This shop is great. They are very professional and do great work. I brought my truck in after it was hit and it was ready a lot faster than I thought it would be. Enrique was awesome with his communication keeping me updated throughout the whole process. When I picked up my vehicle it was clean inside and out and there were plastic covers on the seats, steering wheel, and shift knob. Floor mats were clean not a single piece of dirt on them. Extremely happy with the work and professionalism! I added some before and after photos for reference.

I had the best situation made out of a tough experience in needing auto repairs on my car after being in an accident. Maggie took amazing care of my case, and I trusted in her handling of everything. I really appreciated her thoroughness and attention to detail and feel like I got the best care working with her! I m really happy with the repairs done and quality of the work. I could not be more pleased with everything from start to finish. I also really appreciated the ease of getting text reminders and being able to check for updates online!

Schaumburg Auto Body was wonderful to work with and did a fabulous job on the repair! As a State Farm approved shop they handled billing and assisted with arranging and returning a rental car too.

I am more than satisfied with the work of Schaumburg Auto Body. I needed extensive work done on my vehicle and the repairs took half of the expected time to complete. The work was done beautifully, and there was much attention to detail. A bonus surprise was that the entire entire car was detailed before I picked it up. It looks brand new! The customer service was great the whole way through and they have stellar communication. If I ever need any work done in the future, I would definitely come back here and recommend to anyone who needs work done on their car.

They were so great to work with! I dropped off my car after I was in an accident and then they handled the rest. They worked with the insurance company to get all the work approved + handled billing. I didn t have to worry about anything and Enrique kept me updated throughout the whole process. Definitely will good back and recommend!

Schaumburg Auto Body is outstanding! Its no wonder they are rated the best in Schaumburg. We had the opportunity to have our car repaired there, and their priority on customer care is top-notch where they have a dedicated person/contact who keeps you up-to-date. Maggie was our point of contact and it was a pleasure to hear from regularly about our car. Schaumburg Auto Body is definitely our go-to place from now on, I highly recommend them!

Honestly one of the best auto body shops I ve ever had a great experience with. Not only did they leave my car looking like brand new. But they kept me up to date with the whole process of my car, keeping my mind at ease. Plus the customer service was outstanding and welcoming. Despite my own trouble getting ahold of my insurance company, Schaumburg Auto Body was extraordinarily helpful throughout the process. I had never been in an accident before so when I was rear ended, I knew I needed a reliable auto body shop. Kim and Maggie answered all of my questions prior, during and after to make the process as seamless as possible. My car looks like new as they fixed the damage as well as cleaned it inside and out. Definitely recommend.

Jesse and his staff always do a Great job. I am a mutli time customer. They do their best working with the insurance company. Very transparent, honest, and excellent quality of work. A Highly recommended body shop.

Great experience with repair from accident. No hassle with insurance, constant updates via texts and calls. Car looks great, especially matching the black with blue metallic paint and also a couple of items we added to get done.

I could not be happier with our service from Schaumburg Auto. A possum ate through our engine and they replaced everything and finished quicker than expected. The car is working great, and they even cleaned it! It looks brand new. This is our first time using Schaumburg auto, and I will be coming back for all my auto repairs. Thanks!

This place did a great job on my car. The work was done as promised and on time. They not only fixed the car but also cleaned it inside and out which made it look brand new. Also, Maggie did an excellent job helping me with the whole process and communicating effectively. I recommend this shop.

Very satisfied with the workmanship and friendliness and professionalism of the staff. There were some delays with parts and they took care of the additional days needed for my rental car! Hopefully the need will not arise in the future for their services but when it does I will be back!Diane D.

First of all, I would like to thank the front desk lady for her warmth and kindness. The front desk becomes as the face and symbol of the office when we are enter. If I hadn't been touched her kindness, I would have immediately given up on fixing my car and walked out of the office. Next, the technology, the technicians were polite and excellent. The inside of my car was also cleaned by them like an additional work and I am overflowing with gratitude. To be honest, after the repairs were completed, there were still a few issues that bothered me. So I visited here again. They completely solved the issues. Aftercare is also great. I don't want to get an accident, but if you do, I highly recommend this shop. Thank you so much.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best place I've ever been to for repairs. Kimmi at front desk so pleasant and accommodating. Very knowledgeable and answers your questions. Maggie whom looked at the car and kept me updated throughout repair process from what needed to be done to trying to find the parts needed. This is an exceptional business. I recommend this autobody to anyone that needs repairs done. A+++

I had passed on Schaumburg auto body in the past and was very disappointed with the service I had gotten. This time around I went with Schaumburg auto body. It was like nite and day compared to the last place I had went to. They are very professional and accommodating from beginning to end. The work they did was flawless. If I ever need body work again I will use them 10 times out of 10. If you were on the fence about using Schaumburg Auto Body don t be, just go and let them do the work.

My car got hit in the rear, my Mazda Miata convertible which didn't have the scratch on it. My insurance company recommended Schaumburg Auto body to take it to to get it repaired. They had to replace the trunk the bumper fix the headlight and some other minor things. They didn't excellent job. Not only that when I picked up my car it was completely clean inside and outside!
