I got my new Tacoma off road yesterday and had the best experience. Cameron and Al had helped me through the whole ordering process and made everything so easy and smooth. I highly recommend Toyota Schaumburg to everyone, because the service here is high. We already had a bad experience with another dealership. And Sasha( ) helped us fix everything and buy a car! He accompanied us from start to finish! professional in his field!!! we are very pleased!! he even helped to secure the numbers! wonderful service!

Went in yesterday to test drive a 23 Toyota Corolla I was interested in and was lucky enough to be able to leave with it that same day all thanks to Darek! Fantastic salesman! He did an awesome job explaining everything and being patient with me when it came to all the questions I had to ask, making me feel comfortable with the whole car buying process. Would 100% recommend working with Darek when looking for a car! Great dealership to shop at every is very welcoming!:) Thank you everyone

I ve been a customer for 25 years, buying new cars and selling used cars at Schaumburg Toyota (ST) exclusively. I recommend ST for all auto needs. Jerry M in sales has been my resource for most of that time. Jerry is always attentive to any issues that arise: delivery date updates, maintenance recalls, used car value updates and whatever he can do to make buying or selling a car easier. He s definitely more interested in making a person smile than sell, sell, but he s very good at both! I highly recommend giving Jerry a call, he ll brighten your car-buying day.

Just got our brand new 2024 Toyota Sienna Platinum AWD! Schaumburg Toyota has been fantastic, especially Adrian who was our salesman. Adrian was very professional, super nice, very attentive, took care of all our requests and questions, followed up on everything. Highly recommended to work with Adrian at Schaumburg Toyota!

Recently bought a 2024 Camry this weekend and the service there was an amazing. Adrian and his coworker Alejandro were very attentive! Helped me with a lot of questions I had and seemed very knowledgeable. Very professional, helpful and attentive! If you need a car I recommend coming here and asking for Adrian !

Update:Jonathan, David, and Michael were very helpful in resolving my issue. I traded in my vehicle for a new Toyota Corolla and am very happy with my decision. I was offered a great deal for my used car.The warranty is comprehensive and covers everything for 3 years. Michael, the finance manager, recommended the bumper to bumper warranty that extends after the factory warranty for an excellent price.They were friendly and professional. Jonathan went above and beyond in communicating and following up with me. David was great with helping me and keeping me updated as well. Michael was very knowledgeable and I felt great doing business with him. He did a great job explaining all the paperwork in detail and ensuring the process went smoothly. They were all very attentive and concerned with my needs. Overall excellent customer service.Their involvement and interest in proving me a quality vehicle is 10/10.I highly recommend Toyota Schaumburg to my family and friends.

I d give them ten stars if I could! My mom just bought a car from Schaumburg Toyota yesterday and we had the best experience. Our salesperson Jerry was awesome. He is a very personable, patient and honest person. The entire purchase was effortless from beginning to end thanks to him. He even helped set up some of the wireless options on the vehicle for her. Also, Tom in finance is great. He did not try to sell us any additional packages or warranties which made us feel completely at ease. My mom absolutely loves her new Rav 4. If you re in the market for a Toyota, this is the place to go. Make sure you ask for Jerry! You won t be disappointed.

I just want to thank Toyota Schaumburg, which is 5 minutes away from my house. For the 3rd time, we were not given the service we expected. The first time we ended up closing a highlander in Libertyville, second time we ended up giving up on Toyota and going with a Mercedes and now after the third time trying the Toyota in Schaumburg we ended up closing in Elgin. Very unprofessional salesmen and terrible service, and thanks to the lack of energy, lack of charisma and lack of efficiency, my husband and I had to drive 25 minutes to another dealership and fortunately we arrived at Toyota of Elgin where we were kindly received by the manager and the highly reliable and professional salesman, Jesus and Daniel, we closed the deal and returned home with a graduation gift for our daughter who is graduating in May from Loyola.

I bought a used vehicle here and all the staff that helped me with the purchase of my vehicle from start to finish,their service was awesome,no hassles at all. I highly recommend going to Schaumburg Toyota for your vehicle purchasing needs. I will be returning in the future for another vehicle. They were surprised to see my 18 year old Toyota vehicle that was still in great condition and running. I received a great trade in price. Hats off to Toyota for vehicles that run forever and ever and never quit.

Didn t buy a car here. Went to look at 3 vehicles all of which were sold before we got there. To their credit, I did not call to check before. The salesman was fairly indifferent to our presence. I did point out a significant safety issue with one of the vehicles and his reply was that it was inspected and had it been an issue it would have been addressed.

I highly recommend Schaumburg Toyota. Over the past 15 years, I have purchased 3 cars from salesman Jerry, as well as working with him to purchase new cars for both my mom and my nephew. Jerry is not only passionate about cars of all makes and models but he is also compassionate with people. You can trust that you will get a fair price and honest information if he is your salesman. He will take the time necessary to listen to what you need as well as what you want and then help you get there. In my many years of experience with Schaumburg Toyota and Jerry, integrity is the word that comes to mind. Enough said!

