I bought my SUV two years ago from Weber, and since then for all my service needs they have gone above and beyond! I also would like to recognize Stephanie who has the most wonderful customer service skills and makes you feel so at ease. I would recommend Weber to anyone looking for a used car or for your service needs!

I have been a customer of Webber Auto Group since they opened. Prompt service for my automotive maintenance needs and I must say I am thoroughly impressed. The ease of making the service appointment, the friendly greeting and the professionalism and their desire to assist.The service itself was exceptional. My car was serviced promptly and they went above and beyond to ensure that everything was taken care of efficiently and effectively.Overall I recommend Weber Auto Group to anyone in need of auto repairs or routine automotive maintenance. I will continue to have all my automotive needs taken care of at Weber Auto Group.

Wouldn t go anywhere else to get my car serviced. Weber Auto is courteous, efficient, and very fair priced. And this photo is their comfortable and clean waiting room where you can always grab a cup of free coffee.

Buyer beware! Our salesman was so dishonest regarding the VW we purchased. We asked all the right questions and were told it was a mechanically sound vehicle with no issues. He looked us in the eye and lied! Anything to make a sale. He should be ashamed. They were not willing to do ANYTHING to help with repairing what they told us was a GREAT running vehicle. Mind you at that point I had driven it less than 200 miles. Look elsewhere to purchase your next vehicle because they don t do anything for you after they take your money. Never again will I even drive through their lot! Totally UNSATISFIED customer!

Very happy with Weber Auto. We have had several oil changes here and work done on our vehicle. They are rate competitive and take the time to discuss the issues with you. Very happy with their service.

Everyone at Weber's is top-notch! From the ladies at the front desk in service, to the manager, to the mechanics, all have always been so very helpful, so very honest and do the best job possible. I feel very comfortable taking our vehicles to them for any service we need. Highly recommend!

Mr. Walker was very helpful when my husband and I came in looking for a mini van for our family. We were wanting to trade in my current vehicle for something more family friendly. We told him our price range and he found us the perfect vehicle. Would definitely recommend.

These people will say anything to get your money. They are not the people I would buy from if I wanted a reliable vehicle. Had mine not even a day and blown head. Kept saying they fixed it and never did to the point it blew the whole motor. Then still had to give them money for the title for a car that didn't even run for two weeks straight the whole time I had it. This is the biggest scam in Silvis.

I went in to get an oil change and the staff was very informative with any questions I had, the waiting room is super nice and comfy and it did not take too long. I think I got great quality for the price I paid. I also talked to a sales manager and he did very well explaining things to me

Rex went out of his way finding me the car that I wanted, taking care of a new key fob for me, even ordering a manual off ebay and delivering it when he couldn't find it at another dealership in town. I am SUPER happy with what I was given for my trade in, and with my whole experience at Weber Auto and with Rex. I would highly recommend!!

Rex was extremely helpful and patient! I went to the dealership with strict budget and he did not try to sell me anything over my budget. He honest about the work done on the car! Thank you Rex! I will definitely return for another vehicle

So I had got a car from weber so far car has been great to me, there has been a minor rattling that occurred right after I got it but Andy had talked to me, got back with me right away, and made sure it was taken care of his self. My tire had went flat and he even helped me with that right away. Had it for a little bit and haven't noticed anything big like you do at some dealerships so to me it's a really good place you should check it out if your looking for a car. New and experienced drivers! And everyone I talked to there seem like great people and treat you more then just a buyer.

The Weber staff is all very kind and friendly. They were willing to answer any questions that I had prior to booking my appointment and got me in for an oil change the same day. They were even able to drop me back off at work after dropping off my vehicle. Although I did not wait long, they had a very nice waiting room for their customers to wait in as well. Overall it was a very quick, convenient and positive experience!

I cannot give enough positive review to do justice in purchasing my car from Weber Auto Sales. From being greeted as I entered, to walking out the door with my new car - EVERYONE there is amazing. I was introduced to Robbie Bahr, my salesman and from there he handled everything. He listened to me and within an hour I was out the door with my new car. Thank you to Robbie and the staff at Weber Auto Sales!!!!!!

Really liked my service when purchasing a vehicle. But after getting it appraised a year down the road come to find out this vehicle had been in 2 major head on collisions and wasn't disclosed at the time of purchase. Vehicle is worth half of what it should be and a fraction of what is being paid.I do not suggest this place for a purchase of a vehicle.

Got a fabulous deal yesterday at Weber Auto Group! If you are searching for a great deal on a pre-owned vehicle and wonderful customer service, go see Robbie at Weber! My daughter and I were treated like part of the family by everyone there AND I came away with a fabulous vehicle!

I purchased an SUV for $25,000 cash out right the first few days of March. They had to take it back to service it. Shipped windshield paint over spray. Check engine light came on with in a few days after having it down there a couple times. Then there guy came out and cleared the check engine light told me it was safe to drive. I drove it to Alabama my first day in Alabama we have to change spark plugs and coil packs. 2 days later we had to do oil change and check engine light came back on. Now I need a new exhaust system it will cost me $4000. Web auto let me know that was the luck of buying a use car. They could give me a free oil change through.Weber has made a deal to help with my cost and help me .

I got a mailing card for a discounted oil change and tire rotation. I called and scheduling was very easy, and the lady I spoke to was very professional. When I showed up for my appointment it was as easy as answering a couple questions and handing over my keys. After a short wait, the very nice lady who helped me check in came over to the waiting room (which was very clean and homey/comfortable) with my air filter, which was quite dirty. She informed me the price of replacement and asked if that was something I wanted to do today. I had known that it was going to need changed soon so I said go ahead. It wasn't too much longer and they were telling me that my car was done! Got everything paid for and I was good to go!! I don't know exactly how long I was there, but it felt short and was definitely under 45 minutes. I cannot stress enough how clean and professional everything (and everyone!) was. Less than $80 and my oil was changed, air filter replaced, and my tires rotated (and filled: one was a little low)! I will definitely be back in the future!

Robbie helped us get into our new family van, he made the process super easy and got us on the road fast. Excellent service and a good selection of nice vehicles! Definitely recommend!
