Tim and Adam were extremely professional and friendly. Nevertheless Tim put myblower motor back to work. Pulling out the whole dash out wasn't an easy task I know for a fact to get to it and replacing with a new one .Now my 93 Volvo 240 blower motor blows like a champ.Thanks Tim for an awesome job.This is the place I would recommend to bring your German or European car to.No doubt in my mind Very trustworthy mechanics!.

A good friend of mine highly recommended this shop. He told me the team is one of the most honest people he knew and they know their business really well. It is a distance for me to drive but let me tell you that I have adopted them. I will be driving 1.5 hours to come to this shop. I waited in the waiting area, it was quiet. Cozy, I would say. My car was coming with a weird noise that it as scary to hear to. My front breaks were replaced and some other parts too. Tim was friendly. He was at the front desk. Adam fixed my car. Everything was explained to me. I mean, they were highly recommended by a previous customer and now, first hand, do the same. Clean place, respectful and they do know their business. I got work done on my 2007 Audi A8L and on my 2004 Audi A4 . Honest and great people work here. Did not over charge me like the dealership was going to do . Reasonable price, I would highly recommend this repair shop for your car needs. Very hard to find honest mechanics nowadays.

Another fantastic experience for my 1999 E320 4matic. We just relocated to Chicago and after reading reviews about the local MB dealership, and experiencing a bad time at the Orland Park MB service dept, I was a little afraid about servicing my car. Tim and Adam and crew were fantastic, clear, did the job. We drove cross country and back after the first service in Feb 2022, then second service this week was an oil change and a headlight light bulb change. Prices are reasonable and I will continue to have my car serviced at North Pointe Motors! Can't say enough good things about this shop.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Northe Pointe Motors is the best! Tim and Adam are extremely knowledgable and capable at all types of car repairs. Very friendly and honest. Fair price for excellent service. They got me in quickly and fixed problem in an expeditious manner with excellent results. I have been bringing my cars to them for years and they never disappoint. Top quality service from people who are impeccably honest. Never try to add stuff that is not necessary and are conscious of cost issues. Having a great mechanic I can trust implicitly brings huge piece of mind. I would highly recommend them and would never want to bring my car anywhere else for any service they are able to provide.Service: Brakes

I have found it to be challenging to find good mechanics. I was excited to find North Pointe Motors to work on my Mercedes C300. The shop is clean and everyone I interacted with was helpful. The tech they deploy is pretty cool as well. I received text messages with pictures and details for proposed repairs. Using the application I was able to accept the repairs and associated costs and communicate with the tech. OEM or better parts...check! Fair pricing...check! Excellent customer service...check! Great facility. They took in our Audi and were quickly able to diagnose an issue with an oil level sensor. As a busy individual myself I really appreciate the app based tool that kept me informed of progress and ability to approve repairs real time. Wonderful experience and we have our VW there now.

BMW dealership wanted $700 to do what North Pointe did for about $250. Professional, quick, personable and honest. And a real passion for the cars. They refused to try to up-sell me on items that the dealer was pushing on me. Integrity matters.. Can't beat that. North pointe Motors. You guys are the best. If you are looking for cheap, low quality service go somewhere else. These guys specialize in European cars, any year. They are usually half the dealership but of course depends on your unique situation. Dependable, honest, no nonsense service. I live more than 50 miles away but always come back to these guys. A few times I get lazy and get a minor repair done at a local shop and it ends up costing more in waste of time, redos, and low quality work. North Pointe will tell you if they can and they deliver, every single time. Been with them since 2015, never disappointed me yet. After years of being bled dry by Audi dealerships, I was lucky enough to come across North Pointe. They did a great job keeping my temperamental and high maintenance A8 on the road for a few extra years without breaking the bank. Their repairs were reasonable, and they always did a great job explaining the issues to me, and presenting money saving alternatives when it was possible. Repairs were completed on time, and all of the staff we interacted with were courteous and friendly. This is a great shop, would recommend highly to anyone.

I've been using North Point Motors for years because Tim and his team know what they're doing, are a pleasure to deal with...and this is the part that's hard to find... They're honest. If you're reading this and you've been to North Point, then you're nodding right now. I had been to this place several times before and knew then that Tim and Adam were my go to experts when it came to care problems. I had gone to other car repair shops especially when I was out of town but never really felt confident about my car s health condition. This time it was my steering pump making so much noise and leaking. They fixed everything. So every time I bring my car to them for something serious, I m always happy because it feels my car is always happy when I drive it from their garage. We brought our Passat in for a second opinion after having another mechanic tell us the engine was shot. They were super helpful and quick about getting the vehicle checked out, and to our pleasure they found the issue and gave us a very fair estimate. I mentioned I would appreciate being asked before repairs were made and they happily called me anytime another issue turned up, and still were always able to make the repair within 36 hours. Went to pick up the vehicle and the cost was surprisingly low given how much attention they had given in just phone calls over the few days it was at the shop. Thrilled with the results and that we have found a repair shop for our VW. Highly recommend! Great communication/customer service and great job on the vehicle as well. Thanks North Pointe!

Such a wonderful experience, got my windshield remote fixed in less than 24 hours for less than the price at bmw!! They are very communicative and helpful.
