Deception. Lies. Scammer. Snake oil salespeople. The masters of bait and switch. The reason why people hate dealerships more than going to the dentist. An experience from the depths of hell.Ziegler Maserati is the place to be if you want to experience all of this!Two time returning customer went in for a 3rd vehicle today. Had a finalized deal over the phone. Once arrived, they refused to honor the deal they finalized, made me wait 2+ hrs to try to honor the deal they promised. They refused. I got up and walked out. Boycott Ziegler.You have been warned; if you want to get played and scammed out of paying more than what was agreed, then Ziegler Maserati will not disappoint.

This place is a joke! They damaged my car three times during a repair. Tried to hide it, cover it, and deny it. One small repair under warranty turned to a nightmare. I don't think they have qualified mechanics there, not mentioning their salesmen who didn't know the basics about what they sell.Under no circumstances, I will ever go back there, both to buy or repair. I had to contact Maserati of USA to get them involved. My car was taken to a different dealership in Glenview to fix these damages.It's mind-blowing that such a brand is butchered like that

I bought a Grecale a couple months ago. Brand new car and every other time I tried to start the car the battery was dead. After it was in 3 or 4 times, they finally did an update and it hasn't been dead since. What got me upset was when it wasn't working, they wanted me to jump it and trickle charge it instead of coming out and helping me with the dead car that they JUST sold me. Now in between the car being completely dead, it also wouldn't start and said I had to put the fob in the console to start the car. First, very bad place to have to put the key to start the car - people store things in it, that's what it's for. Secondily, about 90% of the time, the car doesn't start and I'm stuck trying to leave with a car that won't start. AND to top it off, I have called service multiple times when the car won't start and they don't even answer the phone. This will be my last Maserati. Horrible, horrible customer service for how much money you're spending and again, a new car.

Overall, it's a nice dealership. Justine & Jeremy are both great guys and helpful. There was some miscommunication between what was advertised and what actually was there they as far as going back to Maserati to see if they could find the issue, and the Maserati build sheet said one thing and the window sticker said something else, so since the car did not have that 1 thing we want I think we're going to pass on it, but if it was what we wanted they would hav gotten 5 stars and probably a sale

I like coming here for the service since the quality of care is outstanding. The car is taken care amazingly each time. Nice spot to rest and relax in the mean time. I love their car wash, so diligent and spotless. Thank you so much!Just the time...it takes long time...longer then they tell me. Today over 3 hours for oil change, check up of the car and wash ... Also expensive

I just bought used Maserati Ghibli. I was very happy with JC, he worked with me on purchase price as well as my trade in. I would highly recommend JC to anyone that is looking for great Maserati experience. I hope that the Service Department will be great as well, I guess I will find that out in the future.

Called three Maserati Dealers. Decided to go with Zeigler based on price. The parts associate Ken assisted me. Great guy. Very knowledgeable and all around a good person. My go to place for my Ghibli parts. Thanks Ken.

I bought my Lexus with the help of Tony G. at Zeigler Maserati, and it was the BEST experience. If you want someone who will take care of you, Tony is the guy. Truth be told, every single person I have spoken with there has been so kind and helpful. I had a big issue with the nav system in my 2015 car, and it was completely taken care of for me. That s better service than you get at Lexus themselves! I will definitely come back to Zeigler for my cars in the future.

I have just had one of the most ridiculous dealership experiences with this dealer. Called them in the morning to check availability of a car that I saw advertised on Auto Trader. Availability confirmed, they even sent me a text confirming appointment. I show up and they tell me it is being used as a service loaner. I drove 45 minutes to get there to hear that? Wow. I walked out and never called them again.

Just when you think that all car dealerships are the same, I get shocked. Ziegler Maserati delivered on their promise in all aspects of the car buying process, including customer service, followup and price. Stephanie was our sales person and she was awesome! She was sincere and not pushy, very transparent and honest.

Just finished purchasing my second vehicle from the dealership. Stephanie has been amazing throughout the process both times. Best car purchase experience I ve ever had. I highly recommended stopping by Zeigler and asking for her if you re in the market for a new vehicle.

I saw a car online and went to see the car. First of all, they make it seem as they're doing you a favor by selling you this car. It took about 5 hours to see the car agree on a price then for them to go back on their word. We initially disagreed on the price and I was going to leave, but the manager changed his mind and agreed on my offer. I had some conditions with the agreement and he said no problem. They ran my credit to start the financing then changed their mind on the negotiation because of one of my conditions. So in the end, I walked out because they wanted to raise the price even though the initial agreed upon conditions were all included.

Had the pleasure of working with raul, Steve, and Matt.Raul and I were going back and forth for a while and he was very patient the whole time and answering any questions and helping me out.Matt went for a ride along with me and took the time to explain many things about the vehicle and I appreciated that he didn't try to sell me unnecessary things he just told me what was actually needed for my Maserati.I could tell that they were doing their best to get me in and out efficiently and took extra time to answer all my questions I could tell they really were trying to help me will definitely be coming back.

