I called the sales team as was told by Scott that it ll be a waste of his time to help me. Now do I appreciate his honesty. Yes. Does the location Look like they can t help me no it looks like all the cars at the location as well as the place definitely looks like no one s there but that besides the point don t go looking for assistance if you don t have 800 credit score or 5000 dollars for cars that don t look like 5000 dollars down worthy.

My daughter Gave this place a chance and shot herself in the foot they basically sold her a lemon they swore up and down the car she was getting was in such great shape 50 miles later her car started having issues . They don t do maintenance on none of their vehicles I m assuming based off her having the issues she had with her car that could ve been avoided if they would ve just did the proper maintenance to it before giving it to her , stay away from this place must be a reason why they still have the same cars sitting on their lot for a year and customer service is horrible . They had the audacity to try and charge my daughter 180 and hour and say oh we can charge her the price we pay for the parts typical rinky dinky place bad business never again

I always appreciate a good honest business that gives a great quote and does phenomenol work! Couldn't be happier with Paul and his crew. Huge scratch, beautifully removed and perfectly color matched. Chicago parking garages..not my fault! Lol it was.

Bought a used Honda two years ago. Running like a champ. People here know cars and actually do the work right. Forget the big car dealerships. Go here!

If you want perfection with a smile and a few jokes, go here. Sigler s did some body work for me and the end result looks like the car is brand new. No visual reminders of the accident, whatsoever. They are honest. Customer service is lovely. They take great pride in doing quality work and it shows.

Hey what can I say...these guys are the real deal. Al sold me a truck, and I know he absolutely loved it for himself, but he let me buy it and I'm so very thankful. His boys that work along his side are just the kindest, most genuine people you could ever want to meet. I am so very happy my family and I met these wonderful people. I feel like we made friends meeting the Siglers. You are all so awesome!If you're looking for a specific truck look to this team and they'll get you fixed up in a flash.

I had been having major issues with getting my emissions test completed and unfortunately I was not able to get much help from those working for Illinois. I have never had to take a emissions test before and they were not able to answer questions or even give me a recommendation for a mechanic. I was referred to Sigler's after doing some digging and they were awesome. From the owner's son, who directed me where to go and when to come in, to Karen, who made it all happen and was able to sneak my car in to get fixed, and Avi, who fixed my broken sensor. They were all wonderful and I cannot express my gratitude for them as I was under a time constraint and they were empathetic and understanding and extremely fair. Thank you for the amazing service, I would definitely recommend it will surely be back!

Al, Paul and their team did an amazing job fixing up my little ol' Chevy Spark. They kept me updated every step of the way and made working with my insurance a breeze. They are professional, friendly, and beyond helpful. We will definitely recommend them to those in need of servicing their vehicle.

Al and his team did an unbelievably good job reconditioning our 2007 Chevy Tahoe. He said it would look like new when it was done, and he was right- looks just like when it rolled off the dealers lot 14 years ago. While it was not cheap, it was at least 30% less than my Chevy deal quoted. I would definitely get a competitive quote from these guys if you are looking at reconditioning a car. Am about to bring a 2nd car in to them for same treatment!

What an amazing experience I had coming to Siglers. When I ran into a pole in a parking lot and my quarter panel suffered some damage I had no idea where to go being from California. My friend recommends Siglers, and I am so grateful for them, they did a wonderful job fixing my car at a great price. As you can see in the photo, my black Jeep looks like brand new. Going to Siglers was defiantly an experience and being from out of town they made me feel safe like my new car family. Also, seeing all the classic Jeep s they have in their showroom was pretty cool. And they love dogs!! I brought my dog and she hung out with me while I checked out the showroom full of cool classic cars.

Excellent service on Subaru collision repair. Kept us advised throughout the process and made sure correct replacement parts were used. Highly recommend this repair center.

Al, is the MAN!! Boy, they really know how to fix car right no shortcuts taken, they did a top notch job on my car even if it took a day later than they thought, it's done and fixed RIGHT and he saved me a bunch of money. If you have a fender bender you really need to see this guy, they'll take good care of you!!!

Not a good place to fix your car or purchase! Money suckers, don't trust them once you sign your contract for something to do they charge you for bunch of fees. Be very careful with their towing fees cuz they charge $350 for 1mile distance(towing guy told me it should be more than $100 but Siglers charge me $350!) and might tell you very cheap option but is it not. They also charge for administrative fee they call $250! At the end I was waiting for my recipe that they can't provide me for all charges! It has been 5days called them 5times they are refusing to pick up and still waiting for recipe! Many problems with with bodyshop absolutely no trust!

What a typical low level managed repair shop! You know the kind, the one where they quote you $X and then they up the costs by 50% and when you make a fuss they drop it back, but you still end up paying 25% more than the original estimate. How are those low lifers still in business after decades!?
