Disappointing to see "bots" (or nots) getting after a remarkably solid local business. My family has used NCA for years and we have received nothing but amazing service, responsiveness, and class from the entire team. We have serviced 5 different cars/brands with them (including my daughter's car) and I have repeatedly used them to verify recommendations that dealer service depts. have provided....only to have it done by NCA with higher quality and at a significantly better price. They take the time to explain things, give you options, and make practical recommendations in your best interest. There is nobody I trust more with my family cars.

Took a 2013 bmw x6 to this shop with an electrical issue. Basically to summarize car was getting bounced back to me and Tony cause the issue would keep coming back. The last time I brought it back he wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee even though it s the same issue. I did ask about why does he have to charge this but he ended up telling me take it to BMW. I did do that and found out on the right side where the electrical computers are by the trunk there s a pool of water in the compartment that relates to a previous accident. Tony was talking about these different parts that needed to be replaced, even my turbos so basically it sounded like he was guessing or something. I spent a little over a thousand with him and I don t even know if I needed to actually do those replacements. His shop is really nice though and I feel like for small jobs or cosmetic work it wouldn t be bad to work with him cause he is decently priced but for major work I would avoid.Service: Engine repair

The Best BMW repair in Chicago Land Area. I took my 2013 X3 with Valvetronic Servomotor Issue. Nikko told me the issue was very well known and they can fix. I sent my car which was not even in running condition. Tony called me next morning and they could fix my car in 36 hours flat. Although it costs me in more than 3 thousands but the service was good and now my car runs perfect. I was so impressed, i took a picture with Tony while I receive my car. They know BMWs like nursery rhymes :)

Tony is awesome. I used to go to BMW dealership, not anymore! They have reasonable prices and doing quality work. If you have german cars, give them a chance. You will not be disappointed.

Beware of this shop. My car was stolen from here after they left my keys inside my car.Update: after over a month the shop has not returned my phone calls or letters, they refuse to give me my money back or any compensation for my now totaled car stolen from their body shop

Do not go to this shop. The owner here is completely unprofessional and will lie to you and steal your money. I brought my car in and it came out significantly worst with all dysfunctional parts. Also, the colors didn't match either.Service: Auto body & trim repairService: Auto body & trim repair

I heard about them from my Dad s friend. I heard great things about them and all lived up to be true. Amazingly friendly, extremely professional, fast turnaround, and overall easy going. I absolutely love this shop. First shop ever that I have been to that send you photos throughout the process. It makes for an amazing experience. I took my 2007 BMW 335i in and I am just amazed with their professionalism. I definitely will be coming back. Thanks so much!!!

Super nice staff with a strong knowledge off all things car related, especially BMW. My car was repaired quickly, as promised, and finally runs like it s supposed to. I ll keep going to this shop as long as they re around!!

Great shop, wouldn't be able to keep my BMW running without NCA. Tony has a great shop and always is able to see my car despite being super busy. EXTREMELY unprofessional all around. Waste of money, energy, and worst of all, TIME! Will never be doing business here again. Look literally anywhere else for your own good. Owner lied to me the whole time and never got the job done as promised. SAD!

I have been driving by their shop for years However not having a BMW then I had no business dropping by the shop. When It was time to get another car, their shop gave me much confidence to buy a used BMW. They didn t disappoint, as soon as I bought the vehicle I went to straight to their shop, left it there to have it checked. The car runs smoother. Nikko and Tony runs a clean and trustworthy shop. Very rare nowadays. Helps driving worry free. Keep up the good work!

Another great experience with Tony and his crew. They've been the only shop to touch my cars for years, and for the first time recently I had a minor issue, but they made it right. I had an aftermarket midpipe installed in my M4, but when I picked the car up and drove off the lot I heard the exhaust rattling. It was a rainy day and was heard to hear, so I don't blame them for missing it -- I didn't notice it at first, either. No big deal, stuff happens. I returned, but it was late on a Friday, so Tony invited me back the next week to have another look at it. Second time around it was -- as expected -- perfect, and Tony even went the extra mile to call me the next day and make sure everything was OK. It's that sort of thing that keeps you coming back to a place: an honest mechanic who does good work is valuable, but one who reacts to even minor issues to make sure the customer and their car are properly cared for is priceless. NCA will continue getting my business next time one of my cars needs some love. Thanks, guys.Service: Exhaust

Worst experience they lied about ordering a cold air intake that cost $1000 and when I wanted money back since I never got the air intake they declined my phone calls and ignored my text.

My father had been coming to these guys at their previous location to service our old M sport 330i for years before we got rid of the car. Now they service my Audi A4 whenever I need something fixed or some new go-fast-parts installed :). Their new place is a reflection of their hard work and cleanliness in all their endeavors and shows how far honest work can take you. I definitely recommend the place any day of the week. The gentleman Nikko who works there is especially great as well. Very well informed stand up guy! CHECK THEM OUT!

