I came into this establishment and waited like ten minutes for someone to appear but no one came from the back. I called multiple times and they don't pick up. I sent a pic via instagram direct message and told my them exactly what I needed done (painted rim accents) but they just looked at the message and ignore it? I wish I could give the zero stars off customer service alone. I was NOT recommended to go here but I went anyway because it's close to my home. When I said I was going to write a bad review, someone responded and said I was a liar. Worst experience I've ever had regarding a PROFESSIONAL shop. I don't know how to post the conversation but I'll keep trying.

Had a newly painted roof of my car now it looks brand new, now I'm getting the hood fixed i don't like things out of place
