The folks here are a solid team. They work together and hand off various aspects of a service transaction well. All communication was clear. From our initial inspection report very detailed and helpful through to the valet swap of the loaner at the end, we are happy. It s not just about getting the car fixed, we have lives to live and they made sure things went smoothly. Highly recommend.

I ve had a couple ongoing issues with my vehicle and they always manage to get the car in and get it fixed in a timely manner. Erin went above and beyond to help us out and Peter made sure to keep us updated on the cars issues with videos and prices via text & email. Always such a pleasure working with the wonderful staff here!

Service is amazing at this location. I have been coming here for number of years and never disappointed. Staff is friendly and will work hard to make sure you have all your concerns answered. Love that they keep in touch via text as well as call and keep updated on progress/ delays. They are honest and accommodating. I m sure I will be back for next service. Thank you!

New front tires, tire rotation and 3rd conversation on the ineffective use of the keys in how the batteries do no last and the fab is broken after being repaired by the dealership. I was told to use tape . Great, thank you.Making the service appointment is always brutal - they only ask for the model of your vehicle and expect you to give them part details when they ve serviced the car before and this information is already on file. They have ONE friendly service person and simply don t care otherwise. Condescending and seem irritated by your presence.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations

Patrick Volvo does a great job taking care of its customers. I took my XC60 in for yearly maintenance and the process was smooth and simple. Additional work was recommended but not fully needed at the time and the advisor was honest about it and gave me good guidance. We showed up at Patrick Volvo Service Center with a loud noise while driving last minute worried about a driving emergency. They had a back up in the queue but Bart still used his knowledge and sharp trouble shooting skills to see if he could help is solve it without getting in the service queue and never once made us feel like we were putting him out. He went above and beyond to help us. Thank you, Bart, for the amazing attention and help!!!!!!

Brought my V90 back to them multiple times now for services and other work since I purchased it from them a couple years ago. Pete and Bart have always been fantastic to work with. Work has been done in timely manners with great communication.

If you appreciate detail on anything you spend money on, you ll genuinely appreciate how Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg runs their repair service. I am consistently impressed with the Service Dept. at the Schaumburg location. I have always been 100% satisfied with the service I receive. My all time favorite person who I deal with is Bart. The best customer service!! Everyone goes out of the way to accommodate any requests. They are also great at explaining all processes. I used to take my car to McGrath in Barrington because they are closest to my home. I will NEVER go back! The service department went above and beyond to not only service my car but to help with several extras. Every visit and service appointment has been overwhelmingly positive. Would give negative rating if I could. Purchased a CPO and lied to multiple times at this dealership. First was to get 2 keys, but only received 1. Second time supposed to get first maintenance at no charge but was told when I arrived for first maintenance, this is not the case and email I received from Patrick Volvo stating my first maintenance is free, only applies to Volvo Corporate .... Will no longer be taking my car to this dealership.Service: General repairs & maintenance
