I just bought tires for the first time as a widow who knows absolutely nothing about cars !! Barry was very nice and patient with me .Lance was great at answers to questions I asked. They picked up my car and delivered it back .I was very pleased and am so very thankful ..Will do all my business here .

We had a flat on our travel trailer on the way to a camping trip at Lake Shelbyville. We put the spare on and limped to the campground. Hubby took the tires to Neal Tire & Auto, he was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Great price, even better service!

Barry is fantastic. Girlfriend picked up a nail in the sidewall. They put the spare in and ordered a time. Couldn't ask for better service.

We realized on our trip to Shelbyville that we had 4 dry rotted tires on our boat trailer that would not make the trip home. We called Neal's tire at 8am Saturday and got a 10am appointment. They were all done by 10:19. Way to go Neal tire. Thank you for the fast and fair priced service.

They don't know how to work on foreign cars, my boyfriend had a mitsubishi and they basically told him all his car trouble "was in his head" and ended up either not getting serviced or ended up getting the wrong thing fixed/put on. We ended service with them after MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS to fix my boyfriends car issues. We ended up finding a new place that takes care of our vehicles. Do not recommend if you have anything other than a ford or a chevy.

Low staff. Appointments booked, couldn t get me in for a week for tire change. Heard car honking continuously while they were putting on tires and have had electrical problems ever since. Don t know what they did.

Only needed to get a tire off a rim and they did it for me without any issues at all. If I needed to buy tires or needed their service I probably use this place again.
