I recently had a great service experience here, with my VW. I arrived without an appointment, due to an urgent issue with a punctured tire. To my surprise and relief, Anthony and the team welcomed me and my vehicle with open arms, despite the brand difference. It s not every day you find a dealership that puts customer service above all else, especially for a car brand they don t typically service. Highly recommend their professional and accommodating team. Thanks again guys!

I've frequented Schaumburg Honda for several years now, consistently enjoying a pleasant, hassle-free experience. However, one aspect prevents me from awarding a perfect five-star rating: after each service appointment, I receive emails or postcards offering coupons for the very same service I just completed. It seems too much of a coincidence to ignore. I believe these coupons should still be valid even after the service date has passed. Something to think about.

Customer service vastly improved from past 'dirty fluids' period. VJ has well honed technical service experience and took the time to explain everything in a detailed and patient manner. The video of the inspection is a interesting addition and well appreciated. And the service was done in a timely and complete fashion. Well done.

I strayed from dealers for a while but my son s accord needed some work on the VTC actuator, I brought it by and was greeted by Eric Schorsch and he walked me through the estimate for the repairs.I agreed and the his accord was fixed and I was able to get the car back that night. I m extremely pleased ! Thank you to everyone including Rojas who worked on the car. My son s car is one less thing for me to worry about.Car was washed and is looking good

This is Ta with the 2016 Odyssey: Even though I have to come back for the second time for the repairs, advisor VJ was great! Jody was very helpful also! The only that I recommend is that the service advisor should follow the ordered parts and give customers an updates instead of the customers have to wait for the part department to call them. Overall, I m satisfied and would recommend to anybody. Thank you VJ and Jody!

Bob at Service was absolutely wonderful. He walked me through everything that needed to be done to my car in terms that I actually understood what the issue was. If you need service on your Honda, I cannot recommend this place enough. Fair prices and quick and outstanding service!

Our experience with their service was superb. The job was done in a timely manner and the service technicians were very professional with explaining the service that needed to be done for our vehicle. The video that came after inspecting the vehicle provided very useful info regarding the diagnostics, an impressive feature of their service. Chris, our service technician, was very helpful and patient in terms of providing us quality service. Kudos to him and the whole Schaumburg Honda Service team

I bought a brand new 2023 HR-V here in the summer of '23 and when I brought my car in for maintenence, the service was great! They finished up sooner than expected and my advisor, Anthony, was very helpful! I also really appreciated their shuttle service, because they gave me a free ride and I was able to go chill at the mall until my car was ready, and then they picked me up as well. Very convenient! Would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience taking my civic to Schaumburg Honda. They have excellent service. They promised my vehicle to be finished within 2 hours. They finished as promised. I had additionally work to be done, the told me it would be another hour. They finished it before the hours. Will definitely be going back. They also have a friendly staff. My technician Rob sent me a video what was wrong with my car and what it needed. It was a nice and different experience compared to the other Honda dealers i ve been to

I had an excellent experience at Schaumburg Honda on April 10. Vito Pannarale was my service advisor. The work was completed within a reasonable amount of time and Vito afterward showed me how to place my battery maintainer under the hood for later use when necessary.

Vj is my go to guy, he always takes care of my vehicle when service is needed. Straight to the point of what is and what is not needed at the time of service. The entire Schaumburg Honda service team is top notch and is the only place I bring my vehicle. Thanks again guys.

I have visited the Schaumburg service center three times in the past two years. The first visit was for an annual service check and replaced all 4 tires. Less than a year later, one of the tires had a nail in it and it was replaced without charge. I had an appointment wait for the assessment and replacement took ~2 hours. This felt long for a single tire, but I assumed it must be a busy day and was pleased they covered the cost given it was under a year. Unfortunately, another tire now has a nail in it and so I made an appointment for today. The assessment and replacement of the service took 3.5 hours. Throughout the service, I would be left for an hour at a time without any updates, including an hour to see if the tire was under warranty. I appreciate that once again, they covered the cost of the wheel, but this is now the second time I have waited many hours for service.

I recently had to have some major repairs done on my 18 year old car &, while I wasn t happy with the cost for the services, Carlo was amazing and very helpful. I will only be going to him from now on. Eric was also helpful with making sure I had all possible discounts. The car also runs great now.

My boi Chris, super respectful when I came in, helped me right away, told me what needed to be done. He went out off his way to take a drive with me to see what was happening with my car. Love how they set up a video of the mechanic spectating my car, shows me what was going on. Overall grate service love to come back here again!

I was helped by both VJ and Anthony at different times and both of them went above and beyond to take care of me. I ve had multiple Honda vehicles and maintained them all with Schaumburg Honda. Their service department is excellent and their manager Omar is running a great department. Thank you for all your help in making my vehicle worry free!!

Always a wonderful experience whenever I service my vehicles with Schaumburg Honda. All of the service writers are very knowledgeable and professional. Pricing of service is far cheaper than any other dealership in my area. I might have to drive a little further but is totally worth the extra few miles.

I am elderly and somewhat disabled, but every effort was made for my comfort. My service consultant, Carlo, was courteous and helpful and carefully explained to me the work he suggested in addition to the oil change I needed. They even brought the car inside for me when it was finished so I did not have to look for it.

My daughter was about to take her driver's test at the Schaumburg DMV and we were told she couldn't take the test until our front license plate was secured on our Accord. We drove the few blocks to Schaumburg Honda in hopes they could help, and they did! Carlo, Matt, and Braden were our heroes today! They got us immediate assistance and worked to solve our problem without hesitation. The personal attention and care that they gave to us at a moment's notice was remarkable. Everyone wished my daughter luck as we pulled away and Carlo even told her to come back and celebrate when she passed! The kindness and generosity of the service team here will be remembered and definitely deserves recognition! Thank you Carlo, Matt and Braden!

I came to this Schaumburg Honda Dealership for a simple oil change, but after the car inspection some issues on my Honda CRV came up. Although, VJ the Advisor was very kind, helpful and informative on what s necessary to fix and what would be covered by my warranty. Chelsea at the checkout counter was very kind and allowed a quick and fast checkout.Definitely recommend coming to Schaumburg Honda!Helpful and Friendly Staff/Advisors

my advisor VJ. He is great. If I have something going on with my car as I did this time he makes time to listen and get my Pilot in to check out the problem. my engine light had stayed on as well as the Drive light started blinking - something that hadnt happened in the past. VJ had me bring my 2011 Pilot in the next morning as i couldnt make it in the same day. Jeff checked it out ordered the part and the problem was solved - minor tranamission sensor problem. My 2011 Pilot has 250,000 miles and running great thanks to my advisor VJ and mechanic Jeff. Love my Pilot!!

The advisor Giacomo was very helpful with describing the services recommended for my vehicle. The technician Skyler did a very thorough job inspecting my vehicle. All around great service from the crew at Schaumburg Honda.
