Satisfied customer here. I just picked up my car from Tony's and it looked great! My drivers side light was busted, the fender bruised and bumber needed to be replaced. My car was ready in 3 days. This is the 2nd vehicle they've done work on for me and they've once again have shown the value of their work.I take away a star because my 03' Maxima took ages to fix; 2 months to be exact. Other than that the quality of their work is very good and I'd recommend taking your car to them for minor fender benders and reconstruction if you dont mind not having your car for 2-3 months.

Please, if you have any other option use it, this place could be the worst, they don t repair your car the way should be, just they take your money and don t care about your car; in January they fixed my car and until today the car has some concerns that they need to be fixed, but those guys are always promising the next following week they ll have the parts or have to paint them but that week never comes! Real bad experience, avoid this place if you don t want to get later problems!!!Service: Body & Trim

I got my BMW repair there, and they did a great job! They were professional, they accepted my insurance payment, and they got the job done on time.

After I read some of the reviews here, I noticed nobody said anything about something really important about this shop: they do not accept credit or debit card! This is important to mention because if you don't have enough money on your bank account, you will not be able to pay for the service. He literally told me that he has to pay 4% to the cards if he accepts them. I disagree with this and that is why I will not use their service again. I was sent by my insurance company.

My truck was involved in a hit and run while on a job site, took my whole left side out. Was calling around for quotes, found Tony and worked with my insurance. Tony and his crew even did other paint corrections and scratches for me while they had my truck. Very pleased with the professional quality work and doing the extra mile for a customer. I would give this place zero stars if I could. They are terrible and they don t do what they say they do. I would never go to this place again, even if they told me it would be free to fix my car. 2 weeks tops . They had my car for almost 3 damn months and when I got it back I had to tell them to adjust a lot of things. The accident wasn t even that serious. All that time and they couldnt even get it right. Watch for over spraying and they charge you for parts they don t put in your car. This will run your estimate up and that is not good for insurance purposes on the owner of the car. After getting my truck back I had to spend additional money to do the things they didn t do. My truck was left in disarray. They are not open on weekends. And if you have a issue with the work you can t come in the afternoon, only in the morning they say. They don t answer my calls either, Tony or the business. This place is a joke, they will never get your car back to the original shape, nor close to it. DON T GO TO TONY S COLLISION. Find a alley mechanic or moms and pops place they value you more and treat you better.

Horrible service. I had an expected maintenance time of 2 weeks. My car wasn t done for a whole 5 weeks. When I asked what the hold up was it was waiting for a part. But in the meantime did NOT investigate the extent of my damages while waiting for my part. Which means my car sat untouched for 2 whole weeks and then once the part came the took my car apart and then assessed the damages which left my car to need other repairs done that very well could have been discovered in the time they where waiting for the part. Not to mention my car was still driveable in which they could have gave me my car back to drive so it didn t just sit their wasting space and me 2 full weeks of unneeded rental fee s. If my car damages were that bad I could be content with the time it took to repair but what I found as inconsiderate was upon me askin what the delay was I was told they didn t know the extent of my damages until they took it apart which I totally understand but what got me was that you waiting 2 full weeks in pursuit of a part while my car just sat their to even take anything apart and find out if anything else may of been needed. 2 weeks in which I could have kept my car until they were ready since for 1 it was still drivable and 2 added unnecessary expenses. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone. Not considerate of your time or your money. Only care about what they can get out of the customer!!!!

I had a great experience when I brought in my car. I had to get the windshield replaced & needed work done on a few dents after a collision. They did a great job on the installation as well as the repairs. The car was six months old & they made it look new again after about a week.

Got my 2009 Toyota Camry le repaired here, the guys did a excellent paint job, and put everything back together in a great timely manner. The owners are pretty cool. I would recommend this place to people around the area. Prices are also reasonable compared to other places.

They had down that I turned my car in 10 days after the date I really turned it in. After that they didn t notify me at all when I my car would be done so I called and they told me 3 different days each time i called. ( it took 16 days ) The day I got my car I noticed it looked different, but didn t make nothing of it till I opened my trunk and saw a part of my bumper in my trunk. They hadn t taken the time to tell me that they didn t put it back on, but insisted left the broken part in my car. Also I opened my car door and paint splattered all in the inside of it. I WOULD NOT recommend this place at all. Out of 1-10 I give it a 0 .Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible experience. I took my car there for repairs and left with things missing on my car. Didn't notice until a week later. First I noticed my antenna was missing when I was washing it. Next I noticed my plastic cover for my rear windshield wiper was missing and then itooks like they were trying to remove my positive battery thermal cover. I will never take my car there again. I guess you Rob Peter to pay Paul.

