I had a great experience with 3C Automotive & Repair. They have been nothing short of professional, considerate and thorough with my vehicle repairs. Cost of service is always reasonable and turn around time was great! I always recommend them hardly.

The service I received was exceptional. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, patiently explaining the issues with my car and the necessary repairs. They provided a transparent estimate and completed the work efficiently, keeping me updated throughout the process. My car is running smoothly now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Had them replace my front brakes and install new 35 wheels and rims on my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon.They addressed all my concerns issues and Xenomorph is back in action like a champion!Added a few pictures of the little lady after the work they had done.Very satisfied with their work!

Avoid this place at all cost!!Gave them to check my car in April of 2022.They told me that the transmission is bad and need to be replaced.I told him that i am moving out of Illinois and need the car before the end of the month.He said he will be able to do it by April 25th but need $1500 in advance and additional $1600 when done, total of $3100 for transmission and 4 tires.I call him on April 25th and he said it s gonna be ready by April 27th.I said okay i have no choice at this point, already paid $1500.I call him on April 27th and he tell me to come in on the 28th just to tell me that they send him the wrong transmission and that he installed it and it s not good.What kind of mechanic install the wrong part knowingly?At this point i was two days of moving out and didn t have a car.He told me that he can contact the company for a replacement and it will be ready in two weeks.And then I will have to tow it to Arizona.Before giving him the car i was able to drive it and after he touched it it was done.I had no choice but selling it for $240 for parts because i had no time or money to spend on it.Did i get my $1500 back?.. NO!They refused to return the money even though they ruined the car.This place have a lot of complaints for a reason.Stay away from them!!!

I had a great experience when I came here. Everything was explained in detail what was needed and done to the car. The prices were fair and there was great communication! Definitely recommend coming here! I went there for an oil change and to have my water pump replace and it turned out to be a nightmare experience. When I went to pick up my car from the shop (Michael) attendant, the cover from the fuse box was missing as well as the manifold cover. I looked at the oil level and there was no oil on the engine. The timing chain was damaged due to an inference engine when they replace water pump. I'm not recommending that anyone deal with them.Service: Auto maintenance

Motorists beware!!! Stay away from that place!I brought in the car for a simple wheel alignment and was told that the rear suspension needed extensive repairs for over $1,800. I agreed, and paid the invoice upon "completion". The very next day, my wife and daughter almost got killed on a highway because the car swerved violently and could not keep the lane. Upon bringing the car back to 3C Automotive, they confirmed the swerving, and requested more repairs for an additional $850. At that point I was sick of them and looked for a second opinion. What the second opinion revealed was sickening:1. Wrong bolts were installed that did not match vehicle specification and were of the wrong size, wrong thread, and made of non-tempered steel.2. The rear suspension was making loud knocking sounds due to flimsy assembly.3. They did not put back a backing plate that protected the car from road dirt.4. They did not put back rubber brake boots5. They did not perform a wheel alignment for which I came in the first place and for which I was charged!6. They did not test the car before releasing it to the customer.7. And worst of all, after learning that the car was unsafe to operate, they still let me take it.You've been warned!

As a woman its always hard to find a trustworthy repair shop. I don't know anything about cars but what i do know is i can always trust this shop. They have been nothing short of honest and fair to me. My car always gets repaired correctly the first time. I really appreciate your hard work and service! Thank you Fima and Misha.

Came there twice to fix very simple thing - spark plug and coil ... Guess how much it is cost up here? $250 ... I paid it cause I tried to repair my little car quickly. But it is insane price for 30 minutes of work. I can provide a receipt if you ask me ... And also they are requesting deposit. I will never come back here and I will never recommend this business to anyone

I brought in my van for service thinking i had major issues. The shop was able to diagnose the misfire and rectify the matter within hours. They were honest, fast, and accurate in diagnosis. No wasted time or money. Thank you!

Fima and Mike are the two most important dynamic duals that you MUST have on your speed dial. They are experienced, reliable and honest Russian-Americas with outstanding customer service and work history. I have been going to them for over 5 years now and never had a complain. They have been taking car of not only my 3 cars but my extended family goes to them too. I want to recommend them to anyone who is looking for get a GOOD service for their car.

Quick service, good prices, honest mechanics. Fima always explains what needs to be done on the car - what is urgent and what can wait. Work gets completed on time, as promised. Highly recommend!

Use at your own risk! Had all my brakes done. Was not right from the start. Heard grinding from front that they claimed was normal. 2 months later now I get a huge vibration using brakes on highway. Went back. They want me to pay for new rotors + installation. NO THANKS!! Why should I pay once to get it done wrong and again to hopefully get it right. Wound up with these guys after a Groupon oil change. BIG MISTAKE!!

The word DISHONEST is an accurate descriptions of 3C Automotive & Repair, Inc. If I could give zero stars I would. I had never before used an independent mechanic, but a friend recommended 3C Automotive & Repair, Inc., just 5 minutes away and rated A by the Better Business Bureau. I figured I couldn't go wrong (I should have checked the other 3 C Automotive reviews on YELP). I brought my car in for an estimate for replacing the brake rotors/pads. Mike being the only mechanic working that day explained that my car needed other work in addition to brake job and gave us a quote. I also needed an oil change on my other vehicle which Mike advised us to bring it in the morning since he is so too busy working on other customers cars.The next morning I brought my vehicle in for the oil change first thing in the morning, thinking I could get it done quickly and be on my way. Nope, still too busy. Mike said that he is almost done working on other customer's cars and all the lifts in the shop are being used. Told me to come back in half an hour. When I came back, Mike took my keys and said that the car will be ready in 20 minutes. 30 Minutes later when I returned to the shop, I was informed that NO oil change has been done, and "someone" had crashed into my vehicle which was in their possession.He proceeded to tell me that it is not their fault that "someone" hit my car, even when I noticed that there were only two white vehicles in the shop when there were three when I arrived. With there being white paint transfer on the area that was damaged he still denied everything. He told me that it is not their problem that "someone" crashed into my car because it was parked in their back lot behind the shop and not inside the shop. Even though the car was in their possession and it was in perfect condition before I gave it to him. He claimed that they have insurance that ONLY covers the cars inside the shop. NO explanation or apology whatsoever.He told me that Yefim (the president of the company) is on vacation and he will return in 10 days and I can talk to him. When I returned to talk to Yefim, hoping that he will be honest and take responsibility for the damages; I explained what had happened and he also proceeded to deny everything. They made NO good faith effort to resolve the situation. In fact Yefim, found this situation mildly amusing, He stated that "You could have crashed the car before bringing it in to us, how do we know that this wasn't you?"The estimate for the damages that occurred at 3C Automotive are well over two thousand dollars and Yefim, suggested to take it up with my insurance. I will not be bringing my car there again. I had my brake job done at another shop by an HONSET mechanic which charged me a significant amount less then what Mike had quoted me and turns out that no additional work was needed after all.What kind of business makes another yelp account due to bad reviews ? (see 3 C Automotive ) What kind of business writes its own fake positive reviews?

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and come before I left I check the dipstick and there was no oil when I come pick up my vehicle the next day the same oil was still in my vehicle he stated that he change my oil and I know for a fact that my oil wasn t changed This business is very dishonest I will not recommend this place for anyone not even a simple oil change
