They were very professional. Answered all my questions and had great communication the whole way. Any time I had an issue they took the time to resolve it in a patient and friendly manner. Most important the fixed the correct problem the first time. I recommend them for a great alignment and for fixing your real issue the first time. I took my dodge in suspecting a transmission issue and they figured out the real problem and saved me a lot of money. Thank you!

Sincerely recommend these guys!! They're very thorough and transparent about their work. Logan was a huge help in helping me prioritize repairs I needed. They were forthright in the timeline it could be accomplished by and came to get me when my repairs were finished. Yaaaaay

I left my car at Integrity to have some work done and they were kind enough to give me a loaner car for a couple of days. I forgot to fill up the tank with gas before I dropped it off and called when I realized what had happened. Brook told me she would take care of it this time and thanked me for letting them know. Wonderful service!

Over the past few years I have had several major repairs done by Integrity on 3 different vehicles and all have gone fantastic. I had my first experience with having to take something back due to a warranty issue. In my opinion this is where a company earns a 5 star over 4,3,2 or even 1 start review. I had a couple of concerns after the work was completed, but instead of running straight to the internet, I gave Lee and the team a chance to address my concerns. As you can see with my rating everything was handle with extreme care and professionalism. Thanks again guys, as much as I hope I don t have to see you again, if the need arises I ll be giving you a call.

It was the end of my car loan and a lot of things had started to nickel and dime me so I took it in to fix as much as I could on a limited budget. I ended up able to fix more than I was originally quoted because they were awesome and worked on the price and with me.Integrity Auto 10/10 would recommendBrook the best 12/10 would recommend

This place is fantastic. I own a Toyota Tacoma and had them install a leveling kit along with new wheels and tires. They slotted a time that worked for me and finished the job in a great time! They also did not scratch any of the wheels while installing and I appreciate that. Recently had them do tire rotation's for me & they did a great job again. I will from now on stop taking my truck to Toyota for any maintenance or issues, bad experiences previously. I had a clunk noise when driving my car. I was able to get my car in quickly. They were very knowledgeable and did a full suspension inspection. My car was fixed in a timely manner. I would definitely go there for any other repairs.

These guys are awesome! Came for a second opinion after being told by one place that they don't work on Saturn wagons and another auto place that I needed a new transmission. Long story short, I didn't need a new transmission. Excellent customer service! They were very pleasant to work with and kept me updated every step of the way. They saved me from unnecessarily spending almost double what I paid there, and my car no longer sounds like a train slowing down when I brake. :) I will definitely be returning to them when I need to get work done on my car!

The Team up at Integrity in South Beloit is the only people I take my vehicles too, they are the best hands down. Everything is done right the first time. Lee & Brooke are awesome people who actually care about their customers.

Best shop I've ever used! They have been keeping my much loved old high mileage SUV on the road for almost 4 years. Lee and Brook behind the counter go above and beyond to estimate and explain needed repairs. I feel their costs are very reasonable and competitive. They even can provide loaners!

I feel you could give the customer the actual cost of the repairs. Instead of getting them at an inflated price and then when they complain, knock a couple hundred bucks off of the total.

Updated 4/27/2023: After now three or four visits to Integrity Auto Repair for various services, I can't stop recommending them to anyone who mentions they are in need of auto work. I took my vehicle in for an oil change, and upon inspection they found my air and cabin filters, as well as my tires were due for replacement. They advised me of my options and answered all my questions and got the services done quickly. Best of all, they knew I needed my vehicle to get to and from work and without another option they picked my car up from my office (locally) and returned it to my office when done, all while I was at work. Keep up the great work! I love this place! The workers are extremely friendly and remember me every time I walk in, and they are patient with explaining car things I don't understand. They are very helpful when it comes to updating me about my car's progress, and the service is phenomenal. There is a lounge for customers that is complete with a TV and simulated fireplace. There are drinks available for waiting customers, and they make the experience as comfortable as possible. Definitely worth the visit!!

