I got a flat tire, was stuck on the side of the road with my toddler, and got my truck towed directly to the shop. My truck was ready and driving like brand new in less than 24 hours with brand new front breaks, flushed break system, with 4 new tires, balanced and everything! I love this place and the technicians/employees are always friendly and efficient.

Very time efficient and phenomenal service! Mike was very informative of the work that needed to be done, and gave great estimates so I knew how to work it all into my budget. I also love their texting service for non urgent answers, and their online review of the work that was done or needed to be done for my car. THANK YOU!

Super star's had to go to a funeral in Oklahoma. We had an appointment for the following week to do an oil change they moved us up and got us in and out plenty of time for our trip. Thank you, and we would highly recommend them.

Meckfessels was great! I usually go to the dealership for oil changes but found out they had concierge service and was sold. I had them pick up my car & do the oil change & a tire repair while I was working from home. They were so great at going over everything I had my brakes done the next day. We had to have our car towed after it broke down over near Smithton. John and the guys at Meckfessel were great. My car was too far gone to justify fixing, but they were so nice and allowed me a few days to get someone to tow it off their lot. They were quick to look at my car and do the diagnostic to determine what was wrong. I had a great experience with them and wouldn't hesitate to have them work on my car.Lisa Hayman

Was checking local oil change prices and decided to check on my local shop. I can't believe they have a concierge service and picked up my vehicle. I scheduled it online got confirmation to me email a few minutes later. The day of the change got a call when they were coming to pick up the car for it's first oil change and then I got the diagnostic report and receipt texted to me. Paid online and they delivered the vehicle back to me. Amazing. I was on meetings all day so this was the only way I was going to be able to get the oil changed on this vehicle. I am blown away by the service. Oh and the prices weren't bad either. Highly recommend.Service: Oil change

You can t get better service than the guys at Smithton McFessel. You know ahead of time what needs to be done and how much it will cost and they work around your schedule. I trust them totally.

I first went in for a small leak in my tire. They repaired it and set up an appointment to have the oil changed and a tire rotation a couple days later. Everyone was courteous and helpful. I received a text message with a link to see what was happening with the tires and how they finished up the oil change. I had a very good experience which really refreshing.
