Wonderful staff that does an amazing job. Brought my Honda to them to replace the bumper. They gave me a quick estimate with an amazing price. Freddy & Johnson really took care of me and my car. I recommend everyone that needs body work done to come here.

If you re looking for an auto body repair shop you ve found the PERFECT place. I wrecked my car horribly and Freddy and his people were able to fix it for me in a great amount of time and at a nice cost. My car looked brand new when i picked it up. Freddy s customer service was great and i appreciate him so much for being so nice and helpful! 10/10 Id definitely recommend!

Brought our car in after it was side-swiped and dented on the passenger s side. Johnson & Freddy gave us a great price and did an amazing job! Car looks new again and like nothing ever happened.

This is a late review, but I want to give credit to Freddy at Advanced Auto Body for being kind, transparent, and thorough in his handling of my situation. My Hyundai Elantra was stolen and badly damaged. I was in a major pinch to find a body shop and Freddy took in my car without hesitation. He updated consistently while my car was being repaired and even drove it to me when it was finished. I'm very grateful for Freddy and the solid job that was done on my car by everyone at the shop.

This is a gem of a place. They went over the top and left my Honda Accord in pristine condition after a fender bender. Freddy loves what he does and it shows. He is attentive to detail, responsive and genuine. He made sure I was able to get a rental through my insurance and offered to get me there. He made the insurance process a breeze too. He went the extra mile by leaving the inside of my car and trunk clean. I will not be going anywhere else and will refer all my friends here too.

I'm so glad I found Advanced Auto Body! They were able to do an on-the-spot estimate and had my car repaired within two weeks of the estimate -- this all happened before another auto body shop in the same neighborhood was able to just get me in for an estimate. Johnson, one of the owners was extremely courteous and let me drop my car off after hours and was responsive to any calls, texts or questions I had. The work repairing my damaged front bumper, side fender panel, fog lights, bent license plate, and more, was beautiful. They cleaned my car inside and out and I drove away vey happy. I am so pleased with the work and customer service I received at Advanced Auto Body, particularly by Freddy. My car sustained tremendous hail damage - it looked like a golf ball. The Advanced Auto Body team meticulously replaced and repaired the entire body of the car, and it actually looks even better than I bought it new. Mother Nature tried to shank my car, but I feel like I made a hole in one with the stellar care and commitment I received from the Advanced Auto Body team. Not FORE stars but FIVE.

Advanced Auto Body took great care of my family from the moment I called to when I pulled out of the garage after the repairs. They are professional, friendly and quick. Johnson was helpful in finding the parts that I needed and he stuck to the plan that we discussed. I wouldn t hesitate going back to him for future repairs and that s exactly what I will do in the event that I need them again. I am not someone that writes reviews, but I knew I had to write one after I got my car back. I wanted to take the time to share my positive experience with this body shop and show how much I appreciate their excellent work.I was rear ended and the owner of the other car wanted to pay out of pocket. I went to 3 body shops for quotes and Advanced Auto Body gave me the most reasonable price. I went ahead and used them because of the great reviews and now having my car fixed up I can see I made the right decision.The car is a 2021 Subaru and I got it back looking like the first time I saw it in the dealership. The bumper was perfect. The car looked brand new.I don't know ANYTHING about cars so I always feel like I can be taken advantage of, but they were always upfront and trustworthy. I hope I never have to have body work done to my car from now on, but if I do, I will come back to these guys.Service: Body & Trim

We had a small accident on our BMW and had it repaired here.Everything seemed fine till a few days later the car was having issues. We sorted these out on our own and seem to have found the problem. We then contacted the shop and they said we could bring it back in the following week when there was an opening. It has now been three weeks and we still haven't been able to get back in.They got us in and fixed the problem no charge so we are happy.Service: Body & Trim

I had my rav4 in a bad bumper to bumper and they went above and beyond fixing my inside electronics and cleaned it, it was so amazing and drives better than before. Freddie & Johnson are absolutely the best! Brought my VW Passat in last week to install a back bumper, the guys let me sit in the office to finish my work and in meantime replaced the bumper so quickly! Quality & price was great I was so impressed brought the car back in this week to replace both front fenders & driver's side headlight. Left them my car on Saturday, went on vacation & came back today and it looks amazing! I'm so thankful & happy to have found this place. They go out of their way to make you feel at home! Advanced Auto Body was amazing to work with! They were helpful and organized in scheduling my appointment and setting me up with a rental car. They completed the repair in 3 days, sooner than was expected and looked perfect. They had excellent customer service. Definitely recommend their services and would go there if needed again!

