Once again Patrick Cadillac service dept is at its best ! Took care of the XT5 issue under warranty. Car was done in about an hour and it s running great. Thanks to Shane for great professionalism and courtesy

I made an appointment earlier in the week to come in late afternoon and look at some possible trade in options. I received 3 confirmations with text saying to ask for vip manager when I arrive. Turns out when I get there, the manager went home and the person that approached me didn t even know my name. If this is how your sales team works now, best of luck to your dealership. I have dozens of other dealerships few minutes away down the road I can go to. Why select your dealership if you don t even show your client any interest in earning their business?

The team at Patrick Cadillac is definitely one of the best! Whatever you do, do not under any circumstance go to Heritage Cadillac they are corrupt dealership and can t be trusted. Patrick Cadillac definitely stands out above all they care and they show it in how they speak to you and treat you. They don t look at you as a dollar sign but as an important customer. They take the Time to send you a video of the work they did and text messages to follow up on your satisfaction definitely a class act at Patrick Cadillac! A special thanks to Shane who really showed what a good manager should be like respectfully, Kind , Understanding and most of all patient. Can t thank him enough.

I have bought a few vehicles from them over the past 15 years. I have noticed the service has declined, and a couple of the times over this past year, their service department has not taken care of the recalls. Oil changes take 3 hours. I would not recommend spending your money, and giving them your business!

It took a while to get a part, but Patrick Cadillac provided a free loaner and they fixed the car, and cleaned it. Roman the service representative was great!!

I have always been more than satisfied with the attention and care given to me and my car. Jordan has always gone the extra mile to be sure my car is properly cared for. I arrived at Patrick Cadillac without an appointment to inquire about a check engine light and a steering failure notice on my dash. Shane in the service dept. Immediately took ownership of my problem and was able to have transportation to my job and the repair was completed by 3pm.He informed me that it was covered by the power train warranty. The car was returned to washed and repaired in under 5hours without an appointment. I could not have been more pleased with the Patrick Service Dept. In taking care of my 2018 XT5 issue at no cost to me.

I went in a few ago to have My vehicle diagnosed and they charged me the $200 fee but were unable to provide me with full details of what I originally came in. I was advised by clerk to just sell my truck by parts. They didn't try to help out , instead they advised me that it wasn't worth fixing. The service was horrible and I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

Arrived at 11 AM. Was met by a young man named Jordan in the service department, who then set me up with a gentleman to shuttle me and my grandson over to the mall. Oh my car was being serviced. Then I was picked up and brought back to the Cadillac dealer, they helped me get my stroller into the trunk and on my way I went! I drive quite a ways to go to this dealership, saying I bought the car here but it s worth a ride! Thanks, Jordan and MickServices: Tires, Oil change

I went in for some diagnose issues for my 2008 Cadillac DTS. I was quoted $2500 for a fuel injector service and "front wheel bearings" are faulty. They failed to pick up the blown valve cover neither the seeping power steering pump or the over heating issue which was actually a faulty coolant cap. This was discovered after taking it to a local mechanic near my house.The experience there was very welcoming and helpful, but for $179 I would of expected a little bit better inspection of my vehicle. Save yourself and Buck if you don't have a extended warranty and go to a private mechanic.
