Went here for the first time today to get my Audi water pump fixed after a friend recommended going here. I was impressed with how informative and nice everyone was. Especially Eish who s a mechanic in the back. Solid place, solid prices, solid choice! For anyone looking for a close to home shop I suggest giving this place a shot.

Check Carfax before you buy.. i liked a car and when i checked the carfax,the car had 50.000 miles less.. i told them that they rolled miles back and they told me to go to another dealer and leave them alone.. terrible service

Sold me a car with frame damage and trying to act smart and telling my to take him to court witch I will I have the car fax and autocheck when they bought the car from the auction it had a frame damage. They are bad business people. Do your self a favor don t ever do business with them. Lie lie lie. I need my car back. Wish I can give them a 0 start.

Not a type of dealer I would normally go to just stopped in to look and test drove. I always know current market values and unfortunately they were way over.I drove 2 hours under the impression they would actually drop car the a reasonable price which was told to me in writing in email then get all the way there only to be told no they were firm at almost 4k above market value. Along with dents in car, scratches all over, interior scuffed, a possible engine tick, and it needed new brakes.I went to an actual dealer and bought a vehicle don't waste your time here.

I just got the car. I understand that used cars come with issues but my hope like everyone else's who buy used cars is that there aren't any major issues aka expensive issues. We buy used cars on budget for a reason and I believe that these people were upfront and honest about the issues that came with this car plus it was sold for a really good price that I couldn't find anywhere else! The car has been driving smooth so far. Had it two days, nice guys to do business with. None of that cringey forceful sales tactics a lot of other dealerships use. Worth giving them a try!

Great place to buy a car! Jose is excellent and is great to work with. The whole process was easy and they were very upfront about everything and went out of there way to help fix an issue with the car after the sale. Very happy with my purchase.

I cannot thank the guys at Schaumburg auto group enough. My family and I have purchased a couple of cars from them over the past about 7 years. Honest, trustworthy and very easy to work with! They ve always been more than happy to help us out and make sure that we are driving safe vehicles. It is abundantly clear that they have a passion for what they do and genuinely care for their customers.

Terrible experience. Wanted to give 0 stars but google wouldn t let me. Bought a vehicle with an extended warranty. The warranty company denied the repair because the check engine light was reset prior to purchase. Tried to work out with one with the owner and he hung up on us. See the attached report from the warranty company.

I beg you DO NOT.. DO NOT purchase a car, truck, van, bike not even a scooter from this dealership!!! I wouldn t finance my worst enemy with them if they offered a 2023 Benz fresh out the showroom for $1,000. These brothers or whoever they are cannot be trusted!!! Purchased a truck from here not even a month ago, I ve made 4 separate trips back to the dealer for repairs, truck still not fixed. They didn t add state taxes the first time financing, causing me to refinance, my truck is currently at palmen gmc to be fixed (sounds like the transmission is going) under the warranty that was not added to the first contract. Luckily they messed up and I got it the second time. They lied constantly, cleared lights off the dash.. please DONT DO IT!!! (-20 STARS WAS NOT AN OPTION)

I bought a car from them and it was in perfect condition. Very good service. I have been recently taking the car I got from them for a oil change and they did it for an fair price and in quickly as well. I couldn't get that kind of service from any other dealership/mechanic shop.

Went to the Addison location to test drive two vehicles and the guy instantly had an attitude when I asked if the trans and the engine have ever been replaced on one of the cars I was looking at. Terrible experience. I called the Schaumburg location and the people there are too incompetent

People are extremely friendly and helpful and will work with you until you leave and have paid in full. I have a special needs child and when I finally picked up my car I called on my way home I live out of state I told them the heat was not working correctly and they were supposed to fix it along with the AC I spent $5,000 on a vehicle I now have to spend another $1,000 I was just told by every pair shop to fix what they did not I'm not very happy Megan is extremely helpful but her hands are tied by the owners

Worst experience ever the people lie about the cars they sold me a car and the next day it broke down try going back to see if they would repare it and where forcing me to buy warranty when they guaranteed me the car was perfectly fine. Please guys don t buy from here even if you re in a rush to buy a car take your time and look properly before buying any car specially from this place the owner will avoid you so I m taking them to court as well

