Communicating clearly about updates on progress while my car was being fixed. All of the staff in the office are very kind -- especially the front desk woman. replaced my car door -- paint looks great. you would never be able to tell I was ever in an accident. 10/10 recommend!

Everyone there was very kind and understanding and caring. Jim was very helpful, making sure that I was updated from start to finish with the repairs of my vehicle. I would highly recommend this auto repair shop.

I ve had body work done on my truck here multiple times. They do fantastic work and they are a pleasure to deal with. Jim (one of the employees who works directly with customers) is super nice and explains everything in an easy to understand way. Can t recommend this shop enough.

Look, Caliber Collision in Skokie on Dempster is the best place I have ever taken my vehicle for repairs. Their are honest and fair priced and reliable about their services. I highly recommend their service and they are great at working with many insurance companies. Nevertheless, their staff are respectful and very knowledgeable about a customer's concerns or questions...and by far are very nice people who actually cares about their customer's thoughts and opinions when providing services...especially Nayeli and Casey. Lastly, I must say that if someone have given this Caliber Collision a bad review then they must have been someone who doesn't understand the value of great service...I have even won a very nice TV from them...no scam...they are the truth and real....Thank you Caliber Collision for taking care if all my needs and services when it came to repairing my vehicle....

Even though I brought my car in for an estimate for repair, after someone apparently scraped the side of my car with a bike, GM Brandon Michalowski buffed out the damage at no charge as a courtesy, since Service Advisor Jim Mastalerz recognized me as an existing customer. Caliber Collision in Skokie does great repair work, and their people always make sure you have a pleasant experience. Their service exceeds that of other repair shops in the area. Thanks for fixing me up again!

Horrible service had got into a fender bender where my light and bumper was damaged got a new light probably only because it was busted. They gave me back my car back with a damaged bumper they just cleaned up the bumper and charged the insurance 2100$ basically for a new light that s all they did and clip the bumper back in. I would look elsewhere if u need repairs to your car very disappointed with the service here.

I am very happy with the overall repairs on my vehicle, I truly appreciated how immaculate the car was both inside and out when I picked up my car after the repairs were done. The one thing I did NOT appreciate, is when I was dropping my car off on a Friday, knowing the car was not going to be repaired that day, I called the number they have listed when you google them, which I was told is their "Call Center," to let them know I was running about 10 min. late for my scheduled drop off time, they gave me a really hard time and tried to tell me that they would not take my car if I was going to be late. I hung up and went anyway. Once I arrived, they did however accept my car and I explained to them the phone call I had placed. The work on my car was GREAT, but I if I were them, I'd get someone to work on their customer service at their "Call Center."

The repairs were finished a week before deadline. I was very satisfied with the repairs on my driver side from bumper to bumper. The employees were very friendly and informative throughout the whole process.

Caliber provided excellent service on the body work repairs of my car. They were very professional, customer oriented and efficient. The quality of work was outstanding, and they kept me updated on the progress of work throughout the process. Jim was our main contact person. I had to have my truck towed into Caliber and they were on top of my repairs from start to finish. I got my truck back way faster than i expected. Brandon, Casey, and Rich helped keep me and I can't recommend them enough! Top notch body shop!

I understand they too had to wait for parts. I was VERY UNHAPPY with how long it took. It cost me my entire insurance policy amount for a rental car and then I had to pay an additional $800 out of pocket.I was not happy. And that bad taste moved the experience from a five to 3.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I was really happy with the work and service here. They did a really nice job. Car was a few days later than anticipated, but that was because we had to wait on an OEM part from Subaru. I appreciated that the staff didn't just put on an aftermarket part (which was OK'd by insurance), which wouldn't match the existing material. Car came back clean, too, which is much appreciated. Thanks for great service!

First, because parts are hard to get to repair my car, I was afraid I would be forgotten, but Jessica's customer service was great! PS I took Pics of their Gold Standard Awards because this location team is a winner!!I have had car body work done before at other places and never have I been blown away.... My car looks brand new!!!! These guy are the best and their attention to detail is what sets them apart, my car even smells new! Jim did an exceptional job with communication and they did an amazing job on my BMW X3 truck that was involved in an accident. It literally is just like new, it took a while but Jim kept me updated and even replaced the film in the front bumper / hood. If I ever have to take a car for body work I would take it to Caliber Collision at 5050 Dempster St, in Skokie, IL.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best customer service and care I have ever experienced at a body shop. Made an unpleasant fender bender turn into as pleasant of an experience as it could have been. Will definitely use in the future. Loved that they are partnered with Geico. Made it a breeze.

So an hour after dropping my car off at Caliber Collision my car was stolen from inside of the body shop. I left the keys in the hands of the manager sho in turn left them on the dash of the car parked next to the main office inside of the building. I received a call an hour later from Skokie police notifying me that my car has been stolen. After seeing the video of the theft it was clear that the thieves knew the keys were in the car as they jumped in and just took it. Without question an inside job. The police told me they have had a number of issues with this specific shop that they have been called out on in recent months.After my car and its belongings were stolen the shop dragged their feet on compensating me through their insurance policy. I am still dealing with them as they do not want to reimburse me for the belongings in the vehicle at the time it was stolen. Basically avoid this place at all costs. If you car is stolen they will do the absolute bare minimum to help you.
