I bought a car from this dealership and I highly highly recommend doing business with them. We worked with Tyler and Chris and it was pleasure doing business with them. They were honest and straightforward from the moment we walked into the dealership.Tyler was the first sales person we worked with. He showed us the car and provided us with great details that answered all of the questions we had. He really found us the specific car we wanted.Chris was the general sales manager that we worked with when it came to negotiating the deal. He honored his words from the first time we walked into the dealership. He got us a great deal on the car that included the extended warranty. People appreciate doing deals with people that are honest and he exemplifies that.

I recently met Dan in service after having a problem with my fiat being in storage for quite some time. He went above and beyond to help fix my car, update me along the way, and complete the job on time. Wow- Great service at a Great price! Dan is top notch!

Amazing place with amazing employees. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. We were able to get help right away, even though they were busy with other customers. Justin was very helpful. We didn't buy a car today but by taking a car we were interested in, for a test drive, we definitely got all of our questions answered. Highly recommend.

This is the first time I am giving someone 5 stars and there is a good reason for it. Starting from front of the house to mechanics and assistants, everyone are great! Sometimes I wish I had to come here more often. All I have to do is call and Maurizio already knows even before I call what needs to be done. I service my car here so they are keeping track of everything. Every little bit. Mayra, just in case reminds me about some other things I mentioned last time I was there before my car goes to safe hands of Dr. mechanic Steve Le. I will stop here before it turns to a love letter. I don't even have to say that I highly recommend this place.

Great experience purchasing a vehicle with Tyler in Sales and Abraar! They were transparent and really wanted to understand my situation to guide me instead of pushy like other dealers. If you re looking for a place where they care about the customer, come here!

Once opon a time (2014) I walked in looking to buy my first new car, a Fiat 500 Abarth. Due to my excellent experience my family and I have collectively bought two 500x, one Giulia, and now our latest acquisition a gorgeous Stelvio Competizione. Thanks Donell. If you have an Alfa itch that needs scratching this is the place to soothe it.

This review is for Justin Clemmensen. Any time I have tried financing a car in 10 years at other dealerships, I've always felt forced when people would crowd me, ask a million questions during a test drive, or constantly ask me about financial situations that are not necessary to the buying process. Justin was understanding and professional throughout my entire time at the dealership. Justin has done what no other dealership in history has ever gotten me to do, buy a car from a dealership. Justin did not provide any headaches, and I was given options about what I wanted prior to them running my credit which made me very happy because I felt there was no risk. I live about an hour and a half away from the dealership, but I would make the drive again when buying my next vehicle. Other car dealerships need to use this location as a template for how to speak and work with customers. Justin did absolutely amazing!

I do not recommend going to this location in Illinois if you want a smooth experience. I brought my car in for service 2 weeks ago because the sensor for my hood kept going off and my car was shaking. They fixed the hood sensor but told me they needed to order a part for the shaking. They did not notify me when the part arrived, so I had to call them. I made an appointment for yesterday, and they initially said it would take 2-4 hours. However, when I arrived, they told me I had to leave my car there for the entire day. They did not have any loaner cars available. I called them this morning, but they did not provide an estimated time and promised to call me back, which they never did. After work, I took an Uber to the location, and they told me I had to wait for an hour and a half. They did not inform me when my car was ready; I had to ask. When they brought my car out, the hood sensor that they supposedly fixed malfunctioned again. Additionally, my visor was broken, and the manager was very rude. He initially denied fixing the hood sensor until he searched it up and then tried to blame me for the broken visor. I strongly advise against choosing this location if you want a hassle-free experience. If I could give 0 stars I would honestly

I originally came in here with my boyfriend to test drive a 2018 Stelvio Ti and I loved the ride. I didn t have any intention of buying that day. As we were heading out to leave, Elman asks me why I haven t thought of getting a new car or leasing. And the answer is like most peoples. Money!! Well I have been curious about it so the sales manager, George, and Elman talked it through to us. Long story short, I m sitting in the lobby now waiting to sign the paperwork for a lease on a 2021 Stelvio Ti Sport and I m so in love. The deal was definitely manageable, I feel like the deal was very fair and I like the no BS approach that was given from the start. They cut me very fair deals and I did not feel taken advantage whatsoever, which is something I hate more than anything. I m very excited to get this sexy car on the road. I would recommend going to see George and Elman hands down.