I worked with Peter and the great team at Zeigler Schaumburg for my 2019 Levante purchase. They are super friendly, fair, and provided fast and complete service during the buying process. Love the car and will come back for Jeep (next door) soon!

I had the best experience at Ziegler Maserati in Schaumburg. My sales rep Stephanie was awesome and very helpful with all my questions and concerns even days after my purchase. They truly do stand behind there vehicles and give outstanding service. Gabriel was also extremely helpful. Thank you guys so much. Will definitely be coming back in the future.

I just bought a car last week and the sales associate who helped me was Stephanie Athans. She was terrific. She answered all my questions, followed up with additional info when I asked for it, made sure I was able to communicate directly with her manager when it came time to decide and was a big part of the reason I bought the car. Worst service ive ever experienced out of any dealership. The "service manager" Raul should be working at a Honda dealer, treated everyone like hes better, rude to his customers, and has no idea what hes talking about when it comes to the cars he services and sells. Brought my Maserati in for some work and after 3 days they couldn't find the obvious suspension and engine issues. Then he had the nerve to hand my car back filthy from salt and snow when it was clean upon leaving it. Along with 2 used COVID masks thrown around my car. Tried to complain to the GM who just never answered my phone calls. Will not be giving this dealership any more business and I recommend you don't either.

"Everything is possible". This is empowering motto that you hear on the floor all the time. You can buy high end car in many places. What sets this place aside is unique level of service, attention to detail, and very pleasant stuff. Christina J. is the best out there, no doubt. Such a pleasant personality and high level of professionalism. Management is great too, I had some concerns and they were quickly addressed.

We got off to a bad start because the saleswomen seemed irritated right from the outset. She still did her best to help, but her knowledge was wide in breadth and narrow in depth. She memorized the Maserati Sales Handbook cover to cover, but was noticeably uncomfortable going off script, which made our ability to decide between competing cars much more difficult. She was equally aloof days later when we returned to look again. When attempting to negotiate the price of the car, they would not reveal to me the sales price, just the final payment. When I pressed harder, they revealed the INCENTIVE-ADJUSTED sales price, but refused to tell me what they were actually selling the car for. They even compared that incentive-adjusted price to the car's invoice price, a deceitful approach I haven't seen in a while. The saleswoman trying to broker the negotiation just further confused things; putting her in the middle is not helping their business. This was my 6th car purchase since 2016, and Zeigler Maserati was easily the least transparent negotiating experience I've had. We ended up purchasing our second favorite car exclusively because of our distaste for the sales experience at this dealership.

Called 3 different times to to schedule a service appointment to fix a recall on my Maserati. I was always transferred to service department and Left voice mails and never received a call back. Haven t bought a car here before but the service department would definitely keep me from ever going to this dealership.

After much research, I found the exact Gran Turismo MC that I aspired to own at a great price in comparison to other dealerships around the country. I pre-arranged a test drive since I was flying from Atlanta. Chris Shah was the salesman I dealt with. I purchased the car and was out of the dealership in plenty of time to catch my flight back to Atlanta. Chris took of the paperwork with my credit union and made arrangements to ship to the car to my home in Miami. The car was shipped enclosed and arrived a day late (due to overheating on the truck). The transportation company keep me informed of the status daily. Chris and Zeigler team were pleasant and efficient as well as the transport company. I sincerely appreciated the fact they were considerate of my time. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Extremely Poor customer service!I have purchased a Maserati in early 2020 and have been following on few important things for the last 1 year via emails/phone calls but the branch manager Gabriel and the agent who sold the car are clearly not responding. This is completely unexpected especially from an elite car showroom company.

Oh wow. You would think that places that sell high end cars would only care about profit and how to rip off and scam wealthy buyers. Not here. I got great selection and Christina was very patient explaining to me specific info about the car i was interested in. Got a great deal and post sale service experience was great. I love my Maserati !

We went into the dealership with really no intention of leasing a new car. Our salesman Hector came out started talking to us and a few hours later we rolled out in the Maserati Grand Turismo Cabriolet, an absolute dream car. Hector and George did everything possible to get us into that vehicle. Everyone in the dealership was so nice and great to work with. They even started the car inside the dealership just so my husband could hear how great it sounded in sport mode! . I really can t say enough about these guys. If you want a Maserati, this is THE place to go and buy it!!

Offered me 19k for my car and can t fix it for 3 month, charged me money for 6 days diagnostic, will go to another place never come back, also they scratched my car, overpriced a lot due too current market, if you have a chance, go to any dealer, avoid this. They will scratch your car, they will charge you overpriced be careful
