Got into a fender bender and had my car brought to Carstar. It was close to my house and also highly rated which helped a bunch in influencing my decision. Marina was very great at communicating with me and letting me know what was going on. George was also very helpful telling me what needed to be fixed and everything that was ordered to repair my car. They finished my car a week earlier than quoted so that was the cherry on top. Glad I went here.

I was absolutely shocked when I got my car back. The back right side of the car, the wheel, the back door were all scraped and dented. When I walked out, I completely forgot which side of the car had been hit. Absolutely amazing work by Carstar. Couldn't be more pleased.

This was the best experience I ve ever had at a car repair! Marina and George are friendly, compassionate and professional. They have ongoing updates, and my car was done on time!The repair is superb work, but also car was thoroughly cleaned and polished inside and out. Terrific!

I m very happy with the work done and the customer service. A nice surprise, the exterior was wash, the interior was vacuumed, dash cleaned, rubber mats washed. All that for just a rear bummer replacement job. Nissan Frontier

Went in to Carstar imperial because a giant truck ran my car over and not only did they fix my car in less than a week they were very attentive and even made calls to make sure I didn t have any questions or concerns about the repair. Marina at the front desk is amazing at customer service. Marina communicated with the insurance company so I wouldn t have to. Hopefully I won t need any repairs soon but if I do I will sure be back to this establishment. Thank you to the whole team for making this repair as smooth as possible for me.

I had an excellent experience with Carstar! From the first phone call, Marina was so friendly and helpful and offered to help set me up with a rental car. Drop off was seamless and my car was ready within a few days. Super speedy service. George did a phenomenal on my little Lexus. They even fixed a crack on my number that wasn't part of the quote! I'm very thrilled with their work and professionalism, I highly recommend taking your car here

My car was stolen. It was recovered but it was banged up pretty bad. The initial phone call to the shop was warm and very professional. The customer service they provide here is top tier. They called and kept me updated every step of the way which was very comforting. When the time came for me to pick up my car I couldn t believe my eyes! The exterior and interior was immaculate! They had the inside detailed and the outside was scratch free, dent free, and shining like new money! It literally looked like I had a brand new car! The best collision work I ve ever seen! The shop is clean and tidy, noting is out of place. I had the best experience from beginning to end with this shop. It was unfortunate it had to be because my car was stolen, but I m glad I found CARSTAR. They have gained a customer in me!

First accident on my car so I was very upset but this place did the damn thing and did it with a smile. They took care of everything, even sent the tow truck to pick up my car. My car was done in days!They care about their clients.

Service was surprisingly quick within 2 days for repairing my bumper. Except we got there, we inspected and found bubbles so had to leave the car for another day to correct.The customer service was good, the personnel were very apologetic. They were informative of the steps to take for the whole process since we were working with the insurance and the rental.

This 3 generation family owned business far exceeded our expectations. We were victims of a hit and run and our driver's side doors were destroyed. They quoted us 14 days for the repair and got it done in 10. They called every couple of days to keep us updated. When we picked up the car, it was washed on the outside and on the inside, they vacuumed it out and wiped down the surfaces. Great work and excellent customer service.

I was very pleased with the work that was done on my car. After being rear ended by a distracted dummy that did $21,000 in damage, George and his team did great job. I researched a few places and all his 5 star reviews are accurate. I d go back and recommend CarStar in a second. A+

It was a wonderful experience working with Carstar imperial auto works. I went in for a minor fender bender repair work on the bumper and their workmanship was excellent. They provided updates throughout the process. George was the point of contact for my repair work. They also washed the car and vacuumed it! The repair work was quick as well.

Carstar on Oakton in Skokie completed work on my car in record time. My car now looks brand new. Everyone who helped me (Marina, George, Michael) was friendly and knowledgeable, and took care of all necessary paperwork involving insurance. If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would. They deserve it. Thanks!

I wish I could give this place 6 stars!! They were AMAZING! We had a very large tree branch fall on our minivan The branch broke out a rear side window, dented the side door and the back panel and filled the interior with small shards of glass. This happened 2 days before Christmas Eve.We called CARSTAR, they came highly reccomended by our insurance company and we did some checking on our own and their indpendent reviews were also awesome. They couldn't have been more helpful. They handled everything with our insurance company so it was effortless on our part. We brought the car in the day after Christmas and low and behold, 2-1/2 days later we had our van back looking good as new! Thanks to everyone at CARSTAR on Oakton, you were fantastic to work with!

Great experience. I was a walk in customer with a non insurance claim. George took time and gave me an on the spot estimate at a price that couldn't be beat. A week later the car looked new again. I will make this my bodyshop for now on.

WILL NOT use them. I called at 4:30 pm on 11/14 to see if I can bring in the car to show damages on my car to be repaired. First, the lady answering the phone was not friendly at all, then after she kept saying kept repeating you need an appointment then I finally got upset and told her never mind and before anything she hung up while I was hoping an apology. If this how they answer phones and serve their new customers, I don't have to guess the quality of the work.

I took my car to CarStar for body work at the recommendation of my Infiniti dealer. I did not go through insurance. The price I was quoted and charged was more than fair, and the quality of the work superior.George and Marina could not have been more helpful and my car was finished sooner than expected, thus saving me a few days of car rental payments.I am not wishing for my car to need body work again, but if it does, I will be going to CarStar.