So a week ago I moved from NJ back to Chicago and I had a situation with my old car and had to upgrade asap. After going online and doing my research on the vehicle I wanted I saw the car at this dealership and stopped in JUST to see it and test drive it. Mr. Zaya, a young man that approached me, (as I was looking like a homeless guys lol) , not only treated me with respect but we also hit it off as friends. He showed me the car, talked to me about my needs and finance and then he made the deal happen just as I wanted!!! Later that day I left with my new car and I must say that the whole intire team were amazing. George the manager of the place all the way to Damien the finance guy (ex-marine) and Mr. Avi, the guy putting things together for us were beyond humble and awesome people to work with. I have told my whole family about my experience and my friends and now to the world. Mr.Zaya that saw what i wanted and hammered out a badass deal is my go to guy moving forward in my auto purchases. A++++++ across the board with this place and I thank them for everything!!!! Highly recommended 100%

You see a lot of reviews naming Justin Clemmesen as the go-to sales person and they are not wrong. From beginning to end he made the entire car buying experience as smooth as possible. Everyone from sales to finance were amazing to work with and have definitely earned my business.There were no high-pressure sales tactics or finance jargon that can confuse you. Everything was explained clearly and I walked out of there with the utmost confidence that I made the right call with Alfa Romeo, with Zeigler, and with Justin.

Justin Clemmesen was my sales person and this probably will be the only one time in my life I give five stars for a sales guy. He was great in communicating everything and was prompt as well as clear in all the dealings. Mauricio in the services was great to work with as well. Overall a great experience

Terrible..... I contacted 4 different people, none would return a phone call. So I emailed the general manager, , and he bever responded... This is after I bought a car.......avoid...

I just recently purchased an SUV from Ziegler Maserati and wanted to give a shout out to our salesman Justin Clemmensen. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. Even after I drove out of the dealership and wasn't sure on how to use some of the SUV's outstanding features, I reached out to Justin and he more than willingly helped me figure out these features and advised me to just call him if I needed anything further. Excellent salesperson! If you are in the market for an Alfa or Maserati, go see Justin!

I had a wonderful experience with Christina Jaworski and Kathryn Zanco in purchasing a new Alfa Romeo 4C. The expereince could only have been improved by the vehicle being free! I highly recommend them and the dealership to everyone!

My salesman Zaya was really really great, he made sure to take care of me, and most importantly he wasn t pushy. Considering I m only 18 I was treated really well with a lot of respect and was taken seriously.The sales manager and the finance manager really took me step by step through the process and took the time to explain all my options to make sure I was comfortable before I purchased the car.

Kevin was an excellent salesman. Unlike other salesman in my previous experience. He made feel very comfortable, I felt like I knew him for a while . Him and the finance department took their time and went above an beyond to make the deal happen and made sure that I leave the dealership with complete satisfaction. Thank you Kevin, I love my car and I told everyone I know about your excellent dealership. Also, I m.not going to Forget George who closed the deal with a nice gift to me, he is very detail oriented and very professional. All I can say is that this dealership is my place to go for my future car shopping and for my current car services. Despite the stereotypes you hear about dealerships and salesmen. Zeigler dealership is the best. Again thank all of you guys.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Hector and his team to find the car we really wanted. They were very friendly and accommodating. We didn t expect to drive off with a new car. The customer service and awesome deal is what sold us. I highly recommend this dealership!

I bought my car here in 2015, and I had the best experience. It was my first time buying a car, and all the managers and the salesperson who assisted me were all super friendly and helpful. All finances were handled by my credit union, so I didn't have to deal with any of that. I take my car in regularly for oil changes and they always tell me when I should expect the next thing to need repair on my car and how long I can drive safely before fixing anything. Jim has always been the nicest person, and Adam has been an excellent addition to the team! I recommend this dealership to friends and colleagues all the time!

Very happy with my recent purchase of a new vehicle and very happy I went with Zeigler. Anthony .M. was a great salesman and made me and my wife feel like family rather then just another customer. The whole team was amazing in helping me getting what I needed. I am very pleased with how the whole process was handled and I feel at easy knowing that they will help as best as they can moving forward. I will say, when the next time comes to purchase a vehicle, I will definitely use Zeigler and my guy Anthony.

I had the best experience! George Stratikis and Stephanie took excellent care of me from start to finish. They helped me choose a beautiful vehicle that is perfect for my family and also has style. They care a great deal about their customers and it shows not only with their hospitality but through their knowledge of vehicles as well. I will be back for another vehicle soon!

We truly enjoyed working with George and the entire Zeigler Alfa Romeo team. George made our car buying experience 100% hassle free. He was knowledgeable and always available to answer our questions during the exploratory stage. We traveled from out of State to purchase this vehicle from George due to the incredible , efficient service that was provided. The price we paid for the Giulia was fair and the financing terms were very consumer friendly. I wouldn t hesitate to purchase my future vehicles from this dealership.
