Customer service is terrible. Michael gave me attitude because he was busy and short of technicians. (Which I understand, but the attitude was unnecessary ) He told me to make an appointment for the next day and I did. Next morning I came in and he hid from me behind his monitor.An hour after I checked in for my appointment, my car was still sitting in the parking lot. They said it would take an hour to an hour and half, but my car is still at the same spot when 3 people who came after me already received their service and left.I have been there a handful of times in temporary poor condition waiting area(under construction), but I haven t had any luck for any good service experiences at this location. Even though Elgin Hyundai is further, I prefer to go there as their service is ALWAYS much better and their people are much friendlier.

I ve been a repeat customer in the service department since I bought my Tucson. I have had oil changes, brakes, transmission services and door lock mechanisms replaced. The guys in service are very polite and I have never had to wait to be greeted upon my arrival. I like and appreciate the updates via email and text while my car is there. The gals at check out in the business office are always friendly and efficient. Like to give a special shout out to Rich for going the distance for me.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

Sam in the service department has been a literal angel these past few months helping me with various car issues. She is so patient and kind and made me feel much more at ease during a very stressful time!! She is simply the best!! Thank you Sam!!

If I could, I will give them 0. Oh, they love you when you want to buy your car, but later you are just a number. No, hello, no bye. The purchase deal was to service carvwith them. So the first time they dented my car, I noticed that when I got home. Called, and they said this is impossible, for sure that happened somewhere else. The second time they lost my car keys. After 45 min looking for them, the lady admitted she had them on her desk. The third time, the change oil took 1.5 hours. When I got my car back, the car had scratches all over. Someone had to use a dirty rug and rub the car. Also, when you call them and leave a voice mail, know that the call will never be returned.

I bought my car from Patrick Hyundai a few years ago and Corey was very helpful. I have also been bringing my car here ever since I bought the car because it comes with 3 years of service coverage. It s very easy to set and appointment up, and you often get text reminders if there are any upcoming service that is due. I haven t had to pay any money for the service as all of it has been covered so far.

I went in for a recall. The time it took was as the service tech stated. However the cashier forgot and left my keys in her drawer for a good 45 min until my patience ran out and i walked up and said what is taking so long. My keys had been sitting there , and no apology just oh its there in the 1st row behind this other row. Ugh I was fuming . But things happen so if you're waiting for over 20 min just go up to the desk and ask and save yourself time.

I had a perfect experience when bringing my Sonata in for the FREE Anti-Theft Software Upgrade. Ivan checked my car in. He was very nice! My car was ready at the time he told me. The lady at the check out desk was kind and she had my car pulled up to the waiting room door. What else could I ask for?! Great job Patrick Hyundai!

First oil change after purchasing our new vehicle and we received excellent service. We were greeted kindly and service was completed quickly. Enjoyed a coffee in the clean waiting room. Nice to be treated as a friend and not just a customer. Thankful we bought our car from here and will continue to have service done through out the years to come.

Great dealership to deal with. Sales staff have been direct and efficient when we purchased the vehicle. Bringing in the vehicle for first service and a soft wear update was easily scheduled and timely completed when it was performed. Very satisfied with choosing to purchase a car from them.

Patrick Hyundai has always been excellent from my experience. Very nice, efficient, and the coupon book makes service prices extremely reasonable. I had an absolutely terrible experience with this car servicing company. Despite making an appointment, I was kept waiting for over an hour before anyone even acknowledged me. When they did finally take my car in for a basic oil change and tire rotation, it took twice as long as they estimated and they didn't even bother to vacuum the interior. To make matters worse, they ended up overcharging me for services I didn't even agree to. I will never be returning to this establishment and advise others to steer clear as well.

