I was just at this location at 7:30pm Friday 8th 2024 I am posting the time and date just in case management or corporate sees this and wants to act on. There were two guys working on of them was a newbie who I have nothing bad to say about the kid was actually trying his best to help. The guy behind the register was a complete neglect to me the customer and to the store itself. I have been purchasing products from this location on multiple occasions not just for myself but family members some of the products were even for overseas. I randomly came in as I had a headlight bulb that was out. I saw that advanced auto parts had it for $45 meanwhile they were selling it for $53. (Sylvania 9012) I know they locally price match when I asked him about it he said no that was online mind you this was a $8 difference. Initially from my previous experience the guys would always grab or bring me to the product this guy just pointed to the isle and there was no body in the store. The newbie even tried to show me a coupon that Sylvania had but the guy behind the register just didn t care and was ok with me just leaving without making a purchase. I told him before leaving that I can come back on another day and there will be other guys more hospitable and helpful than you, he said no they won t that s why they were fired. I will come back just get the name of this employee so I can add it to this review but also to see if those guys were really fired and if so shame on you. Anyways I was ready to pay $45 for that product even with the disrespect but now I just ordered the same exact product from Amazon for $20. Moral of the story if you don t like your job move on after all those purchases I made here it took a selfish employee over a light bulb for me to stop taking this route.

Great customer service. There's an employee who works there by the name of Alex, who is very knowledgeable of his job. He helped me out with all my questions and gave me information that I needed. Make sure you stop by and visit him. He's the real deal.

I was just at this location , I was greeted by man behind the register. Upon trying to check out I noticed an other team member sitting down , laughing loudly conversing on his phone. The member behind the register is running around looking for parts & answering phone calls all while apologizing to the six other customers , I left to give the man a break as he trying to do everything in a timely manner

This place was great. I needed help with my old jeep and they were knowledgeable patient and friendly. They also didn't talk down to me because I was a woman and gave me the same attention as any man would get there. This is going to be my go to auto store in the area!

Super nice guys! I have a disability and they were so helpful in replacing my wiper blades and topping off my windshield fluid. Highly recommend!

Christopher and Scott were very helpful and knowledgeable. They are great with helping and guiding customers to the right part and helpful in installing parts. They are great hard workers that enjoy what they do and it shows. They are helpful to all the customers that come in the store. We need more people like Christopher and Scott. Great job...

My hands, fingers, and legs are unable to allow me to install auto parts like wipers etc., but the workers at O'Reilly have been extremely generous with their efforts to do these things for me and I do want to let it be known that I appreciate it. I am willing to wait a few minutes when they can get away from the counter to do these things for me. I am totally loyal to O'Reilly Auto parts for their kindness to me.

Visited O'Reilly Auto parts today looking for some windshield wipers. I don't know dank about when she a wipers. But Zaya explain some of my options, gave me the prices etc. And he even came out and put them on my car for me. So I was very pleased with the pleasant atmosphere at O'Reilly's.

This location has wasted my entire time and now all I want is a refund. I was given misinformation about a special orders part for days. I kept being told to call back either later in the day or the next day since the 20th that my part was supposed to arrive. No one could tell me anything about why it hadn t arrived or when it for sure be there. Monday night I called and suddenly my order was not in the system. Everytime I call now I have to give the invoice number. I ended up having to go to the dealer to get the exact same part. Something I will now do in the future. I called again to ask if I could get a refund and if I needed to go to this location. The employee told me if I had my receipt I could take it to any O Reilly s store. I m currently sitting outside the location I was closest to and the manager here says she need the part to issue a refund. I called the store again to ask why I was given this misinformation and if I can just come in tonight. They once again need the whole invoice number to find my order. And will ask me are you sure you ordered it here? Why is my order disappearing and the part is still not in the store. Part still isn t there and now I m told I have to wait til tomorrow morning because only a manager can issue the refund. I m tired, upset and infuriated that this store has wasted my time and energy and fed me misinformation for days. I don t recommend this store and hope no one orders any special order parts from here since they end up charging you a freight fee too.

Good service, but not the best parts.Recently, May 2020, I bought top of the line (over $60.00) premium ceramic front brake pads from O Reilly Auto Parts for my car. They did not fit properly into the caliper bracket. I had to file the ears down so they would fit. Having the car apart, returning the parts was not an option. It was a struggle and pain to work with them. This is something that you would not expect from any level of brake pads on the market. I was extremely disappointed with these parts that were clearly NOT better parts! Needless to say I will never return to O Reilly.

The crew here is so much more friendly and knowledgeable than the witless crew at Auto Zone. These guys and gals know cars & have excellent prices for quality parts. Auto Zone brake rotors warped in less than a month, but my rotors from here are still perfect after 2 years! :-) O'Reilly's is staying as my parts supplier. :-)

Just went to O Reily s for help with our snowblower. Liam took time to look up the part we needed and made sure we got the tools needed for the repairs. Great service and highly recommend.

Fantastic place to get auto parts. The guy Christian helped me change the rear bulbs, which would have been really difficult for me to do in my own. Will go here for my auto parts. Pic of Christian is posted below.

Their products are a bit expensive than autozone. But The staff is better. Especially the white old man is friendly and helpful.

ADRIAN!!!fKN ROCKS.He is the youngest and most trained employee I have ever seen.Nice personality, service and knowledge.Look for him he is sometimes in a small scooter.

I liked Murray's a lot more (it was allMurray's) then they all became O'Reilly's. If they ran it like Murray's, it's would be much cooler and funner to shop there.
