My wife and I were first time customers at Patrick Cadillac. We could not have been happier to have Erin Pyrchla as our client advisor! She was kind and polite throughout the entire process of assisting us in getting our first Cadillac! Erin showed us the different models, explained the differences between them, and outlined all the different options available. Using all her expertise and knowledge, we felt very confident making our final decision to purchase a 2024 CT4. Our next car purchase, whenever it may be, will also be with Erin at Patrick Cadillac . count on it!!

We just purchased our second vehicle from Patrick Cadillac, and had another fantastic experience. This time we had the pleasure of working with Erin Pyrchla and it made this experience even better if possible. She was professional, efficient, no nonsense, listened to your needs and wants. She did not pressure or push unnecessary things, she gave us and removed anything we stated. There was a small damage we missed in the look around and she immediately got the car in for repairs with a loaner within a week. I would highly highly recommend seeing her for your used or new car purchase, we purchased a used dodge product from their dealerships and we received topnotch customer service. There was no different treatment. Everyone is treated like they are important and shown great respect. Thank you Erin, when its time for another car we will most certainly be back to work with Erin and the team at Patrick.

This was my 2nd time purchasing a car from a Patrick dealer, first time at Patrick Cadillac, and I'm very happy. Jose was great to work with and he's been very helpful. There was some 3M residue on the dash when I test drove the car and I asked for them to take care of it if I bought the car, and they did just a few days after I took it home. Ferik, one of the managers was also very helpful and nice. I didn't love how they tried to play with my trade in value by sneaking in the tax credit when they said we're giving you $X for your trade. Luckily, I know all my calculations beforehand and I was able to catch it. But other than that, my experience has been great, and I will be taking my Cadillac back for any needed service.

Stela Sonic was great she addressed any concerns that I had and the price we agreed on over the phone was the price I paid she didn t try to upsell me and I appreciate that. The car was very clean and looked brand new their staff did a wonderful job. If your looking for a car don t hesitate to come here they take pride in what they do and it shows.

I've been a client of Patrick Cadillac for 30 years and continue to go back to them. I've had an exceptional salesman, Steve Popp, for my last 4 cars. He's great--follows up even when I'm just bringing the car in for routine service. The buying process is always easy because Steve gets it all organized ahead of time. I just leased a car a couple weeks ago--Steve spent four months locating the car I wanted. Great salesman, great service department and the finance people are also very helpful (and efficient).

There was no pressure or pushy tactics, just a genuine desire to help me find the right fit.The entire process, from the test drive to the signing on the dottedline , was smooth and efficient. Ed made sure I understood every step of the way and answered all my questions thoroughly without making me feel rushed.I highly recommend Ed and Patrick Cadillac to anyone looking for a stress-free luxury purchasing experience. When I went to the dealership, I was extremely nervous until Jeremy walked up and talk to me walking around the lion seeing all those cars makes me kind of anxious. Thank God Jeremy was super cool and super nice. I really really appreciate her making everything so clam for me. I will be forever buying my cars from him.

Stay away from their part service guys. Bunch of liars, I ordered a part from them about a month ago and I was told that the part will be here in next couple of days. And it s been a month and guess what the part came and they didn t even bother calling me. No missed calls or voicemails from them. I was warned before about the parts that they are very rude and awful to deal with and I have now experienced it myself. So I don t recommend anyone to their parts department and I will never go to service at this Patrick Cadillac dealer. Lol the service manager had a nerve to lie about they called and they were in able to leave me a voicemail when the number they have is available all the time, i would love to see their call log to actually see if they called. BUNCH OF LIARS GOTTA LOVE HOW THEY LIE ABOUT LITTLE THINGS ONE MORE REASON TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS AMAZINGLY AMAZING DEALERSHIP KNOWN FOR THIER GREAT SERVICE lol

I definitely had a lot of questions and concerns about the new Escalade and everything was explained in a simple, easy to understand way. A big thanks to Shane. I brought my CT5 in for service. Shane kept me in formed the whole time as the work was being done. He had told me it would be about 1.5 hours and it was completely within that time frame. Liddia sent me a video of the work being performed and showing me the things that were being checked. I thought that was really neat. I have never seen that before. Thanks for the GREAT service.

Her attentiveness to make sure all our questions were answered and working with us on pricing could not be matched. Her follow-up communication both pre and post purchase have been outstanding. Over 40 years ago, I purchased my first car. Hands down, Erin is the very best sales person I have ever worked with. Working with Erin and her dealership was a first class experience.Erin was knowledgeable, professional and honest. Erin did not rush me or pressure me, and she really listened to my concerns. Erin is a great communicator; she promptly returned phone calls and emails. Erin was at all times extremely professional and she made the entire process quick, smooth and painless.I was looking for a car at the end of the 2023 season (when there was little inventory) and Erin went above and beyond in search of a car for me.I had a car budget and a car wish list. Unfortunately, my wish list exceeded my budget; that said, Erin worked very hard to find me a car with everything I wanted within my budget.There have been no problems with my vehicle; that said, Erin has followed up on numerous occasions just to make sure that everything was all right and to answer any questions I might have.Erin is a real treasure and I will work with her again in the future.

Bought a used 2017 Escalade 3 months ago. Sale person claimed a 101 point inspection was done before the caddy was placed for sale.Bought the caddy, next day found 2 small slashes on side wall of tires. Multiple rock chips in windshield. Transmission acting up, coming to a stop feels like your getting rear ended.Radio doesn t work, flips screens and locks outDrivers side folding steps don t open.Worst was only one key came with truck, salesperson never stated one key, dealer wants 750 for extra key.I know it s a used car, but there were a lot of items missed from their 101 inspection.Salesperson won t return phone calls. Left message for manager with no answer.Watch out buying a used car from them.
