Gerber Collision and Glass located in South Holland is truly the BEST OF THE BEST. They have truly exceeded all my expectations. The customer service at this shop is 5 star in my book.My service advisor, Chris Knight, was top-notch. Chris went above and beyond to make sure that all my needs were met, explained the repair process and kept me informed every step of the way.When it came to the repair, the workmanship was flawless. My car was returned to me looking brand new.I was also impressed by their efficiency and timely turnaround. Despite the complexity of the repairs needed, Gerber managed to complete the work in a surprisingly short amount of time.In conclusion, I cannot recommend Gerber Collision and Glass highly enough. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and flawless repairs, sets them apart as a true auto body industry leader. I was sideswiped from the rear left door down. The rim was scratched up also( rear left rim). The rim wasn't replaced I was told that they thought it was the front left driver's side rim which wasn't touch in the accident. Plus they took pictures of it before they took the car in.

Chris kept me informed by text, almost on a daily basis. My car repairs were completed way before the original completion date. The repairs were great. There was no indication my car was in an accident. The receptionist helped me get a loaner from Enterprise. The entire experience was stress free.

Brought my vehicle in to repair a hole in the roof. They were fast and they kept me informed with text updates.Not only did they repair my roof, they cleaned my car both inside and outside. It looked as close to new as a 2012 Camry could.I was so happy to have my car back! Highly recommend.

Gerber provided excellent service for my vehicle. Chris was extremely helpful every step of the way. They took me in right away, provided daily updates and cleaned my car beautifully upon return. My car looked brand new. Highly recommend!!!

My vehicle was rear ended and Gerber completed all my repairs. Chris during the entire process was informative on the progress of my vehicle. He was very nice and provided clear information when I had questions. My vehicle was returned to clean inside and out. I'm satisfied with the services I received.

Excellent customer service. The receptionist is very nice. Chris who communicated with me, kept me in the loop the whole time. When it wasa delay in a piece for my vehicle he called to let me know its a delay, so I have to wait for a strip to come in ( Chris will call me to let me know when the strip come in, so he can put it on my truck) so I do have my vehicle and it looks brand new. I am completely satisfied with Gerber and I'm glad I waited and not rushed to find just anyone to fix my vehicle

Excellent service, daily updates, professional and courteous. The car was completed 1 week prior to expected day and received personal care from Chris, manager. The manager does not care about your concerns of your car being fixed properly. Chris and the manager knew my car was not driving properly and yet told State Farm it is. My car drives as if it s going to flip over and crash. It s definitely not safe to drive. Do not use this location for repairs. They will not contact directly but send you text messages. Nor if you bring the car back, they will have you speaking with someone that does not work on your vehicle or call you to find out the issues you were having.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

gerber collision & Glass has a brand new shop and the service is exceptional.Estimator Christopher Knight is very knowledgeable and helpful; He gets right to the point Patricia at the reception desk was pleasant and efficient.Very pleased I chose this place to repair my Honda.I highly recommend!

My car was damaged and vandalized. I contacted Gerber Collision & Glass in Munster, Indiana, for an estimate. They scheduled quickly, took possession of my vehicle, and began work immediately. Their customer service from...Mary ( the pleasant greeter, receptionist, administrator, organizer... of the facility) toSteve (appraiser, customer contact liason, insurance contact liason...)tothe service engineers who were hands-on in restoring my (month old) vehicle to its original state, beautifully and swiftly, did an amazing job from start to finish!!!They actually even overextended themselves to make their service top tier. I was unavailable when my car was finished, but they allowed me to pay electronically, and then they safely held my vehicle until I was able to get someone else to retrieve it.I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs the repair services they offer.Thank you, Steve and Mary, for great engagement after such a horrible experience caused me to need your services. God bless and keep you all.

My first encounter in December was with the receptionist. She was rude and had a nasty attitude. The technician was very helpful/nice. That young lady should not be the first person you meet. She gave me a March date to bring my car in for repair. The repairs were minor, so I decided to take my vehicle somewhere else..
