The service was awesome one of the fastest repairs I ever had done. Anthony took care of me even though I was a first time customer like I ve been there for years I just want to thank you guys so much for taking care of my truck in a timely manner. I wouldn t trust this guy to fill up your windshield washer fluid. He s a liar and a thief. He has this apprentices doing the work, After 10 times taking it to him for the same problem, which is my muffler, that s hanging, the kid told me he don t know how to do it. All he does is yell and walks away, After taking out my AC unit in my old-school car to replace the headers he said he doesn t have the time to put the AC unit back in and what his bipolar Attitude he ll put it back in for $1000.00. Stay away

Alternator died on F150. They replaced it for $420.34. I left for home 240 miles, battery light started flickering after 100 miles. Took the truck into local garage, they replace alternator with correct model alternator for $212 and all is well. JM got me running, got me home, but only barely and at quite a cost.

JM Auto saved us. We had arrived to O'Hare, and our car broke down right before we were leaving for vacation. They answered the phone at 10pm on a Saturday to let us know we could have it towed and dropped off there. They had it up and running within days, and it was waiting for us when we flew back into Chicago. We had a 6 hour drive ahead of us to get home and made it safely. I can't say enough good things about their outstanding customer service. Thank you!

Anthony saved my bacon! My van had broken down dropping off friends at O'Hare and I was trying to get home (3 hours away). It was Saturday and the shop was only open 1/2 day and had scheduled work. He worked me in, got it fixed and back on the road. Great service!

With the extreme increase in parts prices, Anthony and the team at J.M. have managed to keep repairs reasonable and affordable. They did an excellent job getting my mother's 2011 Hyundai Sonata ready for the road after sitting for an extended period of time.
