I was happy with the service! Great wash for the price! Could be better tho with the interior but can t complain. 16 dollars for in and out basic wash is pretty good.

First time coming here took about 10 minutes. The basic wash cost $20 for a Mazda CX-5 includes exterior wash and interior vacuum. In my experience wash was okay. I just didn t like that they wash the mats(weather tech) & were placed back in the vehicle wet. Overall I ll be returning.

Waited over 2 hours. Was told a/c and air filters dangerous and were changed . Paid $274.00 foe what I thought was a simple synthetic oil change. I feel the owner did this because I m a woman.

Busy on weekends, but they do a thorough job with any general service. Being a regular has its perks as the staff and owner are all very personable. Been going here for a good amount of time (5+ years). Truthfully, the exterior hand wash is the best part, on top of a job well done with regular services (oil change and the like). Cannot speak personally about detailings or major vehicle/repair services.

Don t waste your money! Just got an interior & exterior car wash today from Spex for the first time. Will NOT be going back as they are very sloppy. They returned the car mats wet in the car. They obviously did not vacuum properly AND they did not wipe any of the interior surfaces at all. Car is very dirty. Wasted my money at this place.

They do a great job wash inside and out for $20. They also have auto repair and oil changes. I ve been coming for years. The owner is very friendly, like this place!!

They do very nice engine washes , also nice price for it as well. Regular inside/outside car wash is super nice as well and affordable, highly recommend.

If I have access to give them minus star I can give them.it's really bad experience with this car wash I spend 90$ for the only interior detailing my car I want clean just inside and they say we take 4 hours detailing my car. I thought it was clean my car that's good for me but after 5 hours when I show my car is the same position almost they just wash normally no any detailing nothing else I upload my pictures too you can see it do not go this car wash again, please save your money or find somewhere else thank you

Horrible quality of service. Ordered interior cleaning and paid 20$ they didn't even vacuum the car and haven't completed the service I've requested and paid for.I do not recommend this car wash! Stay away!!!!

I recently visited this establishment for a full detailing service, but my experience left much to be desired. Initially, the person on the phone quoted me a higher price than what I was ultimately charged upon arrival, which was a bit confusing.Unfortunately, the quality of the detailing job fell short of my expectations. I had specifically requested the removal of certain spots on my vehicle, but when I picked it up, those spots were still present. Regrettably, I didn't have the time to address this issue, so I left somewhat dissatisfied. Given the amount I paid, I would say the service was only passable.Another inconvenience was the estimated time for the service. I was informed it would take approximately 5 hours, so I planned my day accordingly. However, I received a call just 2 hours after dropping off my vehicle, informing me that they were closing soon and I needed to pick it up immediately. This unexpected change disrupted my plans significantly.In light of these experiences, I find it difficult to recommend this establishment for detailing services.

Spex Hand Car Wash is the best in Skokie. Friendly personal service with an eye on details, compared to other hand washers. Spex Hand Car Wash takes pride in his work. So, bring in your car, for some tender loving care.

Worst car wash ever, they have the worst customer service. They are very rude to the customer. They dont even clean the car that good. Don't waste your money. The car stay the same after the car wash even worst.

Improved experienceBut still felt the same feelingToday soured my experience.Went there to get my car cleaned and the staff was rude rushed and hurried.Given a simple task of putting things in totes but they refused.Old reviewGreat service very professional.I had vomited in my car once on the passenger side. They cleaned properly.They did great work with washing my truck and cleaning out the bedCar wash mainly great. Pretty great repair work too

Honestly i just spent 150 dollars to try and remove glue and coffee smell from my fabric. I understand the glue wont come out, but the guys put in my floor mats all mixed up and almost lost my center console rubber mat. There were still dirty spots here and there and i feel like i just paid for a glorified outside detailing. They even forgot tk wash the top of the car in between the roof racks. Friendly boss but blatant disregard for quality from the employees. Came back to bring a company van for inside cleaning and didn't even vacuum. Come man. I'm paying for service. Please at least try a little more.Services: Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming

They did my car so good !The manger was awesome he made me feel comfortable when leaving my vehicle with them. They called and gave me updates on the cleaning, they even buffered out scratches on my car that I thought needed a repaint! The service was so good I ll be coming back, thank you spexs

Very bad experience there. The boss tried to fool me and didn't admit his staff broken my the tire there. And he is so rude to the customer. If you want your car fully fixed and no trick during the process, find another store. Strongly not recommend this auto repair store

I used to tip but I always had to ask for a towel to do my own cleaning after they are "done". I cut down the tipping from $5 to $3 (a dollar per person) and the service just got worse. The last time I was there, the Indo-paki owner comes up to my car and starts yelling at me to move as I am cleaning my car with one of their borrowed towels. I was not blocking any cars as two cars had finished and drove past me before he came yelling at me. I tell him I am cleaning my car which I had paid to be done by his team, he got angry and asked for his towel back and said not come back then. Very rude owner

Wouldn't recommend bringing a nice car to this wash, their towels are almost like sandpaper, it will leave deep scratches in your car. Furthermore they use very little soap when cleaning the exterior of your car, they get more soap on the front bumper of the car behind you than they do on your own car.Lastly for manual owners, if you do go there make sure they actually know how to drive stick, a worker there started my car and started it in first. The car jumped forward, he almost hit a Dodge Viper. Overall just a poor experience.Service: Auto detailing
