I bought a used car and needed an oil change. Went to Grease Monkey and the guys that were doing the oil change educated me on my new purchase. They made me feel very comfortable and I ended up having them replace the engine filter and one of my bulbs to my license plate. I already feel a difference with how the vehicle operates.100% I ll be going back here for the next oil change. Thanks Guys!!

First time I used grease monkey. We have an enterprise fleet cards which I wasn t sure if they excepted but know I know they do. I must tell you the service was outstanding. They were quick and pleasant. Got my oil changed quickly and drove away.I found my new place to get my fluids changed in the vehicles.Just wanted to add an edit to my original post.I just found out they replace headlights also. The technicians working were courteous and fast replacing the headlight. They were discussing one of their coworkers getting married. I wish the best for him and fianc�. Seems like a great place to work.Thanks again

Very professional and HONEST!!!I always get my oil changed there. I noticed on my garage floor there was oil. I took my car in and it was a screw that needed to be tightened. They did a quick check and I was out the door in less than 5 min. They do stand behind the work they do.Thank you!!!!

Where else can you go to get an oil change, oil filter replaced, air filter checked all fluids topped off, air in tires to the correct amount all in less than 20min, zero wait time( maybe it was the time of day) great staff, honest and quick work.

Fast, friendly service! Highly recommend. However it was noted in "other section" on my receipt that "rear seal leak noted upon arrival" I would have liked to know this verbally too. Kind of important for a vehicle with 104,000 miles on it.

Great customer service. They are quick and thorough. They treated me with respect and didn t try to overcharge or over sell me things. Went in for an oil change and got what I wanted quickly. However the process was a bit annoying. First the technician tried to upsell me with a lie saying that my car only took synthetic oil. Oil change itself went quickly. 10 minutes is a fair advertisement. However afterwords the techs forgot to clean my windshield (which is not too big of a deal but it is advertised to come with an oil change) and they forgot to reset my oil life percentage on my car. Overall, I got what I paid for and quickly which was an oil change but the experience could ve been better.Service: Oil change
