We highly recommend Sherman Dodge for whoever is interested in purchasing a vehicle. The staff here is very friendly and professional. David and Eric were true professionals and explained all the details on the vehicle. They also worked with us so we could be able to leave the dealership with a new vehicle and were very transparent with the process. We really appreciate their hard work they did for us. I recently bought my dream car a Dodge Challenger thanks to Sam Garner. Sam is really friendly and very helpful. Well, let me just say that I was highly impressed with the professionalism that was displayed. The wait time wasn t long, the service was excellent, and the cost was very fair. I was assisted by a nice young man, Angel Anderson. He was a great help and made me feel at home. He was very informative and had great customer service skills. I felt like my time and presence was valued which isn t too common these days. I just had to write a review and would like to recommend Sherman Dodge to anyone who needs an oil change or any other assistance. Thank you!

Terrible. These guy's only want your money and don't even provide assistance that they said they were going to do.I had talked to at least 4 people that said they were going to help me with some specifications of the car i needed but nothing. Over 2 days and 2 different people per day, I got nothing. Not even their "tesla guy" reached out. Nobody helped.I was supposed to drive 30 miles to see them but the car I was requesting to see was sold. Thank god I checked the website before going.Don't waste your time with these guys. They have bad reviews for a reason. They're lazy. Take your money and go elsewhere.

Greatly appreciated D4 (Darius) helping me purchase a 2024 Jeep Compass! I was curious about my options and he immediately supported me. He listened to find the perfect vehicle in my mind. He knows how to find what you re looking for and make you a car owner with 15 years of service. He even took his time showing me features of the vehicle after the purchase and making sure I was good to go. The best. Please feel comfortable seeing D4 (Darius) for your next vehicle.

Had my jeep serviced. Oil change and tire rotation. The people at the service department we kind and helpful. They were flexible with me when I had to change my appointment time.Only negatives they charge for coffee while you wait and did not wash my vehicle like other dealer service departments have in the past. Overall good experience.

I rented a disability van for my son, and the experience was truly exceptional. Special thanks to the Service Dept. Dave handled the rental and Fawaz showed me special features of the vehicle. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! D4 and Mike made my car buying a breeze. They worked with me every step of the way, even having just moved to Chicago! I previously went to another Jeep dealership and was convinced I d never step foot in one again (I even reserved a car on Carvana), but Mike and D4 completely changed my perspective.So so grateful for my brand new 2023 Jeep compass! 10/10 always ask for MIKE & D4!

This was a great experience. The salesman was very knowledgeable and took time to explain all our questions; we were amazed by exceptional dedication and high technical expertise. We are very happy with the whole sales process and of course with the car itself (best product compared with what we had before). If you need a car, I highly recommend to go to this place first, and drive away in the vehicle you always dreamed of. Great job for salesman D4 and Sherman Dodge team!

Today I had exceptional service with Sherman staff. I had to take my car for repair on Tuesday, they have me a car so I can is until it gets fixed. They made sure I had a car until it got fixed. I was treated very good and I m very happy about it. Special thanks to Dave Dickens and Reggie Steele who helped me without hesitation. They made sure I left happy and also left the doors open for me anytime I have any issues with my car. Thanks Dave and Reggie, you are excellent on making things happen. Very Best Jimmy

I almost didn't go in because I was really skeptical about the price they advertised online. I decided to go after my salesman at a different dealership basically yelled at me, and became very rude when I asked why I wasn't getting any incentives on the 2 door Wrangler I ordered from the factory. I mentioned the one at Sherman was listed with a lot of incentives and he said "it's a scam". So two weeks later when my Jeep was delayed at the factory I contacted Sherman again about that same Jeep. It was still there, but he wouldn't tell me what the out the door was over the phone, and said "that's why they're incentives", that piqued my interest and I had extra time so I went in after work and was shocked because it wasn't a scam and I ended up getting a sport s for over $5000 less that I was paying for crank windows on the stripped down sport. Every single person there was extremely nice, and accommodating. Much better service than the very fancy upscale dealership I usually go to. I don't like rude salespeople and this place was very friendly and definitely treated me like they wanted to sell me a Jeep, as opposed to acting like I owed them something. They saved me over $5000, and I got more options. I had asked about floor mats so the salesman had the all weather ones waiting in the Jeep to surprise me when I came to pick it up the next day. Very glad I decided to go in person because everything worked out perfectly!

