Bart and his team are fantastic! My family and I have used Ultimate Collision three times now in three years and each repair was great. Just recently, Bart's team repaired parking lot hit and run damage to my SUV, while I waited.I highly recommend Ultimate; they are professional, thorough and do excellent work, without cutting corners. And, their prices are reasonable, with or without insurance.

I was extremely satisfied with their loving and caring customer service and excellent work. Ultimate Collision Repair Network made my BMW X2 look brand new again by fixing all the damages including rear brake pads,and I didn't even have to pay any deductible! Don't go to big dealer service centers to fix your car. They'll just rip you off. I highly recommend Ultimate Collision Repair Network!

Absolutely awesome! Took care of the scratches in rear bumper of my 2022 Honda Civic, Looks good as new. Communicated consistently throughout the whole process and worked seamlessly with the insurance. The rear bumper looks brand new!If you need body work, Ultimate collision does a great job start to finish!

A+++ service. I had been having several reoccurring issues with my car before taking it Ultimate Collision that weren't fixed by other shops. Bart and his team were able to fix those issues and return my car to me like the day I bought it. I would recommend Ultimate for anyone's car repair needs and will only rely on them to service my car needs in the future.

I had a fender bender with my SUV and called ultimate collision Repairs per my friend's recommendation. Not only they were extremely pleasant and professional on the phone, but once I got there the owner Bartz was very welcoming and I could tell he knows his craft. He simplified everything for me so I don't leave confused and I knew exactly what was wrong and how it's getting fixed. The price I was charged was more then reasonable and the service was very fast. Since then I have referred them to 4 other people and everyone had the same feedback. Excellent and honest work!

I was in a car accident last month where I was rear ended from the back. My SUV which was a Toyota RV4 had extensive damage and unfortunately it wasn t worth it to get it repair. However, the customer care I received from Ultimate Collision was fantastic. The team did a the thorough job explaining the damage to me and my insurance company which help me to received the maximum value for the car. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone that need repair services especially after an accident. They truly put your mind at ease because they take good care of their customers.

Ultimate Collision is great at fixing cars, particularly imports. OEM parts, fast service. The only thing that should be improved is the customer service, which counts big these days.

Best place in Chicago. Luxury car specialist BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, all cars. Restored to original and new condition. I was so happy fixed more the accident damage. Staff is super nice, owner is the best guy. All my body work is done here for everyone one I know. Clean shop and washroom. It s sectary gem for body repairs hidden in schaumburg ultimate collision. I m impressed.

AMAZING WORK & 5 STAR SERVICE!I chose this shop for my car to be towed to because of all the great reviews that I read online. And let me tell you, they do not disappoint! They definitely live up to the expectations.I purchased my vehicle brand new and I was so upset that the whole rear end/trunk area was damaged from my accident. Rest assured, Bart made this process easy for me and handled everything with my auto insurance so that I did not have to. Their work is top notch and have the best customer service.I will not go anywhere else as this business really goes above and beyond to take care of you and your vehicle. They are genuine and honest people, they do not take short cuts like several of the other body shops I've been to. Bart made this process easy for me amidst all the trouble I had to deal with when involved in an accident. They returned my car back to me and it looks beautiful! You would never know that its been involved in an accident. They even cleaned the inside for me too. These guys are great, I can't say enough good things about this business. Fantastic! Bart from Ultimate Collision was able to fix my Cadillac ATS when I was rear ended. He helped me with an estimate, repair, and dealing with the insurance company. I got in an accident and chose Ultimate Collision for my repairs , they are 5 min from my house . They made me feel comfortable as a woman in an auto repair shop. Bart did an estimate and they were honest, helpful, and very knowledgeable. (As other repair shops didn't). They went above and beyond for my repairs. Bart explained and walked me through every detail and they would be repairing . When I picked up my car it looked amazing. They also save me so much money and they help me out with my rental car, honestly I never had such a great experience, I recommend Ultimate Collision to my sister and she was also amazed with the service and time manners Thanks Ultimate Collision I will definitely be using you guys for any future services!Service: Body & Trim

The owner Bart was so hopefully and he tried to get me the best rate from my insurance. Very nice people and my car looks brand new. I was surprised they even cleaned the interior of my car, which I really appreciated. Thank you for the great job!

