David was a really nice help. He showed me cars that would be nice to buy. I had a lot of options. He is also very respectful. He gave me a lot of information about the car that I just bought. It was very well detailed. And if he didn t know about something, he would go talk to someone and give me the answers immediately. So I recommend this dealer because it has a lot of nice staffs

Great service department. They let us know up front of the changes to Chrysler policy regarding approval of warranty work. They communicated through the process and did a great job. Hard to get a courtesy car though.Also, the massage chairs in the waiting room are awesome.

I had to rent a mobility van to take my mom to some nursing home visits and doctor appointments over 2 days. It was very difficult to even find places that rent such vans, so I was glad to find them! Their price was fair, they don t charge per mile, which was good because I drove 425 miles in 2 days! Check in and check out were smooth, can was clean, and Dave showed me how to use the ramp and securing straps.The only thing I wasn t happy about was the fact that the van doesn t have an actual belt that goes across the wheelchair-bound person- that is an issue more with the vehicle itself.

My Ram Promaster which has 50,000 miles on it and is under warranty is in the service department because of the transmission. The transmission needs to be replaced. This is an issue with this vehicle. There is also a recall. The transmission is on backorder. And they have vehicles ahead of ours. This is a very big deal for us. We depend on this vehicle. The service manager is rude, speaks so quickly that he is difficult to understand on the phone (and he disagrees that he is speaking like an auctioneer impossible fast and non stop if asked to slow down) he talks over the customer and shows zip empathy. Of-course we are going to contact corporate. This problem may not be the dealerships fault. However, how they work with a customer can make or break a relationship with that dealership and the brand. I expected more from Dodge. I expected more from this dealership. I'm disappointed and angry.

Angel, David and Chris in the service department were A+ !! The team at Sherman really goes above any other dealerships that I have done service with. Alex the manager really cares about the clients and that really impressed me. I never really went to a dealership before so I have no comparison but each time I have visited it has been a great experience. Brought my Jeep in to get running boards and Mike Links could not have been nicer as he took care of paperwork. Carlos took care of my car and I felt like I was in good hands.They even found out the reason why my back wiper didn't work and although it was such a small issue, took care of it. Didn't mind the massage chairs as I waited. I don't think anyone wants to have to take their car in for service but if you have to, you will be in good hands at this location.

I love this dealership. I bought a Nissan here in May with Lukas and just took it in for the first service maintenance. Eddie was quick checking me in, and the service was honest and quick! I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Easy scheduling via online. Will give you text reminders about your appointment. My rep, Amar, is great! worst dodge dealership I ever been too tried to force me get my car fixed their had to escalete, call because they did not want to let me pay diagnostic fee over the phone to get my car tow truck man. And also over price my hundred of dollars to try to fix it.