I have put off writing this review but as an online guide I see it as my responsibility to the public. We sold the car they worked on last week after nearly a year. In June of 2018 we took our 2008 mini cooper clubman (about 150k miles) to our regular, trusted 50+ year experience mechanic. It was running fine in higher rpms but rough in the idle/stop sign etc. He gave it a look, blew out the carbon and concluded that it probably needed a timing chain. Since he did not have the mini scanner or the tool to lock the cam shaft down to change the timing chain, he told us we had to find a mechanic that did. When I called Integrity Lee (son) assured me they had all the correct tools, scanner etc. to do the job. Integrity had our car from 7/3/18-8/23/18. When it became weeks - we knew there was a problem. We have realized since it was an experience problem. When the timing chain was changed it was put on wrong. When the mechanic started the car it bent the valves. Integrity denied this, however the car then needed a valve job. They sent it to Brunton for the head shop. When it came back, they said the valve seat fell out and it needed a second valve job. When it came back from the second valve and resurface they called and said, the car was done, the technician would like to drive it over the weekend to make sure it was "perfect" for us. We agreed to that. Somehow, in driving it over the weekend the front suspension was broken - coil. They tried to give it to me like that. I had to pay the bill which was over $3300 and they said they were actually not charging me for everything that they did to it. When I went to drive it home it was making a loud banging noise in the front end and a rubber burning smell. I turned right around and came back in. Leon (owner) said. "Let me show you what YOUR problem is. " No, I refused to take the car. He agreed to put a used shock on the right front (drivers side) for free, they already had my $3300+ dollars. When I went back the next day, the car had an exclamation mark on the dashboard. They said, I would have to drive it for some miles for that to go off. The technician drove it and the light would not go off. I refused to take the car. The next day they called and said - someone had put a non sensor valve stem on one of the tires. In fairness to Integrity, this had NOTHING to do with them. I was unaware of this fact about the valve stem. When I picked up the car Leon (owner) sort of got in my face and said " he didn't appreciate me calling his employees liars" I never said that but I did tell the desk girl the day before ~ I was not being told the entire story. The desk girl told me the day before, "we heard the noise (broken suspension) but didn't know what it was" - so I responded with, Im not being told the entire story. When I took the car a check engine light came on after driving it 29.3 miles. I sent a text message to them (that's how they communicate) nobody answered. I took it directly to the Ford dealer where we get our Ford serviced. They don't have the proper scanner for mini but told me one of the O2 sensors tested bad. This was one of the numerous parts Integrity replaced ~ we feel trying to figure out what the problem was. The car was taken to BMW 2x. It cost us almost $700 for analysis. I have attached the documentation with digital photos. You can see ~ cam shaft is grooved. This is due to the metal filings which were not cleaned off properly when they resurfaced the head. Additionally, you can see the BMW mechanic referenced screws were stripped in reassembling and even after the 2 timing chains - it was not on there proper. I stopped my visa card. When they reviewed the findings we were given a full refund of the money we paid to Integrity $3300+ dollars. We were able to sell the car to someone for the amount it cost at BMW. We did however lose the value of the car which we estimated to be around $2000. I do not recommend this place. As of summer of 2018 they had an inexperienced mechanic. I wrote notes every step of the way and got documentation from BMW. Very bad.

Quick, efficient, honest work. Been to both the Belvidere and South Beloit locations and they re both top notch. I may go back and forth between locations but I ll never go anywhere else.

Excellent experience! They are true professionals at Integrity Auto; they did a thorough inspection of our car, were polite and courteous on the phone and in person, and provided the extra service of being picked up and dropped off at home while they were working on the car, too! Best yet, our car runs like it s good old self again. I drive a 2008 mini Cooper S. I started using Integrity Auto several years ago after becoming unsatisfied with Dealer service. Integrity Auto is by far the best auto repair facility I have ever used. Their mechanics are all top notch technicians. They explain everything in great detail and have options as well to consider. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for all your auto repairs/maintenance needs.
