10/10 would not recommend buying from this dealership. 1/5 stars isn't an exaggeration. I flew to Chicago from New York because they promised a Land Rover with no flaws on the exterior or interior. When I arrived to the dealer it was parked outside and I saw the scratches all along the side. Then, I walked around the car and saw the front bumper was scratched and the third brake light was shattered. They said that they would split the cost of a second key and replacement brake light, so I signed and drove off.Halfway through my 800 mile drive home, the service indicator turned on. It turned out that the car had not had an oil change like they said before I left the dealership. . . whatever. I waited a couple of hours to get an oil change and continued home.A month passed by and my temp tags were coming due to expire, so I called them and they said to expect them soon. I then texted the sales rep that I bought the car from about the brake light and key, and he just completely ignored me.Two more weeks passed by without my plates or my parts, and then I was driving with expired temps. The sales manager apparently spoke to someone from New York State and my plates were supposedly mailed. Again, I asked about my parts and the conversation was diverted to the plates issue, *which surprisingly didn't get solved for another FIVE WEEKS*That's right. I bought this car September 28th, and I received my license plates two months later. . . after a month of being pulled over and rejected from parking on base because I didn't have plates. I couldn't even get a registration confirmation number from the dealer, but the worst part is that they lied and said my plates were sent out October 31st. They even had the audacity to suggest I should drive five hours to and from to Albany to pick them up.Still never received an update on the parts, but at least I don't have explain myself to police officers twice a day anymore. That's especially fun on your morning commute to work.Save yourself a headache and find a dealer that is communicative, honest, and trustworthy.

Bait and switch!!!! We corresponded several times about a specific car, set an appointment to see the vehicle, drove 1 hour to our scheduled 8:15pm appointment when we arrived, the sales guy said oh sorry, that car sold this morning. When we asked why they would bring us all the way there, they said don t worry, we have other cars we can show you. Absolute b.s., low rent, back alley sales tactics. Patrick auto group used to be a classy place this move was WAY below your reputation.

Reason why am writing this review because I have been waiting almost 3weeks and half and no call to resolve the issueTook my Cadillac for engine problem it took them 10 days to fix it once I got the car and I drove off from the dealership one of their technician didn t tighten my passenger front wheel knots wich means I lost one on the way and I was lucky I wasn t on the highway I used my tools to tight the knots luckily the lock was the only one holding the wheelI went back to the dealer all what they can say sorry and they won t even call a manager for me and they put me short knots instead of my long ones and they promised me to order me a newer ones and I called next day to speak with the manager till now he didn t call me backMy advice to all Cadillac owner when you deal with any Patrick dealers be carful check your car before you leave for your safety the knots that I have now looks ugly short one and the luck is long what the heck of combination is thisThey deserve 0 instead of 1

Horrible place the bdc managers Kaitlyn and Cassie love to harass people its a shame that Patrick has people like this working for them. I will make sure no one goes here ever because of them.

WARNING CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK $4300 added to our finance agreement even after we repeatedly said no to the warranties.You only have 30 days to notice Finance have added for a full refund.Purchased car Sept 2022 we have had numerous conversations, emails with Finance and Management to cancel these unwanted additions. They advise you they are cancelled yet as of Feb 2023 one warranty is still active. Incorrect paperwork was given to us many daysafter sale! We are still awaiting the car sales tax document. This again has been requested time and time again.Lack of customer and management care when dealing with complaints.

Bought my first car at Patrick Dealer Group and Im very happy I did. Before coming to this dealership I dealt with salesmen and women who were only interested in getting the sale and not about finding me the right car. Steve Z. was the salesman who helped me out and did a fantastic job! He did not pressure me in any way and most important he made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new car to go to the Patrick Dealer group. They will make sure they give you the best possible rate and send you off in a car that you'll love.

This is an amazing dealership. The Sales Manager Justin is awesome. I hadn't been there to get an oil change in over a year. I had only been there one other time. Yet Justin knew me and remembered me. Got the best price on my car and trust me, I shopped around. Although I am closer to at least 3-4 other Volvo dealers, this is the place I return!!!