Got an oil change & tire rotation. Had a discount coupon, thank goodness. Seemed to take a while. Sign @ cashier says no surcharge for debit card, receipt says debit sale, bill still has 3% charge on it.

So, I bought my Rav4 here and had a great experience. Pressure was almost non-existent. Very helpful from the assistance of the vehicle to signing the agreement and pulling away! I highly recommend this place. In sales, ask for Gabriel!

Always a pleasure going to this Toyota dealership! Staffed with helpful people of different cultural heritage from around the world so you won't feel out of place.The place is very accessible and right in the middle of Schaumburg so there's a lot of eating places to go to. And did I mention Woodfield Mall is nearby?But if you don't want to go anywhere else they have a nice lounge where you can relax and charge your phone while having a coffee, which you can have for free via 2 latte machines. There's also a vending machine for snacks.

Have been looking for a new Toyota 4 Runner and live in Indiana. Searched several dealers in and around the Midwest. Was very fortunate to get a call from Kevin in the internet department informing me of a 4 Runner in stock. Was in Chicago already and came to Schaumburg Toyota and met with Bruce. I truly enjoyed working with Bruce as he was professional and had all the information I needed to make a great decision to put a deposit down to hold the car until I could bring my wife to see the 4 Runner. Came in on Friday and Bruce had the car ready to go and assisted my wife in going over some of the new features she did not have in her 2016 4 Runner. The entire team was amazing at Schaumburg Toyota! Mike in Finance made this the easiest purchase I have ever dealt with and no pressure. We live in NW Indiana and I will make that trip back to Schaumburg Toyota to get my next Toyota vehicle. With 5 cars in the family now they have earned our business and for Bruce Congrats on your 1st Sale at Schaumburg Toyota. Keep up the great service as that is what people are looking for when they come in to purchase a vehicle. Great Work to all and Thank you for an amazing experience!

Cameron is the best car salesman I ve ever met. I ve been going to this same Toyota dealership for 12 years and I haven t felt uncomfortable at all. He truly gives you everything you need to make the right decision. No pressure. No pitty. He s there to make sure you are 100% confident in your decision. I guarantee if you go through leasing/ buying a car he s the man go to. There s no competition in trying to squeeze you for your money. I can honestly say he s there for the customer and not to make the most money possible.

I have gone to Schaumburg Toyota for years. Leased multiple cars, recommended multiple family members and friends. The coffee the ambiance the kids room, such a great addition to the customer service.ASK FOR JERRY. He always takes care of everybody and makes the car buying experience is comfortable and as stress free as possible.

I ordered my new car with Cameron Ungaro recently and he was very professional during the entire process! He was very courteous and patient in showing me different models to help me make my decision on the car I wanted to finance. I decided to finance the model that I originally came in to purchase, but I appreciate his enthusiasm and initiative to let me test drive a couple of other cars that were available on the lot.Thank you, Cameron for providing quality customer service and for being very personable. The experience was great! It was a lot easier than I thought. Jerry McDuffie was absolutely awesome. He had the patience of a saint dealing with an elderly person. He went over everything and made sure I understood completely. He even did a follow up call to make sure I wasn t having any problems. I love my new Corolla so that makes me a happy happy camper! Great experience, my salesman Eric Pederson was excellent and straight to the facts. Max in Finance was good and when an issue occurred the Dealership Manager Chris Haley stepped in and quickly made things right.UPDATE: Oct 4 Oil Change. I had the 1st oil changed at the dealership and assumed all went well. The dealership aired up my tires a little more than I had previously had them which I'm fine with since winter is coming. Whoever performed the service on my tires over screwed the brand new us flag caps that I had purchased and placed on all four tires. 3 of them were broken in half from overtightening, (see pics). The fourth one they completely destroyed and must have realized it because they replaced my American flag cap with the generic OEM. My issue isn't that somebody over tightened and broke my new custom valve caps it's that no one had the Integrity to just tell me so i could of replaced it. Mistakes happen and I understand that but too often people simply just don't care and that was the case here.

I go often to this local dealership, but today's oil change was 78$ which includes taxes. Wow, I remember 9.99$ for oil change 20 years ago. Overall, service guys are friendly and service is fast. Clients can drink free coffee and watch TV and sit in comfortable chairs.

I didn't think I'd be leaving with a car today because I was mostly just looking at cars. I actually had another appointment at Tesla down the street. After working with Sasha and looking at what he had available in inventory, it just made sense to make the move into a newer vehicle. He was very flexible and super eager and motivated to help. I wanted to write a note and say that it was an absolute pleasure working with Cameron Ungaro. He is a stand-up guy and someone I will refer to everyone I know looking for a Toyota, truck or otherwise. I had been shopping around for a specific Toyota for my mother and was getting a little discouraged by the run around and games until walked into Schaumburg Toyota and told him exactly what I was looking for. Honest, to the point, and did what he said he would do. Thank you Cameron and thank you for the experience!
