I bought a new car battery. The price was more than farm & fleet or walmart by at least $60. They couldn't Install it because of a part close to the bar that goes across the top of battery.

Slow service had to wait at the counter for 5-10 minutes before someone came to take care of me. Over all I know they were a little bit busy at night but I got what I needed

The windshield wiper fuse corroded off a leg into the under-hood fuse box. Autozone guys helped me locate the problem, loaned me some tools and got me going.

4 employee cars in the lot and only one person at the register with a line of customers. With that loud noise going off everytime someone enters and still No one comes up front to help. I'm an O'Reilly customer from now on

Went to buy plugs, filters. There were 2 employees, one was on register and the other was on the counter. The counter member finished his in house customer and then took a call. Once he was done with call he told me he would be with next as soon as pulled the part for the phone customer. The other member finished ringing up his customer, the co in nter member had came back blew me off, took another call and the cashier member also blew me off and took a customer that had just walked in. I get the need to answer the phone, but about the customer that came in to spend money???I walked out and took my hard earned money down the road.

I don t know the name of the person who was helping me over the phone but not only did they hang up twice on me but they deliberately left me on hold until I called back and when I called back they definitely had a bad attitude and then proceeded to hang up while I was talking. I ve spent thousands at the Silvis autozone but they ll never get another dollar out of me. 12/27/2022

Bought parts online that cost me $179.00. Two of the main items were the wrong size. When I tried to return the items instead of simply applying my refund to the total for the correct parts I had to wait 3-5 days for a refund and pay out another $130.00 to get the correct parts .If I wouldn't of had that kind of money I would have been really screwed. That wasn't the worst part thou it was the managers attitude about the situation

Honestly not too happy with this particular auto zone. There were two people behind the counter. One was helping a customer and the other putting items into a computer. I walked up needing help finding a tool. I know the employee saw me but I waited patiently for her to have a pause point. Eventually I got tired of waiting and said excuse me do you have a sec? I got a stern "what?" In reply. I asked again if she had a second that I needed help finding something and gruffly she walked past me, brushed something off a shelf, kept going. I put it back on shelf, she found what I was looking for and as she walked by me she handed it to me in stride and disappeared to whatever she was doing.Honestly thought I was being polite in waiting for her to have a free moment or to acknowledge me but guess that was asking too much. I ended up leaving for another store to get my money.

Was addressed upon arrival and they helped me find the proper wiper blade. Had to return because I couldn't get the wiper arm to cooperate. Young lady assisted me and fixed the problem. Thank you.

I went in to get something to bolt up my skit plate and all I heard from this young kid is, we are not a car shop. I asked him what I needed and he did not help me at all. An older gentleman asked two customers that was shopping in your store and they were kind enough to come out and look at it and even fixed it for me. They were not even employees of yours. I can not believe you would hire a young kid that doesn t want to help a customer in need. I will not be back to your store. I will go to the one in Bettendorf where they do help their customers.

They are okay, but it never seems like one store has enough parts to do the job at hand. Makes driving from store to store necessary to gather in stock parts. If you have time, they will transfer parts to your store of choice, but I'm always under a time crunch.

AutoZone staff was very helpful when my car battery failed, I couldn t get to work, I had no one to help me at 7:40 am but AutoZone. It was a critical situation, employees in AutoZone in Silvis location made an extra effort: battery needed to be delivered and replaced in my garage. Thanks to Lindsey, Michael, Gordon and Eric.Professional and cordial people.

Didn't even get service....called to get a price on a part after being quoted the wrong price at another place......was on hold for over 25 min.....will take my business to someone else if you can even give a price quote before a drive 20 miles to get said part!!....you can't blow off phone customers over the people standing there....like any business you have to balance it out....but that is my last time dealing with ANY Autozone.....the service at most keeps getting worse!

Needed a low beam headlight piece.....that and good costs over $15 dollars....( Sorry can't put it in )???? What's a 75 year old woman supposed to do ? Now I gotta pay $25 on Monday to a garage to install it. Should have gone to dealer in the first place !!!! Used to live AutoZone.....not anymore.....

Took an extraordinarily long time to be helped and all I needed was them to tell me what isle something was in. One worker was actually busy, the other spent literally 20 mins just talking to another guy about random things... Which is fine, but maybe take 10 seconds to ask the line of customers what they need. Also, extremely overpriced... Windshield chip repair kit is ~$15 here as opposed to Walmart where it's about $8. Only positive is that they may have a few things that you can't find at Walmart.

Excellent employees. Their service has gotten much better....in the past you could count on getting the wrong part every time. Not any more! Right parts and fast . But prices could be lower.

The girl at the counter didn't know what a carburetor manifold was... shouldn't have people working there that aren't familiar with auto parts. Other staff was very helpful.

I called the silvis auto zone and asked if they turn rotors they said no.then I asked if they knew any place that did they said no. If they didn't know then it would be better than lying to get me to buy new. I called o'Reilly auto and yes they do turn them .

Would be a lot better if I didn't have to make three different trips there because some of the people that work there don't know the difference between an F-150 and an F250
