Rebuttal: I am not sure who Lee Hughes is but you must ve had another dissatisfied customer. I never had an engine replacement done on my vehicle. I also have invoices from your shop when you were located in Thornton. I am not harassing you I am stating the obvious. I would never stoop to arguing with you.I had a couple of repairs done at this facility. Since then I noticed that the shop has moved several times in the last few years. In addition the shop has had several subtle changes to the name of the shop. They have a discount for paying in cash. A little odd for a repair shop but okay. Everything was good until I questioned a repair on my last visit. I had just had a lower radiator hose replaced. After the repair I noticed a small coolant leak. I contacted Alberto and asked if he could put the vehicle in the lift so together we could see where the leak was from. He became extremely irritated. After we were looking at where it was leaking from he stated that while changing the hose he noticed a small leak from the radiator. I asked why didn t he inform me so it could be changed along with the hose. He said he wanted to save me money. I questioned how paying twice for the same labor was saving me money. On another repair done less than 8000 miles ago on a serpentine belt replacement I have to have it repaired again because he only replaced the belt and tensioner. The idler roller and ac belt should have been changed during that repair so I wouldn t have to pay for the same labor twice. Sometimes a mechanic can be just skilled enough to keep milking you if you are not knowledgeable in car repairs. I am disabled and can t work on cars anymore. I even lent this guy a tool to remove my cooling fan cause he complained that he was going to have a hard time removing the fan. Every repair he did on my vehicle he would give me the downside to completing the repairs. I think that was to justify charging extra hours for labor as well as up charging more than other shops charge for parts. It s hard to find persons skilled enough to work on foreign vehicles nowadays cause those vehicles are typically over engineered. Finding someone honest enough to do true preventative maintenance without gouging you is even rarer.

I recently had my brakes and rotors replaced, as well as an oil change. Alberto was thorough and did a great job. My mother also went for an oil change and they were very swift! We ve been looking for a mechanic for the family, I think we found one!

I was referred to Ben's Auto Workz from my son and my sister. They have had auto work done and were very pleased. I was pleased as well with the work done on my Jeep! And I received my car in a timely manner!I will use Ben's Auto Workz again if I need Auto repairs. He also explains very thoroughly !Customer service is friendly and great!

Alberto has worked on my 2013 Chevy Equinox three times. He very knowledgable and friendly. The service is always great! He really cares about his customers and not the type to nickel and dime them. Also, the prices are fair. I purchased a 2012 Mercedes GL 450 4MATIC in September 2022 and my husband took the my SUV to Alberto and immediately we felt comfortable with him. One being he was very knowledgeable and cared about delivering excellent service as well as protecting his reputation. We were told we made a great purchase and the vehicle was in good condition. Best mechanic out there explains in detail what going on with your vehicle with you and is very honest and upfront with you. I have trust him with the repair of 4 of my vehicles and he has never disappointed. If you're looking for a great trustworthy mechanic that's puts warranties on all of his work. Alberto is your guy.

I had to pressure of doing business with Ben's auto works and I really am depressed with a personal service personal attention that I received even in fair pricing. I was really impressed with the knowledge and experience of the staff with highly recommended. Going to this place even though it's off the beaten path. I had nothing but the best experience with Alberto from Benz Auto Workz!!! You can immediately tell he has been an expert for years in this field! My Mercedes truck was diagnosed and repaired quickly without all of the extra hype you get at the dealership. I definitely recommend him as your first and last source when needing repairs for your foreign vehicle. The auto mechanic Alberto, was very skilled in his work and friendly to me. He stayed on task until job was completed. I was very impressed with his promptness. Alberto is absolutely amazing!!! He gives you the best price possible and he goes over and beyond to get the job done. I was concerned about passing an emissions test and he made sure my car passed the test. He is very helpful explaining what is wrong in non technical terms, as a woman I appreciate this so much. I took my car to Alberto after speaking to him on the phone to let him know what I needed done. He explained the process in detail and in that conversation I quickly got the vibe that he could be trusted. I have a Mercedes Benz which is a complicated car to maintain and I had my concerns about taking it to anyone other than the dealer.We discussed the estimated cost of repairs and I dropped the car off.Alberto stayed in close contact, he is very responsive, professional, straightforward with no BS and trustworthy. He is everything we look for in a mechanic! When I picked up the car it was back to perfection!I do not trust anyone fixing my car, I normally take it to the MB dealer but I cant with the astronomical cost of repairs. Alberto may as well work fit MB because I have found my regular mechanic now and will continue to trust Alberto to maintain my car. Please take your car to him and you will not be disappointed nor will you regret it! I took my Mercedes Benz to Alberto. I was very hesitant. I generally take it to the dealer, but the costs was so high, I was trying to find a bargain. Not only did I find a bargain, Alberto was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained everything in detail prior to fixing my car. My car was fixed extremely fast and running excellent! I now have a new mechanic! I definitely recommend him!Service: Steering & suspension repair

