Amazing experience. Beautiful view of the river.We hosted an event and they hooked us up with a bar. They set up food menus and brought down servers from the restaurant.Bags, Bluetooth and Picnic tables.The bartenders are classy professional and super fun ladies!Shout out to Ned and Abby for making it all possible. They are a priceless team.

We rented a pontoon boat for the morning. We reserved the boat on Spring Brooks website the night before. Very user friendly. What a great time we had! We were greeted by pleasant and knowledgeable people who made sure that our questions were answered and took extra time to make sure we were familiar with the river. The boat was clean and ran great. No surprise as it was a brand new Barletta. Returning the boat was just as easy. The Spring Brook crew made it simple.

Repeat visit for food and our monthly group meet & eat! One of my friends comes all the way from Pekin,Illinois and finds it a wonderful place to relax! Ned cooked and served our table as we decided to dine & visit inside. We were not disappointed & have future plans to come back!

My wife & I puchased a new Prestige 420 Coupe from Spring Brook .We have found them to be professional in every way. Tammy in service knows how to get things done. Kyle Stenzel has been my go to person. Kyle thanks again for all your help.

This place looks great!!! Was completely repainted and new flooring and flat screen TVs all over. Looks great and the service and food is also great Frank is the best. This place is right on the water and is a must see for sure!

Spring Brook in Seneca IL is where I bought a used boat. Dont live in a fantasy world where you buy used and expect everything will be perfect. Just like with cars, boats have problems. I had a couple and it wasn't cheap to have them repaired. Its easy to blame other for issues but remember, you can have the boat inspected first. I was a home inspector and did not heed that advice. I never even thought boats had inspectors. Live & Learn. Ask anyone who owns a boat, they cost money. Anything you buy attached to the name marine seems to cost more.Spring Brook so far has fixed three issues for me. None were hidden from me. An old battery always needs replacing. A water pump that worked for two weeks and then crapped out is unfortunate but I dont think even an inspector would have found that. A fuel pump that left me dead in the harbor can really ruin your day but the river could have been much worse. I know how to work on engines but cant in a boat because of my back. So it costs more to have them do the repairs. Yes it cost more than an automotive repair but that is not something you can blame Spring Brook for. Check online and see how much a marine AGM battery goes for. Considering the cost of AGM batteries $650 installed is also not out of line. I checked online and at first saw fuel pumps for $400 to $500 and thought what a markup. Of course different pumps cost more or less. I then started seeing many for $1300 - $1500 and thought WOW, these really are expensive. $1800 for a fuel pump may also not be that unusual. One of the other guys at the marina who has a bigger boat told me his was priced at $3000. $400 for a fresh water pump installed is not bad. I dont know how much Spring Brook marks up their parts but when looking at the labor costs it doesn't seem out of line and the people seem to be inclined to help.I should also note, their maintenance crew so far seems to be really good and quick. Thanks to Tim and Kevin. Also, thanks to Kate and Zach in the office for doing a great job.

What an awesome pontoon rental! Spring Brook is super organized, informative, friendly and they have a beautiful boat to rent on the river! Our group of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our day on the boat thanks to Spring Brook!!

Loved doing business with these guys! Zach went out of his way many times to make sure I was accommodated and taken care of every time. Very honest and kind people. They treat you like family from day one. Highly recommend them!

Drove across country to see a boat. Turns out it was the cheapest used boat for a reason. Zach in the sales dept immediately helped place an offer on the boat I originally wanted (was being held for a deal that was unable to get financed).Kevin was incredibly knowledgeable on the waterway and a wealth of knowledge during sea trial.Fair value for my purchase. No pressure. Ready to help with the largest or most trivial of issues.Professional sales and service staff! Very clean marina facilities.Would highly recommend for any rental, sales, or service needs.

We have kept our boat here for 2 seasons every weekend, and have never had an issue, loved the staff and policies. However, it seems as if they have changed staff since this year, the newer girl at the desk has had an attitude with us multiple times, and has even told staff to watch us. We are a professional couple, and have never had conflict here, but sadly as of the past few experiences we will be advising friends and family to avoid this marina at all costs.

The Harper's Hideaway is a great spot. The owner and staff are very accommodating. Food is plentiful and fairly priced. Nice salad bar, haven't had the prime rib on weekends but if it measures up to rest of prep it will be great.

Truly enjoyed our experience at Spring Brook. Zack showed us several boats and John was great giving us information at the show. Nice, big facility. Will definitely return.

Went today to pick up our new to us boat. Memorial Day weekend with a boat, how great! Turns out they did not communicate the need for a certified check so we're driving two hours home without a boat. Very disappointed they could not find a way to fix their miscommunication. Beyond frustrated.This did end up getting corrected after driving back & forth.

I live aboard here all summer and can't say enough as to how the entire staff goes the extra mile whenever required to make the river experience as good as can be. Special rek to Kevin, Ali, Adam, Tammy, Steve, Kristen and Kyle for making my stay comfortable!

Many moons ago, we used to keep our boat at Springbrook. Always had fun here, nice people.Now we find ourselves going to the restaurant above Springbrook, to enjoy a nice dinner out. Again, nice people upstairs and decent food.

Excellent marina and great service. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They are also very accommodating to boaters needs and willing to help in any way to make sure that our stay was an excellent experience. The staff went above and beyond to assist us in our needs and helping with the loopers. I definately reccomend visiting this marina. Thank you for your superb service!

I bought a Bayliner 2855 2001 from Brad Greenbush via the internet. I received the boat in mint condition with a special thanks and salute to Mr. Kevin Steep and Tammy.The guys are just perfect honest people. I believe my next boat would surely be a spring Brook Marina boat.Thank you again!

the sales people are not that friendly unless you want to buy a big boat or a new boat. Recently saw them at the Chicago in water boat show and asked about used boats, I really felt that they did not want to talk with me.

It's a great Harbor and have beautiful bathrooms and showers but their gas prices are high they are full of full service Marina
