Bill is seriously amazing. His customer service skills are top notch. My car was towed their Sunday and he already had a projected release date of the next day, Monday. He kept me updated and informed the entire time through as well.

First time taking this car to Automedics, I visited with my previous vehicle but when I bought a certified car in 2018 I took that newer vehicle to the dealer until this recent visit. Automedics are MUCH more reasonable in their prices than the dealer, but that's probably true for any auto shop v. a dealer. I will say that Automedics did not pressure me to upgrade a bunch of services. If a services is need, I'll get it, but I don't like the feeling that my car is going to breakdown if I don't get a suggest service(s), which was often the case at the dealership.Automedics have always done great work on my previous vehicle. The one drawback was that the work wasn't always super timely. They are always super busy. They could probably use a few more service bays, but I don't think their space would even allow for that.New features include the inspection pictures. That was neat AND a recommended services link which included the cost that you can approve or talk to a service agent about. I like that a lot.Great job, I recommend.

Schaumburg Automedics is a refreshing change from other auto repair centers out there. Their amazing customer service from Bill and Eric was outstanding. The overall service was friendly, courteous, honest, and expedient. They even include a warranty on repairs. I highly recommend them.

Mike did a great job communicating the progress of my vehicle and what they found. I especially like the report and images that outline their findings. This is my 3rd vehicle that I've brought to them in the past 6 months and they've done a great job every time. I priced out the brake work on my Jeep and they were actually lower in cost. Fantastic service! Their full assessment text with the link to see their suggestions of all that is needed now and down the road for future updates from their diagnostics tests was so helpful to know with pricing, photos, etc it was very impressive and appreciated! It is much easier to peak at a text than to have to step away from work to take a phone call. I prefer to see everything in writing versus verbal anyway. I love that they text and digitize everything so you can accept the quote for them to start the work. Then, another text when work is completed was great. Also, loved that I could pay before arriving. All of these are great innovations for busy people.

I love coming here. They are always kind and take the time to explain to you what's wrong with the car. They are also so fast at getting the cars done. I haven't had to wait a millions years for my car to get done. I'd recommend this place this place.

I had a good experience with Schaumburg Automedics. Mike was very professional and helpful. They came to my house to charge my battery and then drove me home after we drove to facility. They were quick to let me know what was wrong with my car. I would use them again.

Great experience , fixed the problems that I had brought the vehicle in for, no complaints would be back for more services and wife's car plus pass the auto medics name on to friends and family thanks . I have older muscle cars and would not be afraid to bring them here.

They are our local shop where I could trust them with our family car. They always suggest what we need to fix as well as what they suggest to fix to have the car maintained for a long life time. It s very comforting for me to know that they help my parents when my parents are limited with language barrier. The method of communication via email with diagnosis of the car and personal message to update on the progress on the repair is amazing.

They worked with me on the total cost for 4 tires, oil change and a wheel alignment. They lowered their cost say about $142.00!! Much appreciated them working with me to keep my business. I only needed an oil change, but received detailed service. I really like the report they created for my car. Sure, most mechanics are going to suggest repairs and fixes to your car; that s business. What this report showed me was they went over my car from top to bottom even though it was just an oil change. They didn t just suggest the standard oil change fixes like a new air filter or windshield wipers. They really went through an in-depth inspection and provided pictures of their findings. Mainly, when they presented me with their findings, they provided feedback and suggestions for repairs. They didn t aggressively try and sell me more services. Not sure if that matters to you, but it matters to me. Had my car towed here after it would not start a few weeks ago. I knew it was AAA-approved, but other than that I didn t know anything about this place. It was just close to home. So I called the next day to find out what was going on with my car. Steve said that after some exploratory work they concluded it was the head gasket on my Subaru. Ack! They would basically have to take apart a lot of stuff to get it fixed. Steve got me an estimate for that and a few other things that they might as well get done too. My jaw dropped. I definitely wasn t expecting a repair like this. But really, you never expect this kind of stuff. So I did some research and I debated getting a new car. Steve agreed that it was a hard decision whether or not to do the repair. He was very patient in explaining everything to me and said I could take my time to make a decision. After looking at a bunch of cars, even taking one for a test drive, and concluding that I still have a lot of life left in my car, I decided to move forward with the repair. It took about a week. I was so happy to get my car back! I talked with Steve and Dave, the guy who worked on my car, when I picked it up. They were both very friendly. And the car runs great! My previous mechanic passed away a few years ago. He was great. I ve had a hard time finding a new place close to home since then. I don t know why it s hard to find a good mechanic shop. I ve had all kinds of weird experiences at other places which has made me skeptical, but I think I finally found one I can stick with. Give them a try. Hopefully you can go in with something smaller than I did! Also, get AAA membership if you don t already have it. It s saved me several times over the years.

I had such an amazing experience with Schaumburg Automedics yesterday. They were honest about what my car needed and spoke with me throughout the day while I decided what I wanted to do. When I decided not to get my car repaired because of cost, they were exceedingly understanding. Steve was awesome throughout and had great advice for me! Every time I take my vehicle in for service, I m greeted warmly with big smiles and great service. I ve been a customer for over 20 years and have no complaints- unlike most dealership service departments, I can count on the integrity, honesty and workmanship of Schaumburg Automedics. So happy we found your business! I will recommend you to all my friends and family.After having a local dealership quote a $2000 air conditioner repair bill on a part that they replaced a year and a half prior, I decided to do some research and found Schaumburg Automedics. Years of service and highly rated reviews caught my attention.Long story short, after going over the car to verify the previous diagnosis the Automedics crew found no such problem existed and simply charged the system.Honesty and professionalism at its best.Thank you again!Service: Air conditioning

I needed a battery for my car and called Schaumburg Automedics, spoke with Mike and he said bring it over. My wife brought the car to them and within an hour we had a new battery. I just had my first experience with Schaumburg Automedics and It was a great one! Like other reviewers, my dealer had quoted me an absorbent rate for some maintenance that I needed performed. The guys at SAM gave me a much more reasonable quote, performed the maintenance the same day and Kurt and the others I spoke to were kind throughout the whole process. I will definitely be returning for any repairs In the future.

This was my first time using this place and could not be happier. I m usually a DIY-we but really didn t want to tackle a turbo and exhaust manifold replacement on my eco boost f150. The price was average but well worth customer service experience I received from the team, especially Steve. They offered me a loaner and kept me updated every step of the way. As I mentioned, I like to do things myself, mostly because I know it ll be done right, but I have no hesitation taking it here! I will definitely be a returning customer if I need work on my truck again! We've been coming here for nearly 20 years. Honest owner JJ recently retired and sold the business. The mechanics and staff are still there. Skilled, knowledgeable mechanics as is Steve the manager. I recommend without reservation. Check online for coupons and night drop-off available.