I took my 2022 Tucson in 3 weeks ago for the 1st oil change. On Saturday my transmission went out. If the transmission was leaking due to the Axel seal leaking this should have been caught during my oil change and inspection. Nobody said anything about it, all paperwork said vehicle was good. I had it towed to the dealership, No loaner cars available. No management support to direct me on loaner or rental car! How do I get to work? Nobody from management has called me, only the GM has email me, only because I email him about the situation. He said he wasn t aware of the situation. When I called them to find out the situation of my vehicle, they said it was a Alex seal issue. So I gave them extra day then called about the status, then they said it was the transmission issues, and didn t know what to do, needed to get approval from corporate. Why did I need to initiate the call instead of someone from Patrick calling me with a plan on? Explain to me the situation and information on a car rental!? Customer service at Patrick is horrible. I had been trying to call Chris, calls were going to vm. Nobody at the service people would answer, Ivan, Chris, or Eric. I email service manager but never heard from him either by email or a call to discuss the situation. Poor management!!! At my job, if we do a good quality job, people lives depend on me for a quality product. Same as a vehicle, customers take them to get repairs, but how can we be sure of our safety and families safety if your service department doesn t do their job?Service: General repairs & maintenance

I brought my 2022 Tucson in and had a wonderful experience! My service rep Sal Munoz was incredibly helpful from start to finish and kept me updated throughout the day with the progress. The service department is organized and runs very smoothly. I'm very happy with my experience!

I took my 2013 Tucson to Patrick Hyundai and was very pleased with the work that was done, and everyone I spoke with. Some items were covered by the 10/100,000 warranty! I had 300 miles left on it...amazing. They truly seemed to care about my car and my safety, not just about selling more service than I needed.

We own 3 Hyundai vehicles (2020 Tucson, 2016 Elantra, & 2013 Elantra) all purchased from Patrick Auto group. Everything about this Dealership is exemplary. Their service team is amazing-- always courteous, always explaining things in a way I can understand. Usually very fast too!Would recommend to anyone.

Techs are always super nice and friendly. I had a long wait but the snack and coffee helped. Ultimately they set me up with a loaner so I could get on my way. So far the only problem is Hyundai and their bad engines but that doesn t reflect the service team they do there best to clean up the recalls and aftermath of the manufacturer. Just wish they could get approval for new engine hope it s soon before my warranty ends.Btw, Gus is awesome and takes time to explain everything in detail.

I had a very good experience at Patrick Hyundai this week. They are all great at Patrick, but I usually deal with Gus, he has been there at least since I bought my car in 2010 , so his experience and expertise count for alot. I totally trust the service I get there.

I had to quickly get my Elantra trunk lock repaired as the trunk kept opening while I was driving. The techs were efficient and repaired my car within a few hours. I appreciated the shuttle service to and from my work to keep my workday uninterrupted. The bonus for me was the cute Halloween decorations in the check in area, giving a lift to my stressed spirit. I also appreciated the suggestion to contact Hyundai customer care about possible reimbursement of the repair since the trunk lock has malfunctioned ever since I bought my car. Other than that, I love my Elantra!!!Service: Auto maintenance

Had a noon appointment for an oil change/air filter replacement. Waited almost 3 hrs for the work to be done. They didn't have the filter in-stock, so they had to order one in. They didn't inform me about this until I returned to the desk 2 hrs after the appointment to ask what was taking so long. Granted, the desk attendant, Dominic, was courteous & apologetic. Additionally, the cashier tried to charge me for the "complimentary maintenance" as per my contract with the dealership upon purchase a few months prior.Service: Oil change

Absolutely terrible customer service in the service area. Almost no communication on status and actively pushed to have warranty declined. Just terrible.2 weeks later: To close the loop, Patrick Hyundai pushed the warranty company to deny the service needed on the car. However, the techs at Patrick incorrectly diagnosed the issue with my car. They had claimed it was a turbo that had gone bad because the Catalytic Converter was too filled with carbon, which was a maintenance issue. Brought this into a different Hyundai dealership and they identified a cracked inner cooler. This, apparently, means no power (air) was being pushed through. So there was no way to check the CAT until it was fixed. They worked with the warranty company and replaced the turbo, with absolutely NOTHING wrong with the CAT. So Patrick misdiagnosed the problem with the car, pushed the warranty company to prematurely deny the claim and attempted to charge $8,000 for service (the real cost after proper diagnosis was $2,000 and covered). Yet, they still charged the $170 diagnosis charge.

Met with Manny to discuss purchasing a new car. He was awesome, no pressure. I loved the new Elantra he showed me. So sporty! However, I need to work on my credit score a bit, but I will be back in a few months to buy one!
