As a former member of the automotive parts industry I find the staff at Schaumburg Honda s parts department to check all the boxes. With the help of Patrick I was able to find all the parts I needed for my new Honda accord at a competitive price. If you re in the market for new Honda parts and accessories I highly recommend the knowledgeable and friendly staff at Schaumburg Honda.

I purchased my Ridgeline and wanted to add some accessories. I researched online and finally stopped in at Schaumburg Honda. Their parts department has the nicest and friendliest employees. I have visited them multiple times and each person is super knowledgeable. I will definitely return to them for everything my HONDA needs!

Absolutely the best parts department, I remember coming here when I was younger with my dad to get parts for his Honda and he s was always satisfied with the knowledge of the parts personal and now I m a Honda owner I m back at the parts counter and it s the same parts people!Erik help me fix my key and replaced my battery. I can tell these guy are dedicated and passionate about their jobs and their knowledge of Honda. I ll buy all my parts from these guy and knowing I made the right choice keeping my civic up genuine parts

I always contact Schaumburg Honda for all my parts needs. The staff is very knowledgeable of their products and have very competitive pricing. My experience is always top notch with the help of Louie, Mark and Patrick helping me find the parts I need. Highly recommend contacting the Schaumburg Honda parts department next time you re in need of parts and accessories for your vehicle.

I had a terrific experience with Schaumburg Honda s parts dept. I needed 5 different parts for my 17 accord. Patrick helped me and said they only had 4 of the five but he performed a locator to find the last part I needed. He had one of his employees go pick up the part immediately and had it within a couple hrs. Thank you for the awesome service!

Excellent service provided by their part s representative Kevin Souvannasy who have gone above and beyond to assist us with our parts and repair process. Kevin is professional, courteous and provided us with very helpful information in regards to our parts and repair. Kept us updated on the ETA of our parts and costs. Very happy overall with the service that we received from Schaumburg Honda Automobiles Parts Department.

I stop into the parts department every now and then for basic parts - mostly wiper blades. Brian and Mike are very polite, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. It s a bonus I can drop over to service and have the wipers installed. Would recommend Schaumburg Honda for all your car needs!

Everyone in the parts department is Nice and courteous and very patient. I usually see Brian. He helps me out all the time. He is awesome. But then again, everybody behind the counter in Parts is awesome always there to help. I highly recommend them. They can help you out with almost anything.

I dont always get Parts but in the rare occasion that I need something ASAP I see my guy Louie. I ve worked with him many times for all of my Honda vehicles: replacement wheel locks for my CRV, additional smart keys for my Odyssey, or just general questions about parts/services. He s honest, professional, and has expert knowledge about what your vehicle needs.