I m a new customer and I have no issues with Alberto and his shop. He is very knowledgeable and fair with the work he does. I like how he takes his time to look over your vehicle and let you know what he finds. And he s honest enough to inform you what is critical to get done or not. I came into the shop for new Audi A6 4.2L fuel injectors (which is not an easy job) but turns out I did not need them immediately, but had other issues that were causing the misfire problems. Alberto took care of those bigger problems which needed to get done first. Once he took care of those for a very decent price, the car is working just fine. Alberto is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of automobiles, especially Mercedes Benz, BMW, Jaguars, etc. I took my 550 SL to him after 4 other mechanics, including the dealership, said they would not touch it because the fire in my trunk had caused the damage to the wires throughout the car and it would be too time-consuming and expensive to find out what caused the fire by tracing, and perhaps replacing all the wires from the battery cable throughout the car and advised that the car should be totaled. Alberto assured me that he could determine the origin of the fire by tracing the wires and perhaps replacing some of them but that it would be a tedious job and would take quite a while to do it. He did it and the vehicle is in perfect condition. I am very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him. Alberto is a great mechanic. He knows his job and take his time in fixing the job. A very honest guy.. I say this because before he does anything to your car he explains everything too u about what's going on with your vehicle and what can and will happen if this problem continues. If u do decide to get your car fix by Alberto.. no worries because once the job is done, he goes as far to show u your old parts and your new ones. And that's reassuring. 5 stars I give him. Working on my Benz Car and truck now for 2 years

Alberto Mercedes has excellent customer relationships. He personalizes your car issues and takes time to go over them with you before starting the repairs. He makes sure you understand the problem before he proceeds with the repairs.He is very competive on pricing. I used to take my car to the dealership but now I will be taking my car to Alberto Mercedes.

I was referred to Bens Auto Workz by a friend this place by far is one of the best referrals I have received. My car wouldn t start and the owner looked at my vehicle and changed a fuse and It started. The owner did not charge because he is an honest mechanic who is not try to get over on you. He did a fantastic job of not just servicing my car but explaining the issue with the car as well as how to maintain it for the future. I truly appreciate the whole process from the initial phone call with his personnel to the time he handed me my keys back. Stellar service !!! I met with this mechanic and the first thing I noticed was his sincerity and honesty. He is kind and gentle. He works with time and delivers at the agreed time. He understands his profession very well and explains things thoroughly and gives options. His charges are reasonable and he gets the materials before the customer arrives.I recommend Mr. Alberto anytime. May God bless his business.

Alberto has worked on all 3 of my vehicles and has been the best Mechanic I ve ever had..He s always on point when I call him.. He never over charge for work that he done and gives me his best opinion.. I have a BMW and I do most of my own repairs but when I can t figure out what the problem is, Alberto can figure it out quickly and cost effectively. He ll talk to you about the issue in a personable manner and is the kind of guy that you would drink a beer with. It s a family run business where his wife sometimes working the front desk. His shop is a diamond in the ruff and I highly recommend his services.

Well, I was in search for a good mechanic/repair shop for my Range Rover. The suspension failed and I was in desperate need for immediate repair. Usually, I would only allow the dealership to do big jobs on my Range Rover; however the cost was well out of budget for me so I searched the internet and found Bens Auto Workz. BERTO/owner, took my vehicle and worked on it right away. The repair time, results and cost were all very good and exceptional service. Recently, I returned for the control arms and ball joints, which was another successful repair with a fair cost. Berto/Bens Auto is the best. Alberto is a great mechanic. Benz Auto gave me great service. My problem was explained and options given. I trusted his recommendations, he doesn't like doing fixes more than once. I dont like paying for problems more than once.

man alberto is real business man he the best no bs around he tells you whats wrong and how to go about it he doesn t leave you in the blind on anything from a bulb to a bolt. i wont trust anyone but him with my cars by the way i drove my 96 tahoe to him to pay for my 328i and i was having a spark plug wire problem in my truck he went in the shop came out with my part and slapped it in in about 3 seconds . 10000 percent recommended!!!!!!!Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change