Ultimate Collision is by far the best body shop I have been too. I was pleased by how everything was handled while my car was there and of course with the work that was done. Had my window and both bumpers replaced. The car looks brand new. I was really in a tough spot and they came through by getting my car in right away, working with insurance and doing the great repair job. I used their services for a repair on my Honda civic which was rear ended recently. They were recommended to me by a friend and it was a nice surprise when I called Geico and the local agent told me that this shop was one the best ones in my area with a great reputation. Dealing with Bart was so easy. He is very knowledgeable and communicated with the insurance directly, the car came out looking brand new in a very timely manner. I couldn't be happier!!! Highly recommend and would definitely go back if need be. Excellent service!!!

Brought my car to Ultimate Collision to get my bumper fixed/replaced. Worked with Bart and he was very pleasant to work with. Very friendly, kept me up to date, and most importantly very honest. I had my front bumper and back bumper replaced and repainted by Ultimate Collision. They did a phenomenal job and got my car back to me pretty quickly. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. I ll definitely recommend!

The place is the only place I truly trust for my vehicle, Ultimate Collision has been amazing I had a couple of complicated problems with my Mercedes E class and the dealer couldn't fix which Ultimate Collision was able to fix. I repaired my 2015 Honda CRV twice in Ultimate Collision. I first learned about this place from my co-worker and I m so glad to have known.Their work is just excellent! Every time when my car was repaired, it looked like a brand new car. It actually looked better! I m just amazed at their attention to details and their professionalism. They know what they are doing and they do an excellent job. Bart is very kind and supportive from the beginning to the end. He even fixed one of my daytime driving lights, which was out and was not related to the accident when I asked him if he could take a look. That s just above and beyond! I really appreciated it. Now if anybody had an accident and asked me which shop to go, I would say Go to Ultimate Collision! . And actually I have said that many times already. I hope it s helpful information for anyone who s looking for a shop. Thank you!

I was involved in an accident and that on it's own is horrible and stressful enough, and more often then not dealing with the repairs afterwards makes everything even worst. I am so grateful to ultimate collision and the owner Bart for all the help. They were very professional, understanding and kind to me. They even worked with my insurance company and everything was done on time and as easy as possible for me. As long as I live in the area I won't be going anywhere else and would recommend them to anyone!!!Service: Body & Trim

I have a 1999 White Toyota Avalon. I had a little fender bender with it recently and after a quick online search, I found Ultimate Collision Repair and asked for a quote.They did exactly what I wanted, their work was flawless, and they were extremely helpful when I had questions. And they finished when they said they would!Now, there are a couple of things you have to understand, my car is 19 years old and, while I don't want to get rid of it yet, that time is not far away. In short, I did NOT want to spend a lot of money on this repair.Second, I was fine with cutting a couple steps to save money, like blending and replacing all the crunched parts with brand new. To do so would mean a $2400 repair bill and...my car is 19...I may as well but a new car rather than put that much money in an ancient car.UCR came through with SHINING colors.not only was the paint matched as close too perfect as I could have hoped for (and white is a notoriously difficult color to match) but they had to buy a new quarter panel also. My pain was minimal, the cost for the repair was EXCELLENT and well below the other $2400 estimate.I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here for body work. These folks know what they're doing.

Thank you Ultimate Collision for taking such good care of my car after I was involved in a front end collision. Someone hit my car and damaged my bumper and hood. Ultimate Collision helped me to set up my insurance claim, they replaced all my damaged parts and the paint job was spot on. Very good customer service and quality work. If I need collision repair again I will definitely use them
