Great service great price. They replaced 8 dry rotting drives with name brand new tires. Had me in and out in under an hour and better price than anywhere else I had called.

So I call one afternoon to make sure they do services on cummins. The guy I talked to said yes gave me a price on a regular PM. Told him I need Synthetic he told me I would be a up charger but could tell me a price. After waiting all night I found out they didn't have synthetic and had to go find it. Then I was told they didn't carry fleet gaurd filters. So I had to use baldwin filters. Which I don't use bit they said they where good. Ok I'm there let's get it done. Bad choice. Frist they are pretty high on cost compared to TA. But they marked it down enuff to not complain. Then about 1000 miles later I start loosing power and throwing codes. Which ended up being low fuel rail pressure. Changed filters to fleet gaurd, problem fixed. Just waited money on the baldwin filters. Then 500 miles later I start leaking oil from my oil filter. It wasn't even hand tight. So tighten that up problem fix. If I hadn't notice in time I could have lost my moter. Note cummins does not like baldwin filters. I do not recommend this place for PMs.

Good service, seems like a good bunch of people all around. No complaints. There was a minor issue which they rectified as soon as they noticed. Can t ask for much more.

Got off the interstate to shut down when my exhaust pipe disconnected from the filter. Went back to the shop and the manager, Vicki Castor, assisted me immediately with getting the issue resolved. It took them less than 10mins to get me back up and running. Ms Vicky, thanks for your outstanding customer service and you and the the guys are an outstanding crew.

Got me in for service during my 30 minute break! That is never happened before it. Any shop I ve ever been to. Excellent friendly service and even the restroom is extremely clean.

The best like a nascar Pitstop the manager even got on the floor with the boys running the jacks. It was amazing absolutely perfect 100% best experience That girl has it going on?

The best human beings that I see in my life deserve to be the management of all as a driver I'll advise you guys go there no matter what is wrong with you they'll help you go back to the road safely anything they'll try to treat I'm going to said God place you guys vike and the guys too thank you so much love

Went there for a regular DOT Inspection and found out that one of my coolant hoses was cracked and leaking. To make everything worse the part was on national back order, but luckily I went to the right place and I run into great people that went above and beyond to get me back on the road. They used last atom to find a solution how to have my truck fixed and they literally made a new hose for me in just couple hrs. If you are around and you have any issues this is the place where you want to go. Vicky the manager and the guys are the true team and a perfect example how one truck repair shop should look like. Thank you guys so much!

I cannot express with words what the GM Vicki Castor did for our company last week on February 9th , it was cold and the truck had water in the brake system and could not move we towed it to this GOODYEAR shop and general manger Vicki was so nice and helpful She went above and beyond for us and while I was there I can say that she was helping everyone present at the time in the nicest and polite manner trying to get every driver back on the road !Vicki Thank you ! Thank you! You have my deepest gratitude and appreciation! God bless you!

I have been here a number of times for air ups and replacements on my big rig, and Vicky has been great every time. As a company truck driver, the trailer lottery isn't always good, which is why I come back to this location repeatedly.

30 min to patch a tire. In an out very fast. Love going to a shop where people are working and have good communication. Larry and his crew hit it out of the ball park

1000 miles from home when we lost a brake line on the trailer, but these guys really came thru for us and got us back on the road quick and safe. Can't thank y'all enough!!!

Well it s 1315hrs and they are closed on a Saturday that poor business if you ask me.I so tired of hearing well we are closed do to covid or short staffed... truckers need fuel, food and repair shops .... what great way to slap us in the face ... thank you !!!

They pick and chose which truck and which job to take in no matter how early you come to them it s common that they say to you I am the only person here who said one person can t do a PM service .

Therw was a woman working.my cars underguard was flying off on the freeway..me and my son were far from home goin to baseball tournament for the wkend..late in the day and umder atress from some dhead trucker she helped me fix up my car n got us under way..so thankful for her..thanks again

We kept losing air on one of our 5th wheel tires and stopped in for a fix. They got us in right away, and after searching for a while, found the leak was coming from the wheel itself. We had to go to an RV store to get the wheel and were ready to go 10 minutes later. And......Vicki brought our dogs some treats!

Not professional. I stop to grease my truck. They didn't do on proper way, asked them to repeat, they start yelling but they repeat greasing.after that they didn't wipe extra grease.... dont stop here....like most of truck stop shops they don't know they are doing...

Brought a trailer in with a flat. The trailer belonged to a big trailer rental company. Kyle handled the bureaucracy to get approval, so I didnt have to. Their customer service is #1!

This place is a Joke... I had one my truck stop to replace a rear drive tire, they told me it was going to be around $300.00, after they remove the tire they said that they don't have the right size, and that they are going to look for one, 2 hours later they still don't have the tire, then they told me that, I have to replace all 4 rears for a different size, which they didn't have either and cost $480 each, 6 hours later I had to call a road size service to replace the tire, I lost over $1500.00 because of your guys mistake, it sounds like a scam, I need somebody from your corporate office to GET IN TOUCH WITH ME!!!!
