The Staff here is awesome. Robert which is the sales manager was the best I ve ever worked with. He was patient and understanding of my situation. I would recommend this car dealership to anyone who is looking to get into a vehicle.

My fianc�e and I went in to look over the inventory and Chris (salesman) was more than helpful he even went out of his way to give us a ride to the dealership, my credit had been having issues over the years but that didn t stop these guys from helping me walk off the lot with a new car! The owner of the dealership was also really helpful, these guys were nice and they work very fast and efficient, I m glad we chose to shop with them!

Extreme disappointment. Bought a car, month later had engine problems. They assured me they would fix it. Instead they did some shadey work so I could pass their 500 mile warranty so they were no longer responsible for it. Took it to a certified dealer and they are shocked it was ever sold in the first place. No compression in 2 cylinders and spark plugs get drowned in oil. Car smokes, had a very bad break line. They said their mechanic looked at the car and said it was in good condition and it most certainly was not. There s no way he looked under the hood cause I m no mechanic and as soon as I took off the engine cover the blower hose was cracked and spraying oil. Would not buy from this dearlership regardless of other reviews. I was Offered a deal for the car so they could get it off the lot. I owned the car barely a month when all this went down. Now I m out of car and my money. They don t call back unless you call them multiple times. Extreme disappointment. The BBB is getting involved because this is totally unacceptable and disgusting.

Car House is a legitimate used car dealership that comes with professional and friendly staff. I heard good things and when it was time to get a car, my first time ever, I went here. I was nervous, I didn t know what to expect. But I can assure you this is the place to go if you re looking for a gently used but reliable vehicle and to be treated with kindness and respect. I can t say enough great things about the owner Linda. She s personable and gets to know her customers, she makes you feel welcome and safe and she works with people from all walks of life. Trust me she wants you to leave happy. She did everything she could for me and got me a car that I love! Linda and all the staff at Car House are genuine and truly a blessing. I will forever be grateful to her and her business. They do not make you feel pushed or neglected, they make you want to do business with them and come back. And it wasn t just helping me get a car, they care about their customers. They gave me helpful hints on how to repair my credit. What other business is going to do that for you? I will definitely recommend to anyone who is in need of a car and wants to be treated with respect and dignity. Thank you Car House for everything!

I have bought two cars from this dealership and their services are great! They are quick to serve you and it feels like family. Their prices are fair and will make sure you walk away satisfied. I would recommend their business to anyone! Great job Linda and Chris.

I have had the displeasure of having purchased four cars from dealerships in the past. I say displeasure due to the fact that each and every one of those experiences was horrible. The sales people played games, were dishonest, and wasted my time. These experiences left a horrible taste in my mouth when it came to purchasing a vehicle from a dealer and I was all set to have another experience like those mentioned above. Thankfully Linda was able to break that cycle of horrible customer service/sales. From the very beginning Linda, worked hard to put me at ease and show that she was going to give me the kind of car buying experience that I had always hoped I d receive. She was polite, knowledgeable, fair, and quite responsive to my car needs. I never once felt pressured, instead she was patient and understanding. If you are in need of a car, then I highly suggest/recommend going to Car House. Speak to Linda, tell her your needs, and your financial situation, and I can assure she will do everything within her power to fulfill your car needs. Keep up the great job guys over there, because I m sending friends and family your way. If you are in need of a car and come across Car House LLC, then count yourself lucky because you just found the perfect place to buy one.

I purchased a 2009 Town & Country on 08/03/2019. I have never financed a vehicle and I didn't know much about the process. I heard about this place being owned by a woman and thought I would feel more comfortable buying from her and I was right. She was so helpful in not just getting me a vehicle but explaining how the process works and what I can do to keep improving my credit. The place was clean and had coffee and donuts. I was happy about the coffee and my kids were happy about the donuts. My family is so happy with our new vehicle and I now have such a better understanding of the whole process. The owner Linda told me she wanted to be the dealership that was for the people and I believe she is. I hope this review gives people an idea of what a great place this is and what a lovely lady Linda is. Thank you Car House and thank you Linda for all your help.

I'm writing this for my neighbor who said she LOVES this place. They were very accommodating and even drove her to the DMV to get her driver's license, so she can buy a car the same day. She loves the car she purchased and has had no issues with it so far. This is a family owed placed and she HIGHLY recommends going here for a used car. I give Car House LLC 5 stars for several reasons. I found their ad on Craigslist while I was searching for somewhere to buy a car. I had a difficult credit situation, they could have easily said no or turned me away. Instead they helped me, worked with me and kept their promises. Linda, the owner, isn t the average car dealer . She actually cares about the people who come in and does her best to make sure that you walk away with a quality car. They gave me a nice car despite my credit issues. Even after the sales of my car Linda still looks out for me if I have any concerns. She didn t just sell me a car and throw me away as a customer. This has been the best car buying experience I ve had . The process was quick, and she s upfront about everything you need to know about what you ll be paying. I really hope Linda prospers and expands because we really need more business owners with high integrity like her.

