As soon as I pulled into the service area, the staff was there to greet me. They were kind and professional and listened to what my concerns were, and put me at ease immediately.They assured me that my vehicle would be taken care of immediately and they would stay in contact with me.The process to get the rental car was quick and easy and they pulled the car up before I even knew it. Helped me transfer my few belongings into it and even explained a couple of the features I might not have known about. I drove away feeling very confident that I was leaving my vehicle in good hands and that they provided me with a wonderfuland safe vehicle to go home in, while mine was being looked over thoroughly and fixed. I highly recommend Schaumburg Toyota, not just for their outstanding customer service staff and crew, but also for the quality of their vehicles they have provided me in the past. By the way I love the new RAV4 rental I'm driving, amazing vehicle!

I have used Schaumburg Toyota Service department for many years and won't consider going anywhere else. In every encounter I've had--regular maintance as well as unexpected issues--I have been given excellent advice and a fair price for the work. My most recent experience was with Jim C. who went out of his way to be sure I was kept informed regarding my repair and my insurance. He regularly checked in with me by phone as well as email so that I could monitor the situation. If you own a Toyota, you can be sure you'll get the best possible service at Schaumburg Toyota.

I had my 2013 Toyota FJ Cruiser Trail Teams serviced by Steve Lowell and Rudy and had an amazing job for doing my brake system and entire lube change. Now my FJ Cruiser is as pristine as ever. Highly recommended for your Toyota s service needs!

I really appreciate your service, During my last visit I experienced valuable help from Gold Team Service Manager"EZ" Ortega. He was very respectful and gave me some tips about future service requirements for my car including the cost of them.It was the second time I had a pleasure to have service done with the same manager. I can only praise his candor ,conduct and professionalism during both encounters. Thus ,I thank you for your great service. You can be proud of having in your staff "OZ" Ortega.

High priced but good service with providing a loaner car.Would recommend talking to Steve and Jamie if you have any questions on maintenance. They are more than willing to help and knowledgeable on any questions you have on servicing your Toyota.

I was told about the 3% credit card service charge at the time of payment which was a bit letdown. It would have been better that I was informed when the service was written so that I can make a informed decision. I just read someone else's review about the engine oil change not done because they thought that it was not required, but it sounded liked they still charged the customer for engine oil change. I feel that I may have the same situation because I realized that I did not have to change it because I checked the next oil schedule wrong. They probably noticed that the oil was in pretty good condition.

I have been buying trucks and cars for myself and my wife from Schaumburg Toyota for over 20 years I would never consider buying anywhere else from sales to service are great as long as Mike cougar is there it will always stay this way

Came last week for an oil change. I asked them to let me know if the tire needs to be replaced as I am going on a road trip in a few days. I came back when my car was ready and asked them if all is good with the car, and the guy looked around and said yes. As I'm paying at the pay desk, I ask for a copy of my inspection sheet, and the cashier tells me to get it from the tech specialist I spoke to earlier. I go back there, and the specialist tells me that they didn't even check anything, so nothing was filled out! They did take the car back in and inspected it, but I'm surprised they would tell me my car is 100% good when they didn't even check it. When the inspection was finished, they did find out that I would need to change my tires soon.

They deserve not even 1 star. I am customer with them for the last 5 years. I do my scheduled service only with them for the whole time. Before my warranty expires I was hearing some unusual noise asked them to do the inspection.They were like we did even multiple mechanics did the inspection. But found nothing wrong. I was hearing the noise but they just ignored me and joked on me when I was still covered.Now once my warranty expires they found the fail and told me to replace the transmission and pay over $7000 for that They just waited my warranty went out I would not suggest them!!! Caution, do not get service from them. They will just play around and joking on you until your warranty expires. Once it expire they will find the fails in your vehicle VERY DISAPPOINTED

Schaumburg Toyota is customer-oriented. Steve Lowell is a delight to deal with. He's polite, friendly, caring, detail-oriented, and thorough in what he does. Perhaps, he's the reason why I keep bringing my 13+ year old Venza for all maintenance work to this dealership.

It was my First Time buying a car from Schaumburg toyota . My spa e person Darek Gniadek is The jest sales person I ever had. He World so hard to get me the detal I wanted and at no point pressuured me.I flet very comfortable going through the purchasing process with him. Definitely recommend him if you want your purchase to be smooth.

Ever since they built the new building, prices have skyrocketed (even before covid) and service has plummeted. Don't even get me started on teh $4k pRO-TAC Protection And service Package. what a joke.

I came here for a low tire and had to buy a new one as the nail was too close to the sidewall. The prices are usually very high and they only carry 1 type of tire in stock for me. The service is good but they never dry the cars completely after barely washing them. I guess it's hard to complain since it is a complimentary service which makes sense for what you end up paying. Also the tire sale ended in October and they didn't have for November which is unusual as tires should be starting to sell alot more now for winter months. Perhaps making you pay more is their price strategy.

Went in for an oil change. Asked for an oil change. then they finished so I went home. Then I checked under the hood and found out that they didn't do an oil change, so I came back. They told me, "MOST PEOPLE ASK FOR AN OIL CHANGE BUT THE CAR DOESN'T NEED AN OIL CHANGE. SO WE DON'T DO AN OIL CHANGE" but they didn't tell me that. so I went home knowing I did my oil change.Be ware people, you might not get what you asked for.Also when I went back. they did a poor job. and leave marks of oil and fingers all over.

Good service. Definitely don't go the extra mile, as now I've gotten my car, so nothing more to sell me. 3 different people had no idea how to help me with something I needed to know, was told to ask someone else. If I had asked the day I bought the car, 10 people would have ran around till they found the answer. Other than that, they did great service on my vehicle, and a nice car wash.

Went a little late on a Saturday for an oil change. Advisor was cool and got me in and out, pdq. Big fan of Schaumburg Toyota sales and service!