Leaving one star because leaving zero stars is not an option. Bought a car from them, paid $7000.00 in cash and within 5 days the check engine light popped up obviously because they had reset it before selling it. I was told that there is nothing wrong with the car and they even replace the engine!! I had to spent another $4000.00 more to fix the car still got the check engine on... took it to a professional mechanic and was told that I have to spend around $10,000 more to fix all the errors that popped up after about a week of purchase. When I told them the story of the car, they said it s my fault!!!! Try to sell the car and best offer I got was $1,700.00. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEMServices: Transmission, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Auto detailing, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery

There s no one else I trust with my car. I always bring them my car for oil changes and any other services that are needed. My dealership was charging me an arm and a leg to get my breaks done and let s just say that what I was charged was way less and they had it done in a timely manner. It s nice to walk into a place with the peace of mind that you re not getting ripped off. Great place, great prices and they even know you by name.

Within 3 more days the transmission blew. I asked for a trade out or my money back, they assured they had never had this happen before and knew they could fix the problem (read all the review's, this has happen to at least two other customers).They told me they replaced the transmission, which turned out it was a transmission from a junk yard with a huge crack, that was causing all the transmission fluid to leak out. Once we got the car back and noticed this issue, are car began to over heat when in idle as well. I called back for over 3 weeks straight, and everyday got an excuseThey were too busy, needed to contact the owner, didn't have time to look at the issues the car was having. Finally I ask if I can speak to the owner directly and I was sick of the back and fourth, I get told from the front desk Miriam. That she is sick of me calling, she also never got the chance to call the owner yet, and that she use to drive around the car that we purchased for 3 months and can not believe all the issues it was having. So I take the car to another mechanic who does not work for this Used car dealership, and he says my car wouldn't even pass an admissions test, the head gasket needs to be replaced, along with the radiator and the transmission and he can not believe they sold me such a lemon. And that I would of been better off going through Craigslist. So after all of this i still don't hear from the owner, and after a whole month goes by Miriam, (front desk) calls up my mother, (not me, when I'm the owner) and says she wants to kno if I will be coming in to make my payment, LOL.See you in civil court.

Purchased a 2003 BMW 525i, 8/2016 for $4500.00 they were very fair, nice & honest. I also purchased the power train plus warranty, just for piece of mind!The next time I need any mechanical work done or a used car I will go there first.

Avoid at all costs. They sold me a $4000 car that they said was in perfect condition. The car broke down less than a month later and needs $8000 worth of work. They sold me a $300 warranty through a 3rd party, but never paid the 3rd party, so I'm not covered at all. And they won't even pay me back the $300. These people are scammers and frauds. Do not trust them.

I recently bought a 2007 Mazda and I was extremely happy with the price I got. Been shopping around and every dealer I found was asking for way more than I could afford. I walked into Schaumburg Auto and told them my price range, they showed me a few cars and let me test drive them until I picked the car I saw fit for me. Been driving the car for months now and no issues. Esha and Esho were very friendly, gave me all the info about the car and very understanding. I would recommend it to all my friends and family.

Saw a car on cargurus and contacted this dealership. We asked for a carfax before visiting for test drive. The lady on the phone promised us to give the carfax once we come for test drive. After arriving, neither the carfax nor the car was ready for test drive. After following up she was still hesitant to provide the carfax. The place is really shady. Do not recommend to do business with them.

I been going here for over 4-5 years for all my car services these guys are super nice and helpful. They do suck amazing job in all car services and I also bought a car from them for my mom and this car is been running better then any new car! I recommend them for all your car service...

The biggest scammers out there! Hard to trust anyone else after all that I went through with these people. Lost thousands and thousands of dollars. Over 10,000 to be honest. Told me that car was in fantastic conditions and nothing but repairs. I took car to professional to get it looked at and they said even the liquids in the car was all contaminated. Had to drain the whole car out and thats just the beginning.

I would avoid them at all turns about a car from them still making payments on it now I have to turn around and put a transmission and engine in it and fix some of the electrical issues that was going on with I thought the car was a good car but this is before I even got to my third payment on the car avoid it all costs

Terrible. Schaumburg Auto Group's in house "mechanic" wipes the dash lights and lied to my face saying the vehicle just needs regular maintenance. $3,000 in repairs later and the warranty coverage Schaumburg Auto Group offers through a 3rd party does not cover most repairs. DO NOT TRUST.