Linda and Robert,Thank you so very much for your great and fast service for my 2005 Ford Mustang. It's perfect and I love it.Linda said, " Bad things happen to good people and we are here to help." I am rebuilding my credit because my dad was sick and passed away. I had to stop working to take care of him. My credit went down. Family first. When others said no, this proud female owned car dealership said yes. More dealers can learn from these 2 great people when it comes to customer service. They truly are THE BEST!With only $600 down I was on my way. Paperwork was fast and I now have a good quality car - and a classic at that.Thank you to the Car House team. I live 160 miles south of Car House and did not want to drive 3 hours to look at the vehicle I wanted without having more information about it. I called and spoke with the owner. She offered to video call me so I could see the vehicle in better detail. While on the call, I was also able to speak with the mechanic who inspected the vehicle. This staff was amazing and went out of their way to help me. Definitely a 5 star business!

Excellent dealership, Linda is great she sold me a 2011 Nissan Rouge for my son to drive back to college out of state. Linda and Robert made sure it was a safe reliable SUV for my son. Also sold it for a very reasonable price unlike other small dealerships in area. Linda is a woman owned dealership and even in the middle of a pandemic and economic hardship she was willing to make a great deal. I recommend Car House LLC to everyone look for a great deal! Please Support your local women businesses.

I bought a car there in December and got it home and the engine light came on called and told them went and got it checked, it was a misfire on cinder 3 took it back to them over 5 times and ended up with more messed up on it. Took it to the shop in my town when they were able to get it in and it needs a new engine I have to call them over 5 times to get them to call me back and they lied about the milage on the car and they expect for me to pay for whatever the warranty doesn't cover. Very very bad business.

Just got a beautiful Nissan from here and words can not explain how satisfied I am. Everyone that works here is absolutely amazing. Linda is a saint and she does not quit till you re satisfied with your choice. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a used car at an affordable price.

This was a great experience! I have bought numerous cars in the past. However, I have never experienced such knowledgeable, and caring sales people. I am truly amazed by the determination that Linda has, she s an amazing person and will do her best to get u in the car you love. I ll definitely be back when I m ready to get a new car again. Love this place!!

I was looking for a reliable used vehicle for my Mother, if you love your Mother the way that I love mine, then you already know that she s got to be safe and comfortable. She s retired and on a tight budget, still no reason to skimp oh her: I was told by a good neighbor and businessman to check out Car House in Elgin. I had previously gone to another dealership where I didn t even want to test drive the car, let alone put my hands on the steering wheel! It was nasty.... so I decided to try Car House and Bingo! how impressed I was with the variety of cars, cleanliness, smooth running engines and customer service! The shop is owned and operated by a young lady Linda. I was impressed with the fact that her shop was female owned, and that she knew her cars and stood behind them. She was transparent about her product and sincerely wanted me to find a great car for my Mom. Throughout the process she thoroughly went through the computer sharing all details about every vehicle that I had showed interest in. I soon learned the history of all of my choices and was able to make an informed decision after numerous test drives. I am happy with my Moms car choice. I have already recommended Car House to my FB family and friends and wanted to share my review with those who don t know me. I totally recommend Carhouse for your next pre-owned vehicle. This company has quality cars and reasonable prices. I purchased my vehicle in Sept 2020. I am extremely satisfied with all aspect of the purchase, including financing with the help from Carhouse staff. I came from Chicago, but it was worth the trip, so don't hesitate to give them your business. Just ask for Linda!

Purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tucson today, it is in GREAT condition, runs amazing! Car House has a great selection of cars to choose from! I love this gem we found! Linda is very professional, informative, and definitely knows her cars!! Highly recommended Car House!

I highly recommend coming to Carhouse, there's a deal for anyone buying a used car or new car. They are friendly, honest, flexible with payments, responsible. We bought a car two months ago and there was something wrong with the car, we took it to Carhouse to ask if they could it check it out, they accomplished the work. We ask how much would it be, they said to not worry since we bought the car not long ago, they said they'll take care of it. Most of the dealerships wouldn't care about it, they would've probably say you bought the car it's your problem, but here at Carhouse, they do!! Great experience!!

When I say professional I mean professional. The service was beyond 5 stars. The establishment is clean well mannered organized and very detailed oriented. You feel apart of the family when you re there based on there hospitality. If you re a Service Veteran or Active Duty this is the place to go. Seeing a Woman run and manage is a great thing to see. The cars are just as beautiful as her and they re all in great shape. So check it out if you re looking for a car.
