Parts department was amazing. Assisted me with some parts i wasnt sure of and made sure i understood everything. Great prices , will definitely be coming to this ford store for both parts and service. Thank you for the help Ken and staff.

Exceptional service from Schaumburg Ford s Parts Department! I was thoroughly impressed by their knowledgeable staff who went above and beyond to assist me in finding the exact parts I needed for my vehicle. Not only were they efficient in locating the parts, but their friendly demeanor made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. The quality of the parts exceeded my expectations, and the pricing was fair. If you go to this parts department talk to Pierre. Great service every time I talk to him. He makes it super easy to get the parts I need and makes sure I get them in the time frame I need them. Pierre is great! Thanks Pierre and team for everything you do!

I was having a hard time finding the correct part for my truck. I talked to a Ken in the parts department who was very knowledgeable and was able to get me the correct size alternator for my truck. He will be my first call if I m looking for parts in the future without a doubt

Walked into service looking for parts thankfully the nice gentleman were able to point me in the direction of the beautiful boutique. A nice man angel was able to find the parts for a my vehicle which I ve heard everywhere was obsolete with the help of a bald gentleman Pierre he was able to locate it and get it in a timely manner. Thank you Schaumburg ford parts.

Had to go to parts to repair my car and they were able to help me out with questions as well as getting me the correct part. i had no issues with these guys at all and they even told me a funny joke.

They will inflate prices to individuals that come there on Saturdays. Why? Because they are by far the laziest dealership parts department ever. Angel will mock you on the phone and his manager, Ken, will act all hard and conceited to cover for his employee! Stay away people! Take a drive to Friendly Ford in Roselle. Completely different customer service and knowledge. On top of it, they will create their own policies and try to keep a straight face. They either lack the intelligence to handle complaints or they just straight up don t care. The general manager is just as useless. There other employees that will pretend to be managers and directors thinking they can intimidate you, but in all honesty they just lack experience and skills to handle a customer situation. I mean, I m surprised they are not in a mental asylum with their nonsense behavior and commentary. When you complain nobody has a business card .. sales guys at a dealership without business cards they throw those at everyone just to make a sale. Stay away from this place!!! Management, ownership allow nonsense practices! I posted a review while waiting for a director to show up and in the meantime I was begged and bagged to remove my reviews! Apparently they ve been struggling with sales And customer service and restructured to get better but that clearly did not work. Again, please stay away! If you re looking for a Ford go to friendly Ford of Roselle. Bob Rohrman needs evaluate his ability to own a dealership. Or at least reevaluate who is he hiring . The employees he s got now are scum and liars. Nobody wants to take ownership of anything and just points fingers. Thank you! Beware people!!!!!

Besides being charged an additional 3.5% fee for using a credit card, the part was incorrect. Then I was charged a restocking fee on a new and unused part. So after finding out the part was incorrect i got charged almost $40 for them to put the part back on their shelf. I have had better experiences here in the past, I dont believe I have had to return anything here before. But the addition of the credit card fee is also bothersome.

I loved this place especially when it s clean they should give the janitors a raise especially the night ones and this janitor called Roci� she was so nice and she told me when they open and when they close and plus she should be working at a office.
