My experience was fantastic and I got my baby back the way I orginally purchased her! Took a week to complete the work and I was updated throughout the process. Although it doesn't look bad they also preformed a diagnostics to make sure everything was fine. Sure enough they found something and took care of it before she was returned to me. I will forever be grateful for whipping my love back to her former self! Now it's time to ride! A special thanks to Lupe and Service King! Hopefully I won't be back but if she'll ever need surgery again I won't hesitate to contact you guys.

I wish I could leave zero stars. When I came in for my estimate , I asked if my job was too small. They said no. I didn t want to waste anyone s time. Today I came to pay for the job. I was informed that they re not taking any paid jobs Because they re too busy. Don t waste your time coming here.

Currently having a very horrible experience. They have pushed back my completion date at least 5 x each time a week. If they do not honor their initial estimate on repair time they should be more transparent so one can make an informed decision if their timeline is suitable. I cannot wait to receive my vehicle back and never doing business with service king again.

Got involved in a crash , decided to bring my nissan juke to service king, as soon as i walked in the door i was helped and greeted by nice people, my car was done a few days after the estimated time but well worth the wait, great service.

A huge thank you to James, he has done an amazing job with my car inside and out. He has really outdone himself. Bianca at the front desk has been nothing but so patient and detailed with me through everything. They both have called and definitely gave me an update on everything. I m satisfied with the work done to my car. Once I get the wheel locks that went missing from my car, I ll be completely satisfied. It s been a couple weeks and I haven t been contacted as promised, which has the let down in this experience so far :( ..Edit: I got a reply to my review but the concern I listed in the review still wasn t addressed. That s disappointing. Let me change my rating

Service King process for fixing my passenger doors from a car accident was very efficient! The paperwork process was made easy and they gave me consistent updates on the status of my repairs. As my first car accident experience I was nervous about taking my car to a place my insurance recommended. I was worried my car wouldn t be the same as they mostly never are. From beginning to end my experience with Service King in South Holland was great! From Veronica the receptionist checking me in and getting me started to Martin and James making sure everything was on track. I received text message updates throughout the process and my vehicle was done in about a week. I had to take it back for a minor issue and they scheduled me right away and fixed it within 5mins. Great experience and great staff! Thank you!!!

My car looks great. Very friendly staff. Only one thing that they could work on is better communication during the process as My car was supposed to be ready on a specific day but when I called to go pick up they told me it wouldn t be ready until 2 days later which I wish I would have been told sooner since I was paying for a rental out of pocket. Other than that I have no complaints and will definitely bring my cars back in the future.

Great job, only thing is that you have to point out if your car does not have Ave a solid color and tell them which color it is (mine was metallic black, but they painted it solid glossy black. Not a huge deal though).The wonderful thing is their professionalism, follow ups through the whole process (text messages and phone calls, and that they tell you in advance the name of who will follow your claim), LOVE the LIFETIME warranty they give you on the job they did!!!My rating on this business is A+.Service: Body & Trim

This is my Second repair by Service King, but first repair at the South Holland location. My car was repaired and ready for pickup on 7/10/20. I can't say enough about Veronica, who did the intake of my car. She paid special attention to all the details. And most of all Victor, the location Manager. He kept me informed every step of the way on the repair process. My car was complete and finished as promised. Great job on the repairs. Thanks Victor and your entire staff.

Super fast turn around time, went above and beyond. Kept me updated the entire time. Clear breakdown of costs. Young lady who checked me in was very personable. The gentleman who returned my car to me was extremely helpful and explained in detail what services were performed. I have been to this Service King which is why I went back this week. I will definitely recommend this business to anyone needing collision repair. Veronica and Sandy have the best customer service. Veronica handled everything from my initial estimate, scheduled my repair, took care my rental and made sure she let me know my SUV was ready 4 days early.!! The quality of the work here has my vehicle looking brand new and so clean. Accidents and repairs is often a stressful situation but this location makes it easy and provides great work!!!

Well I put my car in with Service Kings on Tuesday 12/08/20. They kept it until Saturday 12/19/20. They got a late start on it and the reason for the late start was due to them not giving the insurance company the correct information. They then called me and told me I d have to talk to the insurance company and do what the estimator should already have handled but didn t send proper photos and information. All of this happened 2 days before the scheduled return date which in turn pushed the return date back to Saturday. Then on that Saturday they tell me I can pick it up but the paint shop didn t paint it correctly so I have to bring it back anyways but when I get there not only is the paint not right the front bumper was clearly not reattached properly because anyone can see space between the bumper and headlight and on the rear of the car they put the badges on incorrectly. Because they got the bumper on wrong and the paint wrong and the badges wrong and it took so long and had to come back they offered a free wheel alignment for the trouble so great right??? The car they returned to me after they reattached the bumper and wheel the wheel alignment it s not the same car I left with them. Now the steering wheel goes loose and they are not responsible. If you must go there because your insurance company forces you too they please do not accept any free service. My insurance company even waved the deductible and they knowingly called me and asked for it anyways.Service: Body & Trim

Took my vehicle in for repair and quite happy with the experience. The staff was courteous, timely, and professional while still maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment. The work was completed in less time than I anticipated and I was pleased with the quality. I would recommend this location to anyone needing expert repair.

This place is top notch. Very professional courteous, timely and reliable. I would recommend Service King to anyone. Great customer service. There tracking system is up to date with today's current standards. I think it's the best service I have received in quite sometime.

I took my suv here because someone vandalized the drivers side door. The turn around was only a couple days to get the scratches repaired and the door repainted. Everyone was professional and very nice through the entire process. Also I felt my safety during covid was their 1st priority. I also received a warranty with the service performed. It doesn't get much better than that!

I visited here twice (one for someone else's fault, and the other one with my family's fault), and both times got great experience. They fixed things with perfection. In driving over years after the first repair, I didn't find anything wrong or noticeable. Color match is perfect so cannot tell if something was replaced. Highly recommended.

I won't trash the review because I'm generally pleased with the quality of the repair. However, Veronica..the receptionist...was absolutely the worst experience in customer service I've ever had. I proceed to my scheduled appointment drop off...Veronica says How can i help you. I inform her I'm there to drop my vehicle off for repairs. Keep in mind, this has already been set-up by my insurance company. I'm only there just to drop my car off. Veronica does this tap click click motion on the cpu and immediately states "NO you don't have an appointment and the only thing we can do today is schedule a walk-around. I can get you in Monday (mind you...it's the Wednesday before thanksgiving...8am). Knowing this is not what the insurance company told me or emailed me...i call esurance. I verify the info with them and Veronica is still like "NO". After two different service people walk by (a red head man and a hispanic man) and don't intervene as this woman is essentially yelling at me that i don't have a drop off appointment..Veronica did her due diligence and LOCATED MY APPOINTMENT TO DROP MY CAR OFF for repairs. Of course she then apologized but it was too late. Customer service down the drain. Like I said...the quality looks great. But the opportunity to gain my money ??? HIGHLY doubt it. If you're like me and work hard for your money and value customer service...go elsewhere. It's not worth the hassle of Veronica.