Very nice people to worth with. Worked with Gary Davis on my most recent purchase of a 2020 X3. Gary does an excellent job, no pressure and very professional. He goes out of his way to make the deal work with the right vehicle. The Patrick Dealership has a family type feel and Gary is highly recommended.

I've always been a big fan of their parts dept but as of the past year or so I can't get anyone to answer the phone. Nobody has time to sit on hold for 15 minutes every time I call. They need to hire more parts salespeople and get better customer service then my rating will go back to 5 stars

I found a car I was interested in using our bank's loan prequalification app. I was immediately contacted several times via email and phone by this dealership to make an appointment to come see it. I was contacted again several more times throughout the day. I went to see the car that afternoon. I was greeted and it was acknowledged which car I was there to see and I was "assigned " a salesman. After going to his desk and told him what we were there for. He went to check on it and came back to say it had been sold wholesale. I was very unhappy that I had been contacted so many times and that my time had been wasted when the car I wanted to see wasn't even there.

We just purchased an XC60 from Patrick Volvo in Schaumburg. Love it!!! Loved the shopping experience there and our salesman , Tola, was AWESOME! No pressure, answered all our questions, super acommodating. I would definitely buy a car there again! Thanks, Tola!

I bought a Porsche Macan from Patrick, awesome service. Very clean vehicle, new wheels and tire, BEST PRICE!! AND BEST CAR!! Full gas. so friendly staff, Johannes is very professional. I can't found my car's maintenance record. He talked with Porsche and get maintenance record, look perfect and he sent me that screenshot shows all car history. If you go there buy your new car you do not have to worry about anything, they will help you about anything. NICE

The service part of this dealership is one of the biggest reasons I am a customer. They've always been amazing with their customer service. Even in situations were maybe I could have shown more patience, they've always acted and treated me great.

Having now purchased 12 vehicles over the past 36 years, I've had some experience (mostly bad!) with Auto Dealerships. I have to say from start to finish, this was by far the best, Patrick Hyundai not only beat our employer sponsored "best deal", but beat it by a sizable margin. Amelia in the internet sales was very good. Our salesman Dan Struwing was phenomenal and Jeff Fleming in Finance was a joy to work with. Dan was meticulous with his instructions on how the vehicle works when explaining it to my wife who is admittedly not "tech-savvy". He also helped enroll us in the various programs with great suggestions. His follow through after the sale is top-notch. Jeff was also great. Having dealt with so many finance guys in the past (who were horrible at best), Jeff offered sage advice and direction, taking his time to fully explain intricate details which we greatly appreciate. We will definitely buy our next vehicle there! Plus, they have oatmeal raisin cookies too!

I had the worst experience I've ever experienced at a dealership at Patrick Cars. Salesman was unprofessional during the test drive using profanity during our conversation. I assume since I'm African American he assumed it was okay because he believed that all people of color use this type of language in our everyday vernacular. Wrong! This is a professional setting therefore the conversation should be professional. I hate when caucasian people think it okay to speak as if we're "homies' when conducting business. Finance manager was condescending and rude. I'll tell everyone I know about their behavior, so no one I know will patronize this dealership.

I bought a used Hyundia last weekend at Patrick Hyundia in Schaumburg and couldn't be happier. The sales team, Dan Struwing and Christian Manzo were outstanding, very friendly and listened to what I needed in a car. I will definitely go back to Patrick and tell my friends and family.

Got Cadillac 2016 (SRX). Great car and great service from Patrick. Mike Vilchik ( client advisor) was very good and helpful. It was nice to work with him. Support from Enzo Costa ( sales manager ) during pricing was awesome as well.Thank you Patrick for everything

For every single thing at this place, I had to visit twice: Test-driving the certified pre-owned car put up for sale, handing over the check from bank, receiving my car after glass coat protection, dropping my car for service. Almost always did I have a confirmation over the call that I can visit and on arriving at the dealership, I learn that I need to revisit tomorrow.

Terrible at responding to email and text requests. It's hard to find a dealer who works hard and can be trusted. I told them I have a cash offer but they were obviously too busy.

Was told it would take 1 hour and it took 2.5 hours to get an oil change. I was not very happy. I was told they took lunch and let me sit there and wait. I made an appointment at 11:30 and got there even earlier.
