Had all four shocks replaced on my car. They were prompt and quick. Everything seems fine after having driven it for several days. Price was as quoted, no issues. The only reason for a four versus a five is that one of us got the appointment day wrong - which they quickly adjusted.

Patrick is awesome! Good for him as he is the new manager and is doing an excellent job with his takeover.They do emissions tests on the spot as well as everything else you would expect from a corporate garage. Excellent customer service from management and every technician there. I haven t had work done there yet, but I appreciated their diagnosing assistance. They even let me come into the garage area and look at my car myself which is rare. I was grateful for the above-and-beyond service.

I called Meinke when another service provider canceled my appointment with them saying they couldn't provide the service once they realized my car was an EV.The person I spoke with said to come in right then. When I arrived, he greeted me and got me taken care of in a very short period of time and even took the time to explain to me the details of servicing an EV and why the other provider probably couldn't do it and why Meineke had the correct tools to do the job. This alleviated any concerns I had and gave me confidence in Meineke. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service whether your car is an EV or not.

The Team at Meineke have taken good care of me and my vehicle for the last few years. They take the time to explain things, answer my questions or find an answer if they personally don't know. They went out of their way and gave me a ride home when I had some unexpected service needed during my routine oil change. I feel comfortable with this team of service personnel.

Bad experience with them. After I pay over 1,200 for a manifold and catalytic converter it broke down exactly when the warranty expired. I don't trust them working on my car anymore. They should of have a warranty from where they purchase the parts so at least the parts can be replaced from the manufacturer even if you have to pay for labor. How do I know if they even changed the parts. They didn't show me the parts they supposedly change. Then they wanted to charge me 140. Dollars to check the car to see what was wrong with it. I live of social security it's really hard for me to come up with extra money to fix my car. So is still not fixed cause I can't afford it. Anyways moral of the conversation is make sure if you go there to get work done on your car make sure they show you the parts they took out before putting new ones that way you know your not getting robbed of your money.

I went into take care of the admissions test for my vehicle, and was expecting to be sitting in line, and to my surprise, there was no line and I was able to get an oil change. I was in and out less than 45 minutes, admission, test and oil change completed. The employees were very helpful

Came in for a brake inspection. After charging me the brake inspection fee of $31.90 and waiting around 45 minutes, Michael, the service advisor came back with an estimate of $1440.70 for replacing all four brake rotors and pads! I told Michael that this estimate price was not what I expected, and didn t seem fairly priced, and pointed out that I could get brake pads and rotors for all for wheels for around $260.00 in parts, not including labor. Not only that, he also tried to recommend having replace the drive belt for another $444.21 which I did not agree with! The point is, this place is unabashedly overcharging customers with their inflated labor and parts costs! They are ripping people off, and I don t recommend anyone to trust these people with their care care needs! I will not come here again, and I encourage other customers to look elsewhere for their care care and maintenance needs!

Oil change was $82. They gave me a $30 "manager discount". Who would ever pay $110 for an oil change? They insipired me to buy rhe tools needed to do my own oil changes moving forward. Thanks!

Was in and out for my emissions test in just a few minutes. Cherry on top : I even got my new sticker here. Staff was prompt and courteous, signage was clear. 10/10 that's how you win referrals and repeat customers.

Patrick was very professional and made sure that my car was in and out in one day on very short notice. Complete brake job done on both front and rear. So far performance is great!!!

WORST experience ever Patrick the manager is very rude and argumentative. They gave me a false diagnostic check engine light. Wanted to charge me $800 for the repair of an EGR valve. Luckily I didn t believe what they said since I just had changed the same part a few months ago. But still meineke charged me $200 for a false diagnostic check. I took it to a very well known state wide auto repair shop that fixed my problem that had nothing to do with the EGR valve. These people tried to scam me out of $800. I did file a complaint against this business hoping to get my $200 refund I paid for a false diagnostic test. People like this should not be in business.

Waited an hour for an oil change for which I had an appointment. About a dozen walk in air emissions test customers got service asap. One of their employees did not bother to come in for his shift on time so I assume they were shorthanded Would have appreciated prompter service..Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Oil change was fast but reason im giving 2 stars is because of the system they go based on. I went to my nissan dealer after i got an oil change because of a quote they gave me for breaks. $2,000 for a full break service when i just needed new break pads . My nissan dealer told me that my car is in really good conditions that i only need break pads changed. I paid $180 for the service and so going to meineke made me think how many people are they ripping off for services that their cars dont need. Im so disappointed with this company never had i ever heard a $2,000 break service to cost that. But either way im glad i didnt do any service there but went to my nissan dealer. Be aware!! Dont let them take advantage of you.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. The workers at Meineke give you fantastic customers service, they are polite and get the job done fast! I have brought my vehicle here the past 2 times for my admissions testing. Today I was in and out in 10 minutes. I went there at 10:30 am was 2nd in line. The last time I went at 8:30 am and was 4th in line. I always go on a weekday and have gotten in and out so fast. You can also purchase your sticker right there for extra cost but to me it's worth paying and not waiting. I would definitely recommend! brought my car in yesterday for needing 3 metal hangers welded to hold muffler back up after brackets breaking. Spoke to Mike brought in car at 8:30. Told me would be ready around 3:30, called around noon he said the parts should an eta of 2:40. So all day my car sat, they had to just wait for the hangers because that s all my car needed. I called around 3 to get an update. get there around 3:30 car is still not ready, but then hear the guys in shop start welding. Car is ready about 3:45ish. The weld job looks TERRIBLE. So it took them what, 1 hour to do the hangers? Will post pictures later, but was charged $374 for labor for an absolutely terrible rushed weld job. I could do a better job. I just don t understand. If this was was Mike s car I m sure his weld job would looks absolutely perfect. I told him in the morning when I called I can not break the bank too much and to spend $500 on welding 3 hangers terribly is ridiculous.

Brought car in for muffler change with no appointment. Took my car right away told me problem. I ok d what needed fixed, they took care of it right away and I was out within a hour. Polite people

Went in for a last minute oil change without an appointment . They took care of me right away , did an inspection and the emissions test . I was out in no time ! Great service guys !

They cared enough to show me the extent of the damage on the car instead of just costs on an invoice. They worked quickly and had it done while handling a lot of other work. Thank you.
