles. Never have we had an issue with any work these guys have performed. Honesty and integrity have alwayd been the formost business principal at Stanfa. Everyone at Stanfa are very friendly and will answer any questions you may have. Very professional and prompt. I got a mount for my front license plate put on and my plates mounted. Facility was crisp clean and definitely not a greasy hole. Will be back for any future repair needs.

I visit location often for car repair and maintenance for all of my cars and car needs. The service is very commendable and professional. All the employees I have had the pleasure of interacting with have been polite, professional, and lite hearted. I never feel as though I am being given a service for my vehicle that is not needed. Their prices are very competitive. And even though the cost of repairs sometimes hurts, I don't feel robbed or taken advantage of. Joe is a delight to talk to and very welcoming. He makes you feel as though he knows you. I have been coming to this location for a few years and I have never had to bring my car back for a repeat issue.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I went to Stafna in South Holland on 2/27/17 and paid $989.87 to replace my rear break pads, rotors and calibers. On 5/15/17 while driving on the Chicago Skyway with my 6 year old son my breaks completely go out on me with just enough pressure to slow down. When we finally got to a safe location I noticed that my rear passenger side caliber was completely hanging off (as shown in the picture). After the fact that me and my child almost died I had my 2014 Chevy Suburban towed back to Stanfa where the manager Johari Karamoko tells me that someone must of tried to take my caliber loose (with the tire on). He then proceeds to tell me that he's been in the industry for 30 years and that he has never seen this happen before (but did not know what the caliber brackets were when I showed him). I no longer trust the work of Stanfa and as soon as I pick up my truck today I will take it to another location to re verify everything they have done to my truck today. Stanfa almost cost me and my child our lives. DO NOT TRUST THIER WORK!

Driving through town on a cross country trip and blew a tire. Stanfa tire was nearby and went above and beyond to get me a new set of tires and on the road again very quickly and at a fair price. Joe and the staff did an outstanding job. Highly recommend!

I wouldn't take my vehicle here again if this was the last place on earth. To start, the front desk guy Joe tried to run up the price of service because it was an insurance claim situation. He has a fiendishly practical way of running up service cost for every little detailed thing. He charged my insurance for a full diagnostic and hadn't even done it, but was talking about my vehicle is ready. When I questioned him on why he was charging services that had not been provided and other inflated price labor cost he flipped out and started insulting me.Then he tried to imply to my insurance company that I was trying to scam them. And the worst part is my vehicle still isn't running right. The last time I came here he calls himself trying to charge me for an inspection I didn't even ask him to do. How when I came in specifically telling them what I wanted them to do??? Never again. And if you're wise you won't take your vehicle to them either.Services: Engine repair, Fuel delivery

I work close by and needed to get in and out. I called for an apointment and they set me up to come in at a specific time and got me taken care of in 30 minutes. 10/10 will stop by again

Took my vehicle there for ac recharge. Car still blows hot air. Didn't want to go back and forth with these people. Don't take your vehicle to this place. Absolutely not

My husband and I have been customers of Stanfa Tire for several years. Put off by the cold up-selling by car dealers when providing service, we trust Stanfa to give us the best and reasonable discussion of our vehicle needs. No price bombing or up-sell,When I get an estimate of what I need, I am informed of the level of priority of the service needed. Rick always explains in detail what will be done to my van and why and how long that will take. Then the estimate total is given to me and scheduling options. Every decision is up to me and I am in control of how it goes. Excellent customer service! That is how it should be. I walk out of there every time felling like they really care whether I come back and the focus was not on how much they could price the service up but on retaining me as a customer.I rarely see this excellent customer service. Very impressive!

The best customer service and amazingly fair prices! I have been going to Stanfa in South Holland for over three years. I first came when I needed to buy tires but was so impressed I started coming for everything - oil changes, general repairs & maintenance. I even had a special sensor that needed to be replaced recently and the part was back ordered for months. Joe was so helpful in explaining the situation and texted me every week with updates until the part arrived. They've even given me a shuttle ride to and from work when repairs took all day. My first impression when I walked in the shop was that it was the cleanest auto repair shop I had been in. My second impression was how warm and friendly the people there were. And last but not least the quality of service performed and the improvement in the performance of my automobile, indicated a quality of expertise not often seen at repair shops. They repaired what they said they would and then gave me a detailed description of what was done. Rick goes above and beyond with his attention to detail and the customer service he provided. My car hasn't run this well in years. I'm happy Ifound this shop and will continue to patronize it for my car servicing needs.

I went in late afternoon needing a tire replacement after an expressway blowout. I was greeted by Joe at the service desk. After given me an honest assessment, I bought 4 new tires. After explaining tire condition I felt confident in purchasing what I needed.This gentleman was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. We laughed, talked about cars and the good old days, and before I knew it my car was done. He took his time to go over the warranty, made sure I understood everything and even gave me extra copies for my rebate. This is the place to go for car repair Service: Tires