I brought my BMW X5 in for new rotors and brakepads. After the repairs, the car started vibrating every time I applied the brakes. When I came back a few days later, Tony claimed he used different brake pads because the BMW reccommended break pads manufacturers had shut down due to COVID, and that the pads needed to 'sit' before the vibrating goes away. I came back a 3rd time - a week later - when the problem didn't go away. He told me he'd install the genuine pads for free if I would buy the new pads. I agreed, but told him to return the original pads he installed since they were still under warranty, and issue a refund. He then suddenly agreed to install the new genuine pads for free.He took the car in and claimed he'd replaced the pads with the genuine BMW recommended pads. Then he proceeded to tell me - arrogantly, rudely and aggressively - that I shouldn't bring the car back because he'd done everything he could. To this day, the vibrating persist, and has even gotten worse. I will never take my BMW back to that shop.I just read NCA's response to my review and decided to add some coments. The primary reason I will not be going back to that shop is that Tony is in my opinion dishonest. He took my car in to have the pads replaced after the initial service, ONCE only, not many times like he's claiming. My suspicion is that nothing was done that second time, because the problem persisted, and got worse in no time. Rather than apologize here, in Tony's characteristic mannerism, he is resorting to lies and self-absortion.Service: Brakes

I want to let you know, NCA is the only place to go if you need repair service on your BMW. They are the Experts on BMW cars. My M235i Xdrive needed new brakes. A computer scan to find out if any other problems needed repair. It also needed a tune up as well. The local BMW dealer service department price for this was $3700. Anotonios is awesome guy, a BMW mechanic expert, the best in the business. Here are some of the reasons; he installed some of the finest Brembo brakes, brake flush, did the tune up, ran a computer scan that revealed no other issues, installed a cabin filter, and oil change as well. The cost was only $2200. WOOHOO, right! A huge savings from the car dealership. The brakes are amazing! Great job! I went in to have an under tray installed for my BMW M3. They were quick, fair, inexpensive and even took the time to show me some other areas of concern underneath my car. As a car enthusiast, I really appreciate their level of knowledge and understanding of my cars. I would recommend them to anyone needing to service their BMW

The best shop to bring your BMW to hands down! Working with Tony and Nikko is a dream come true, all my issues are solved in a professional and honest fashion. They are upfront and give detailed explanations on what is going to be done on the car just like a doctor would explain a surgery. Working with N.C.A. has been a blessing as they have worked on all of my BMW vehicles and have kept them running beautifully. If you want great service and amazing work done on your car, this is the only shop to go to.

Tony and his team are the best. He s been taking care of my bimmer for the last six years. Always gets me back on the road quickly, offers fair pricing, and they are super nice. I ve been recommending NCA to all my BMW and non-BMW driving friends. They specialize in servicing bimmers, but are helpful no matter what car you drive.

I can t speak highly enough about this business. When it comes to taking care of your car, mine happens to be a 2010 BMW, they are the experts. Don t take your car the dealership and deal their BS and their prices, take your car here. Tony and his staff are tremendous and go the extra mile to be open and honest with you.

While these guys are known for their work on BMWs they also do expert work on other high end cars. They serviced my 2013 Mercedes E350. Great service, great communication, and great prices with none of the dealership hassles. I highly recommend this shop. They know what they are doing.

Ive had a few experiences at other shops since relocating to Chicago and by far N.C.A. exceeds expectations. The level professionalism, transparency and communication are absolute standouts at this location.Above all we want high quality work at at honest price point and having done repeated business with N.C.A., I can tell you they don't disappoint in this area as well!The only shop I trust and will continue to work with on my current vehicle and all future cars that I want/need serviced.

So glad I found this shop. Very professional and polite staff. From routine maintenance to performance mods they know what they are doing and the prices are very reasonable. Had them change my spark plugs and install a catless dp on my Bmw f30. Everything went smoothly and couldn t be happier. This is now my go to shop for any work I need done. Tony and his team are dedicated and caring about their work. I had some work done that did not get done properly. They rectified it without further cost and fit me in on a very busy day. I appreciated their willingness to make sure i was satisfied. Tony and the entire team here at NCA Motorsports are professionals who explain the issues, how to fix it, and quote reasonable prices.I purchased a 2001 330ci, and he went through the entire car and suggested repairs/maintenance, and gave them to me in a step-wise fashion in order of importance. He gave very reasonable prices for parts, and his rate was reasonable as well.After discussing what the car needed in both technical jargon and plain language, we developed a plan and he was flexible in timing and when to drop the car off.He quoted me about half off for the repairs necessary to bring the car to showroom quality as compared to a BMW dealership. The work was perfect, and when there was an issue, it was addressed IMMEDIATELY and without issue. In addition, he saved the parts and showed exactly what was wrong with the part, explained why, and showed me the new part in proper working order. He used only genuine BMW or OEM parts.To summarize, he gave me detailed advice, guidance, and explained it all using both technician jargon and plain English. He then explained, in order of importance, what really needs to be done now and what can wait if I wanted too (with his professionalism I was more than happy to do it all at the time).I can not imagine the cost and worry of owning an 18 year old BMW would be without Tony and the entire team. If you want professional work, attitude, and reasonable prices look no further. My 18 year old 330ci runs like new, and frequently mistaken for a 2 year old BMW. I am in no doubt that this is due in part to NCA Motorsports, and I look forward to performing the required maintenance for the life of the car with NCA Motorsports.
