Need better internal communication. The initial service tech informed me that a trim cap was broken when service was performed and that he would mail the trim to my house. I agree, the install was simple and I could avoid an hr drive to and from the dealer. A week later a 2nd technician came to my house To inform me that I needed to come back to the dealer and have it installed and that it would take 6 to 8 hours. I was confused and I said there's no way, it's just a trim Cap. the second technician said no I need to come in and schedule an appointment. A week later i drove an hour for service And met with the original technician who was surprised to see me and said "why am I back?" And I told him "well your other technician said I needed to come back for an 8 hour service." The first technician me the trim cap and I left the immediately. It took me 10 seconds to snap the cap on it.

I had the pleasure of working with GMRicky Perez. He went above and beyond in helping me find my car. I have purchased multiple vehicles from them. 100% satisfaction every time!! I also would like to give a shout out to Nick Ruffolo in the Service Department. He is always kind and respectful! Every time my car needs a service, I request that he works on my car!!His quality of work is amazing!

KIA might want to consider this information from an article in Forbes:In 2024, 64% of customers said no matter how much they enjoy the product, if the company doesn t provide good customer service, they will find another company to do business with.It so true, because I will never ever buy another KIA or Hyundai based on my experience with the company. My most recent experience: They want $200 for a part that cost $58 with shipping from RockAuto. Yes, it is the original Hyundai part. They also want $179/hour to replace something just under the engine cover that is held on by one bolt and one electrical connection bringing their estimate to at least $400 after tax and additional shop fees . Furthermore, it s an engine part, and my car has less that 80,000 miles. So much for that 100,000 mile warranty.They say they want me to reach out directly. If face to face wasn t directly what is? Why should I waste more time going to their dealership without a promise of honoring the warranty? They re only saying this now to try to make themselves seem reasonable which they aren t.

This Kia dealership is great! I've been to another dealership closer to my city and they were awful (they even cost me money to fix what they messed up). I do not mind driving the extra distance and paying a toll both ways to be treated with the respect and professionalism that I got from Kia Schaumburg.Thanks!

I used to service my car at a different kia dealership, and my friend recommended I come to this one instead. My service here was phenomenal, everyone was so nice and answered all of my questions, especially Christian. I will definitely be coming back here again!

I worked with Christian and Issac and truly had an incredible experience. Their communication is top tier, and they kept me in the loop every step of the way during the inspection process. Thank you guys for making a bad kia boys situation, so easy for me to work through and get handled. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable on all my car issues and concerns. The people here always keep me in the loop on how long my wait time is, what the status of the car is, and their estimates are very accurate. I always recommend people to Kia of Schaumburg.

Came in for an oil change and was upsold on cabin and engine filters, which is fine. I showed the service guy a coupon mailed to me, and he applied it to the oil change. However, he failed to apply the other coupon to the filters sold and installed. You offer the coupons and I brought it with me and I mentioned it, yet you failed to honor/apply it to service you upsold me on, a practice that I sometimes see happen there and sometimes I do not. Some of their service guys have done a fine job in the past, but the oil change took well over 2 hours, a time during which I saw how other clients are treated and as a loyal customer for 3 years, I have a good sample size to see that my business is not valued. Unfortunately, I don't see myself returning.

Issac makes this place awesome! I feel safe with him. I've gone here multiple times and I just know I won't get ripped off, taken advantage of with him. If there's a discount he's gonna look for it. I needed my filter door replaced. He could've sold me the whole filter housing. I wouldn't know the difference. But I ssac didn't. He came back and told only the door needed replacing. $25! I was preparing to pay more! That's why I always look for him when I go to my dealership. Love him and all the service guys. Just awesome! Thank You Issac.

Brought in my Telluride in for oil change and tire rotation, Fabian did a great job setting up my appointment and checking to see if my maintenance contract from another dealer would carry over to Schaumburg Kia. Also liked the video review of my vehicle from my service tech Adam.

We arrive no one is aware of the front door , one guy look at us and dont even say good afternoon, at some point some yell to a vendor, he came out and he was nice, but the 2 guys checking credits were distracting him all the time, they look as if they dont want to do their job and treat us in a very bad way, I felt we were treatead with disrespect from one of the guys at the front desk. We will never go back there, we asked to review a new car and they just show us a used car when we never asked for a used car... awful experience.

Going to KIA in Schaumburg has always been great to me. I get the best experience from service dept with a gentlemen name Bobby always on his game TOP service mechanic and know his JOB.also meet a salesmen name Beko when you visit the facility.

1. They charge you a 3% service fee for using a credit card... find me any other retailer that does that (even though all retailers have to incur card service fees, it's just part of business).2. I brought in a $20 off coupon when I dropped my car off for an oil change. Rep said they'd add it to the transaction. When I picked up the car the next day, there was no coupon applied. I caught it and said I had a coupon. They said sorry and that they would add it on. They added only $10 off. Unfortunately I didn't have the coupon with me, since I had already showed it to them, and I couldn't remember exactly what it was for. I got home, I saw it was for $20 off, and I called the center. They said they can't do a refund unless I come back in, so they'll give a $10 credit on my next service. I'm guessing that will get "accidentally left off" as well if I come back in 8 months, though not sure I even will be back.

This dealership is terrible. They have the worst customer service, worst communication, and they are extremely unprofessional. They bribe customers with floor mats for good surveys. It s embarrassing and gross how they operate. Never again will I purchase a vehicle with this dealership or any other Bob Rohrman facility.