Unfortunately I got rear ended by someone with a lower tier insurance company and this is the nearby repair shop they recommended I get an estimate from. After getting off the phone with the claim agent I called Tony's Collision to make an appointment. Called several times with no answer during their normal business hours. Same thing the next day, no answer.Since the shop is fairly close to my residence I decided to drive by and make an appointment.�As I stood at the window to explain I was there to make an appt for an estimate I was told by Tony (with attitude) that I should have called to make an appt. I explained I did call on multiple occasions over 2 days and no one ever answered. He then muddled something to the effect I should have just kept calling until I got through and acted like he didn't want to give me an appt unless I made it over the phone. Then he said, he didn't want to argue, we're on lunch now (it was about noon) and to come back at 1:30p.Welp, I never went back. Given Tony's consistent reviews of an unprofessional attitude and shoddy repairs I decided to forgo their nearby convenience (3 miles away) and called the insurance company for an alternative shop. Though the alternative shop is 10 miles away they answered the phone and I was able to make an appt for the next day. And they have decent reviews.

This is the worst body shop I've ever dealt with. I got into a car accident eight weeks ago and still don't have my car. The body shop started working on my car four weeks ago and every time I call to see when the car is ready, they tell me "I don't know" "it's out of my hands". It SHOULD NOT take four weeks for a shop to fix my car. They're absolutely unprofessional and give me the run around and an excuse as to why my car isn't ready. DO NOT bring your vehicle here. This shop deserves a rating less that one star. It's the absolute worst body shop anyone can bring their car to

If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. I've never seen a more lackluster business in my entire life. The owner, Tony, has absolutely NO IDEA what he's doing. He's bad-tempered and rude, at least to me. Not to mention, he said a number of racial slurs during our conversation (I'm an African American). I even heard one of his employees refer to my rims as "niggerish." They clearly tried to pass off my repainted old bumper for a new bumper and charged me for it. HUGE insurance scam artists. Even if your car breaks down in front of this shop, pay the money to have it towed somewhere else.

Had to work with these guys for an insurance estimate. While they do decent work, the crass attitudes and overall dickishness of the people working there make me wish I could've dealt with anyone else. Tony was nice, everyone else was impatient, condescending and rude.

This is a body shop I do not recommend. They took two weeks to give me my car back just to replace my front bumper and a headlight. This business should be shut down because they just waste your time and money!!!

Very rude customer service! Was looking for a body shop for my parents, & due to this place being closer we wanted to go there, BUT I m guessing Tony, was very rude on the phone. By that experience, I couldn t imagine what to expect, if I was to take their car here.

My car going there in the first place was because my insurance company. Another epic fail referee me there. They are unprofessional and with a lousy attitude. If you are ask me, maybe the get kick backs from the car rental company. That way if you car is delayed then they get paid more by the rental company or maybe it s a ploy by the insurance company to make you think twice before filling a claim, either way, Tony s is a colossal mistake.

Thank God I had a bad experience in this place just from doing an estimate! Rude and so unprofessional and surprisingly it was Tony (assuming he s the owner) definitely would never let him touch my car!

My car needed to have the rear bumper fixed and the insurance company that I had to deal with was a bit frustrating. Mike helped me deal with them and they had my car fixed within a day. Great service and very friendly!

I always have very good service done by Tony or Mike. I'm long time customer with 3 boys (and a wife...) there is always body shop work for us... Price is very reasonable and good quality of work!!!!

Horrible service vehicles left in parking lot for 2 weeks with the hood in the air exposed to the elements Vehicle has been there for over 20 days past the amount of time that was stated it would take to repair vehicle,, Using the excuse that they are waiting for parts, that I have already found online and could have already had delivered, they need to be investigated for insurance Scam don't know how this place is even in business, I will add photos later as I am at this moment still waiting.... Very Disgusted and have reported Tony's business to the Better Business Bureau..Services: Painting, Body & Trim

On their answering machine message they say 7am - 4:30pm monday through friday and saturday by appointment only. Since I work 7am to 4pm I asked if I could make an appointment for saturday. The man sounded annoyed and replied very sternly "No. We're only available Monday through Friday 7am - 4:30pm. Ok?"
