I got a great car the service was also great the only reason I would not buy again, I always made payments on time never late. I called the one time that I ran into a small problem the person that took the call relate to me that my record was unblemished but they were not able to make able to make any type of arrangements just for a few days.

I really appreciate the service I got from Joe and his guys..I appreciate Joe for his generosity and honesty.. I can tell his posture is not to scam people. So please I will advise anyone to just be patience kind and thorough and with him too too. And try to understand instead of being quick to anger or get confused. Im Just saying the conversation will go much smoother and experience will go much smoother.

I don t like the car service department bob is really dry and mean. Real ghetto location. And apparently it only advertises tire rotation on the corporate site because bob said he wouldn t do it.

The repair services department was the best they gave the most efficient help that you could ask for in the business. I had a great non stressful experience because of Ms.Tonya's assistance, it was an easy-going process. The staff was very helpful and polite and understanding of my particular circumstances and helped me find the best vehicle for me. Came in Tuesday and now I'm leaving with the car Friday ready to start bettering my financial future!

Good people, they are quick and fast with the oil changes. Great customer service and very informative. My wife bought her car from here and she loves her car. If you ever have to go to the service department make sure you talk to Mr.Prentiss or Mr.Joe they will take care of you

Had to come back and change my stars. It does take a very long time to purchase a car. We sat at the lobby for a while. We did purchase a vehicle with them the check engine light came on two weeks later. It was going on and off so we thought it could be the climate which it wasn't there is a few things to fix. It seems like they turn it off while we test drove it. They do have certain months or mileage but obviously we thought everything will be okay since they claimed it would and of course we drove past those miles. We bought the vehicle because we need to get around. Save your money and find something else! They are also very rude once you buy your vehicle so please forget about help.

Took a month for a 2 day to a week job. Somebody left they lunch in my car. I cleaned it out b4 I took it in. They have horrible communication skills here. What I was told is what I expected. Not to be prolonged.

I am in the process of purchasing a vehicle from JD Byrider in South Holland. I will be requesting an inspection report on my vehicle of interest prior to test driving. People have to be armed with knowledge, there are laws out here to protect consumers from dealerships selling lemon vehicles and offer reprieve in the event the car suffers mechanical issues. I know my rights as a consumer, I will communicate any issues in writing to the dealership and expect the same response. If dealership is unable to resolve issues or refuses, simply file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and Illinois State Attorney General Office, I work hard for my money and be damned if I'm sold a lemon.

If I could I would give them zero stars. My baby brought a car from here and 3 days later the battery died. They keep the car for 3 days said they looked everything over 2 weeks later the car stop on the expressway I paid $265 tow to get the car back up to Byrider where they continue to tell us because it s a use vehicle it s going to have problems ok that s cool but not cool for engine trouble that cause y all to have to replace the whole engine And radiator then charging you for a radiator. Mike the finance guy was rude and very disrespectful when calling up to the store in my opinion as a general manager he needs to be fired. And to add insult to injury they attempted to call me to make a car purchase smh byrider is yall crazy. Called corporate office to get a copy of her contract just to see if she could get out or return this lemon of a car they don t have a return policy. The contract we could never open. This is crazy no one can help from corporate on down. I don t recommend anyone to purchase from byrider at all.

Friendly and professional staff. The service was great. Tonya and Alexus went above and beyond to make the process comfortable. I left with a car I like. Wish there were more choices available to choose from, but overall happy with my choice. Satisfied customer.

Had to come back to change my review, the lady in finance was rude as hell, had a nasty attitude because yall gave me a car that cut on & off! Do not buy a car from them! Only had my car for 4 days & its broke already

So unprofessional and rude. Pushy and disrespectful. I was two days late one my payment and they called everyone on my reference list. Refused to accept my payment unless I gave them a new copy of my check stub. The answer to everything was read the contract and I really regret I m stuck dealing with such low class people.

This place was horrible the financing guy whom they said they don t go based on your credit is a lie because he came back and said he couldn t Finance a car because of my credit. I don t recommend this place. I recommend more of the Joliet facility.
