This dealer was one that came up for getting some discounts perks thru my job. I spoke with over the phone and via internet the manager Stephanie and Victoria whom I believe was just customer service. They blew my email and phone up up until the day it was time for me to come there mind you I live in the down town and this is over 25 miles away from me as I was taking public transportation. I was told I would meet with Stephanie and upon arrival the sales people are of course hungry( fresh meat) just walked in and I m a woman. I did not want to see anyone but Stephanie and all the time I was inside I never got to see her I called 3x for her while in the dealership and never got to see her which means I had to deal with another salesman. He quickly pulled out a 2019 Mercedes candy red beautiful car and tried to sell to me I kept denying he kept trying finally I gave in for him to say oh the banks said no no one wants to finance a car for you. Like what?! He told me to try for a foreign car which I did not want when I told him other makes and models I was interested in he did not want to see about finance for the other cars but when he did look up the other cars for me all of the cars they have are very high in mileage!! I would not recommend this dealership and they had a so called sale going! The salesman name is Willy btw. This place was like any other dealership that s looking for a sale not to mention it is tax seasoning. I left there with nothing but wasted time and a lower score!

My experience with Zeigler Chevrolet was beyond excellence. Amber Tortorello and the rest of the staff were amazing and made my experience very pleasant and stress free. She was very patient and understood my situation and was willing to help me achieve my purchase. This is my second purchase from Zeigler Chevrolet, my previous car was purchased at Zeigler Chevrolet (Amber Tortorello) Hopefully I can purchase all my future vehicles from Zeigler Chevrolet. This dealership should be recognized as one of the best if not the best dealership to purchase a vehicle from. Keep up the great work!

One of the worst experiences I ve had ever looking to buy a car. Let s start off with me going to see a 2021 BMW X4 that they still have for sale today. Came in with my family, and the car wasn t ready which is ok, but then we get in the vehicle to test drive it and the car won t accelerate over 15 mph. The salesperson said the tire didn t have air in it so that was the reason. Actually it wasn t because there was a check engine light on in the car. So we waited for them to put air in the tire and went back out to test drive it. Still wouldn t accelerate. So obviously it s something to do with the check engine light. Also it was raining yesterday and one of windshield wipers was broke. Like really? They must buy cars, and DO NOT service them at all. Couldn t have. I don t think service would allow a car with a check engine light and super low tire pressure to go out. Maybe I m wrong. While in the car the salesperson didn t say anything about the car, features, etc. my husband asked the manager when we got back to the dealership why they would have a customer test drive a car like this and that we didn t know too much about the car and that manager said well it s a 2021 and has leather, what else did you need to know ? Wow worst experience ever, and they are trying to sell cars with major issues. They just dropped the price of the car, and it doesn t have a warranty so watch out!

Overall a fine visit as usual. I did have to go back because they forgot to reset the oil change sensor. The inspection report also claimed they refilled the air in the tires, but my tire guage suggests they did not. That makes me a little nervous about if they actually completed my service, but I have no other reason to doubt they did, so I will trust that they took care of everything else they needed to.

Purchased a beautiful Toyota venza,all with the assistance of our great salesman Jovan. He was a great help ,offered us several options as to trading in our old car and buying another we are so happy with our purchase. We will be returning if ever we need another car.

Zeigler staff are the best. Rich Garland the service manager took good care of me and kept me informed the whole way. Rich has hustle like I've never seen. The tech Tom Caplis did an outstanding job on my 60K service. He always goes above and beyond for the customer. Jim Neuman the parts manager helped make sure all they had the parts needed to get me in and out. . That's my Holy trinity right there folks! Thank you guys! I will be having my vehicle serviced here from now on.

Do not go do business with Jovan Tovar ! I purchased a car a year ago and he gave me a 21.1% interest rate months later I found out that i qualify max 12%since it was my first car and was un knowledge he took advantaged he s known to pocket money! And taking advantage of clients because of him doing this it s hard for me to trade my car in!

Ted is the Best sales guy you will ever meet. I don t get approved right away and it takes the whole day to get a car. I was able to get approved in less than a hour. He promised me he will take care of me and he did! I will work with Ted for my next car purchase. I was done signing and out the door after 2 hours. He definitely made my day with his funny and personable charisma. But best of all he got me the car I wanted! I never leave any reviews but Ted is super worth it! Come see him, he can help you out!

I went in to test drive a Ct4 Cadillac. Our sales rep was nice. However, my partner being a painter, noticed a paint issue on the vehicle we ventured there to see. We moved on to another model and liked it but had to think about it. The sales rep informed us that the sales manager wanted to come and meet us.I believe his name was Sam. He was very rude and condescending. Asked us about the car we moved on from . Only to tell us he :was not a fortune teller and if we wanted him to call the factory. We Just told the sales rep we would think it over but the manager was so rude . I do not do business with someone speaking to me in that tone or tempermemt.

AVOID THIS DEALER! Ted was very friendly I don t have anything to say about him. This is the dealer you hear about that advertises a price and you have to read the fine print. We called to make sure the advertised price was right before making the hour long drive. They said yes. When we got there almost closing the deal and they said the fine print said if you qualify for discount all at the same time. So you would have to be a military, doctor, teacher and work with Chevy all at the same time to qualify. But that wasn t the worst problem. Since we said that it s crazy to be able to qualify for all those at the same time. The financing guy didn t get his name was rude and literally kicked us out. Ted seemed so embarrassed and apologetic.Since that guy was extremely disrespectful. Like his personal ego was hurt when my husband said it seems deceiving to bring people in the door and then make them have a long drive just to say that practically almost nobody qualifies for all those discounts. Maybe some but a small percentage. This is the following message I wrote to him personally .Good morning TedWe apreciate your attentiveness, kindness, and courtesy you showed us yesterday. As you know we were set on a specific price not payments.We are sure this is not the first time this dealer gets asked about prices and fine print that is online. This place has been open since 1992 at least.I was surprised for lackOf professionalism and respect for us. The other sales rep/ or financing person. should have not taken things personal, it's not like he is in charge of marketing and any false advertisement fine print.We work hard for our money and personally as a lady I didn't like how it felt to be kicked out and felt degraded and shocked at how he took my husband statement personal, which was not at all profesional.Even with all that clarification we where just clear and why we where ready to buy and take home the car that same moment at the advertised price.Easy, we don't qualify for those discounts and we go our way.But we e apreciate you and your kindness and respect.