Brought in my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The service writer Peter was great. The mechanic James found a problem with the uconnect system. He did an update which took 2 hours. They gave me a free loaner and I came back 3 hours later and the car was ready. Great caring service. Highly recommend

This review would have been 2 stars were it not for the events of today. I would give zero if possible.For the past two evenings, we have been at Sherman. We were return customers after purchasing a vehicle in 2020. We worked out a deal on Wednesday, then agreed to return on Thursday to sign the paperwork and make a deposit to hold the vehicle. We also agreed to return next week with the rest of the down payment. Our salesperson assured us the agreed-upon deposit amount would HOLD THE VEHICLE.When we arrived on Thursday, we had to remind him of the terms of our agreement. He seemed confused. He went to the finance people and then came back saying that they could not honor our agreement. We asked for the finance manager, who then said it was a "miscommunication". We were offended and angry. We decided to leave.We sent numerous emails to numerous people today and the dealership has gone silent. To use the colloquial, they have completely ghosted us. Zero response.Shady, embarrassing, and insulting. We will not make a third visit to this unprofessional dealership.

Wow!!! Sam Garner is absolutely amazing. This is our 3rd time purchasing a vehicle from Sherman Dodge. This is by far our best experience me and my wife. Today we purchased a 2024 Jeep compass. We were able to get out of the 2013 Ford fusion and Sam did an amazing job with this experience. Impeccable customer service! I haven t had the best experiences when it comes to buying a vehicle, but they knocked it out of the park! They were very thorough in answering my questions and even had the owner Dave come talk to me about different options. He knows a lot about the business and made me feel safe and secure with my purchase. They will definitely have my business for years to come!

Service was second to none. Brought my car into our local oil change shop and was told that one of my outer CV boots was ripped and needed to be replaced. I said I would bring it to Sherman Dodge and see if it was covered under warranty. The serviceman, Eddie Melendez, was more then helpful. He had the technicians look over the whole car and said they would not only replace the boot, but also replace the whole axle assembly just to be safe. The service was fast, friendly and when we noticed some rust starting on one of the door panels, Eddie said he would get me scheduled to have that taken care of and check over the rest of the paint to make sure there were no other problems. Eddie went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. Thank You, Eddie.

I was so mad that I went over to the Jeep dealership in Skokie, when I live across the street from the one on Western and Peterson. I needed an oil change and the Peterson dealership told me that it would ve taken 4 hours for one and suggested the Skokie location. I called prior and they said the same thing too(remove your promotional signing in your garage door, false advertising) at Peterson location.When I arrived Mike took care of me and explained to me my warranty and talked to me about Jeep Wave, to my surprise, I had a free oil change, tire rotation and one recall he took care of for me. The process was smooth was in and out about an hour. Mike expressed to me that I would have to come back in Sept. Honestly the experience was great and will now be coming to Sherman Jeep and will recommend my Friends and Family to this location

I went here march 25th. Sat all day getting the were working with you spill. Had me take a clipboard go out into the lot and pick 6 cars. Came back sat another two hours. The dealer finally offered me a dodge Durango with $2500 down. "Let me pull it out so you can check it out, in the mean time should I start on the paperwork?" Yeah sure I got the money, but let me check out the car first. All of the sudden the dealers switch and my dealer is talking with another client and this new guy is now sitting in front of me talking about bringing rates down and percentages! "So you either need a cosigner or 5-6k down." "So what happened to the other dealer just accepting the previous offer and supposed to be showing me the vehicle after all this time?" I politely requested my Uber home as he was talking. I spent $70 on the Uber there from the east side of Chicago. Then not only that. The original dealer held my driver's license so I didn't notice until I got all the way home. I called the next day about my driver's license on march 26th and was told they are mailed out on Fridays and I should receive it by Monday or Tuesday. It's now April 11th. Still no drivers license. I got a car at another dealership the next day and don't have my driver's license with my new car. I called on today and was told it's not here we don't know. It's little deceptive tactics like this that give dealerships a bad rep. How careless and tacky to hold someone's driver's license or fail to follow up or provide any information confirming such an important item when you were the ones to make the mistake. I honestly feel like they do that in hopes that you will come back! I will definitely be calling the BBB. They will play on your time. They spend more time observing you than trying to get you in a car! A complete waste of time!