Update 2022 these guys are like my family. I used them multiple times always reasonable cost and quality of work is top notch. Latest job a highway speed collision with a flying debris on I94 left Scratched and dented hood on my A4. It took them one day to bring this car back to showroom level!Update: I been using Advanced Auto Body shop services on multiple occasions past 5 years I've been living in the area. Every time Johnson and Freddy gave me nothing short of excellence in quality of the work and customer service. Your insurance may trick you to go somewhere else but believe me going to this body shop will not only get your car fixed the right way you may also gain good friendsfriends for life.I moved from the Chicago to Skokie. My car took some beating on street parking and in narrow grocery garages. Especially bumpers and trunk.Advanced body shop showed up among others on my Internet search. I call their first where I was help by Johnson Shino and asked to bring the car for a free estimate.When I arrived Johnson took a look at my car and quoted me in a minute. I have great conversation with him when I learned about his business and what will they do with my car. I was really happy to hear it's a family business that been around over 30 years. That's always a big plus. I felt like I don't need to look more.His Quote was great and after talking to him I felt like I can trust him so I left my car there. I was told I will take three days. But He Knew about my new born baby and put rush on my car so I got it by the end of 2nd day.After I pick it up I learned that Johnson not only did outstanding work on what I was quoted but he actually went extra mile and did much more to my car. All I can say It looks brand new. They do quality work for great price. They also do much more mechanical stuff and can get you cheap rental car. Advanced auto body in Skokie has to be the best body shop around. They super exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Customer service was amazing, once you walk through the door, you are greeted by Freddy who is helpful in any way your needs desire, and each other employee is also as nice and helpful. The work that was done on my car also took me by surprise, it looked as if it just rolled out of the dealership again. All in all, every detail from the customer service, to the repairs to the vehicle and the expertise in paint was 5 star. Thank you!

I am a first time customer, and honestly I can't recommend this business enough. They did amazing work on my car for a phenomenal, honest price. Their customer service was outstanding. They gave me honest input on my car and even told me I didn't need to fix a certain part. They don't take advantage and I will never go anywhere else for body work.Service: Body & Trim

Had an unfortunate accident and split the front bumper on my Grand Prix. I found Advanced Auto Body was well reviewed and nearby. They gave me a really good price and did very good work. Even did a lot of extras I wasn't expecting at no cost like filling a low pressure tire and cleaning the car inside and out. I am extremely satisfied with their work and will go here again if something should happen to my Grand Prix again in the future.

Replaced front bumper and hatch panel. Excellent service, friendly. Picked up car and returned as a courtesy. Johnson very professional and courteous. Beat price of going to dealer.

I bought a body kit for my brand new camaro. Other places were charging me way too much for paint and installation. Advanced auto body did a great job. Johnson is the man to talk with. He even provided me a pick n drop service. Very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend this place.

Johnson did a wonderful job buffing out a scratch from someone who parked too close to me. He was willing to take us in within minutes notice (the day before Thanksgiving, nonetheless), showed extraordinary customer service and offered very reasonable pricing. Super thankful for their work and attention to detail.

Johnson helped me with a full detail, as well as a dent repair. Very friendly and accommodating and even gave me touch up paint for free. Prices seemed very reasonable as compared to some of the larger autobody shops. Definitely recommend you check them out if you need work done on your car!

I came here for my first estimate and was quoted almost $2000 of work for a repair to my front left bumper, headlight, and fender. I went somewhere else and got a price about $600 less, so I didn't end up using this place. Therefore, this review isn't about quality of work: it's just a snapshot of the 30-40 minutes I spent there.A really nice guy gave me the estimate; it took a pretty long time because we were chatting. Another body shop guy chimed in, too, for a minute of manly banter about wives, baseball, and cars... Honestly, this made me a little uncomfortable and pushed me over the edge personally. I was relieved to find another place to go.Stupidly, I told them that it was first time getting an estimate, and I also told them that it was my first estimate after this particular accident. I'm sure that made a difference. They did invite me to call them back if the insurance wanted to talk down their price, so they seemed willing to negotiate.

Bumper on my car was replaced and my car was detailed. The computer system on my Mercedes was reset so now it works properly. My car looks and drives like it's brand new. I highly recommend Advanced Auto Body!

Johnson & Freddy are the best! I've had work done here several times and the quality is great, the prices are more than fair, and the customer service is second to none. Definitely worth the effort to check these guys out next time you need auto services.
