Was not pleased with them at all. Had to be towed on Friday. Spoke to them Monday morning about getting my car where it needed to go they said they would get it over there. It didn't happen called again Wednesday due to the holiday and they told me the place it's going to needed to pick it up. That information was not communicated to me or the repair shop. Had I not called my car may have still been there.

If you need a vehicle picked up from AJ's don't bother because they tell you a time and then they can't even be there at that time to pick it up I wouldn't even give them a star he keeps pushing people off on time so if you want something done don't bother calling them for service

After waiting 7 hours and dealing with a Machesney Park towing company and AAA, someone at AAA finally did their job and called this company. They were there in less than 20 minutes and had our car towed amazingly fast. So while I will never renew my AAA membership again, I would use this company,.

If there was negative stars I d give that. $500 for a tow with ridiculous extra charges. $50 cause I was on the side of the road instead of in the road. $250 tow fee cause the nice police man called them instead of myself. ( the police man was very nice and told me he knew of a few towing companies that would be there asap, talked with him after the ridiculous charges and he wasn t even aware of their fees. Going to investigate them) Instead of taking my car to my mechanic in which I requested that evening which was maybe a 15min drive away(10 miles if that) they refused to and took it all the way back to their facility in Beloit and didn t bring it to my mechanic until late noon and then charged me a storage fee $125 and another $75 towing fee on top of that. A tow that should ve cost me $200 max at any normal towing company( and yes I have had tows before and have never been charged this ridiculous amount before) They wouldn t accept check and if I paid by credit card it was an additional $25 fee for that. Cash only! Screams ripoff! Refused to take my car off their truck until they got paid. Don t use these guys ever, they will take you for all your worth. Always ask for pricing up front. These guys are crooks.

Treated us great! My husband was in a bad accident at 251/Gardner back in September. I showed up on the scene to them calming down my husband until I got there.Then when we went to go get our personal items from the car before the other insurance company towed it, they were very kind, helpful and professional!

AJ was great! My transmission blew out at 5 pm on a Friday night and he was very fast and responsive. He picked the car up within half an hour and then delivered it to my mechanic who is an hour and a half away the next morning. I have a vintage 1974 Porsche and he took great care of the car and in particular the wheels! I couldn't be happier with the service and recommend him highly.

My daughter had a flat tire on the highway over the weekend we called triple A and they used this towing service. He shows up and tows them while in the car somewhere and then leaves them there we tried calling no answer very unprofessional you guys should be ashamed leaving 2 ladies in distress then he comes back and tries to sell them a used tire for 150$ this people should be out of business. Crooks!, Inconsiderate and I would never recommend this company if there was negative stars they truly deserve it.

This company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I called this company for a towing service and the owner answered the phone very rude, so I tell him all my information and I mentioned I have to pay with a card because I didn t have my key at the moment, he then gives me a number to call so they can process the payment, once I called that number the lady answered the phone asked me a few questions and never ask for my card number. The whole company sounded Jenkee so I then told them never mind cancel the towing and I then called a different towing company which was right next to them and $10 cheaper and way more professional (Hillside) . So when the other towing company arrive to my car they informed me that AJ s towing already had my car on the flat bed. So once a jays brung my car two blocks down to me and I got to my car my wallet was on my seat and all my money was missing except for $15 so I didn t notice right away I told him to let the car down and I would come back out and pay him ,he tried to force me to pay over the phone and I told him that I didn t have to pay by card anymore because I have my key to get my wallet out of the car and once he notices that I will go in my wallet he acted as if he was giving me a blessing and told me to just pay him $15 so once I m in my wallet to give him the $15 I noticed all my money was missing witch was 100$ and I only had $15 left he claims he didn t take my money and I contacted the owner of the company and the owner said that the man told him I Paid $75 which I didn t and the owner was very rude about it he said he wasn t there and he has nothing to do with him and then I explain to him that it is his company so it has a lot to do with him and I will press charges so then the owner offers to come put my tire on just to make everyone happy he gave me the runaround all day and when he arrived he was very rude very loud and very aggressive . This company gave me some of the worst customer service I have every experience it is pretty messed up that you can t trust the ones you call for help in a time of need and this is why most people don t support black owned business today as it is .

This past September I was involved in an auto accident in Janesville, Wi. This tow service removed my vehicle and after I got home I realized that I had forgotten some things in my van. I live almost eight hours away so I called them and asked if they would send them to me. They agreed to this and ever since then my repeated calls to ask if they are ever going to have been ignored or if AJ answers he'll quickly rush me off of the phone promising to have someone call me back about getting my things back to me which he never does. This is rude and unprofessional treatment of a customer. If you can use another tow service you should.

Tell people they coming but dont show up waited 41/2 hours and still no tow truck. I would never recommend this towing company they do bad business. Never show up never answer calls lie to there customers. BAD BUSINESS IF YOU CAN STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOWING COMPANY!!!!

This should be a negative 5 star review, but the app will not allow that.Flying AJ's tow service picked up my vehicle after an accident. we realized then that two cell phones were missing and were most likely in the vehicle.I called Flying AJ's the following morning and asked if the cell phone were in the vehicle. I was assured they were not, and that a second tow truck company had indicated they had picked up a cell phone at the scene of the accident.The second tow truck company did not have the phones.My insurance company also called Flying AJ's to ask about the phones. He was also assured that the phones were not in the vehicle.I drove to South Beloit to find my vehicle. 1020 Gardner St is not the correct address for Flying AJ's - Tom's Towing is there instead. Flying AJ's was off of Carpenter Dr.When I opened the door of my truck, there was the first cell phone on the front floor, and the second phone was on the floor in the back seat. No special searching required. in Plain View.I am extremely disappointed the Flying AJ's lied to both me and my insurance provided. I will never do business with them again.

Not somewhere you want your vehicle towed to. They will answer the phone and tell you that they will get someone to call you about meeting out there but will not call back. I waited a week and a half before calling back (due to the holidays) and had to get rude with them in order for them to actually meet me so I can get my house keys! Horrible place

Very unprofessional. Not on time for scheduled appointment, 30+ minutes late. Does not give professional quotes. I do not recommend this business.

Tried to use thier service. Lied to me 7 times about time they would arrive. 11 hours later still have not shown. Left car stranded with keys in it. Beware dont use them.

I was in a bad car accident early in the morning and AJ came from Beloit to Rockford, in record time, was very compassionate and professional and made a scary situation a lot easier!!!
